Secrets Part 2: Group Play, Motorbunny & Closing Down the Club | Episode 265
The Secrets takeover continues! In Part 2, Dan and Lacy pick back up with Friday and Saturday night at Secrets Hideaway Resort — and things definitely escalated.
They recap a night in the Secrets Playroom with a big group of friends, where the fun turned into some very memorable group play. Lacy somehow ended the night having played with seven guys, officially beating Dan’s total of six women… and yes, they have plenty to say about that.
The next day, it was time for the pool party, complete with games, friends, plenty of energy, and the return of the Motorbunny. Lacy also takes a moment to address some criticism she received about not mingling enough during the event and shares her perspective on balancing hosting responsibilities, friendships, and actually getting to enjoy the takeover herself.
Then Saturday night brings the weekend to a close as the group shuts down the club and makes the most of their final night together.
The episode ends on a more meaningful note as Dan and Lacy give a special shoutout and tribute to a friend who was lost far too soon — remembering them, the impact they had, and the importance of appreciating the people and moments that make this community so special.
From wild playroom stories and poolside chaos to honest conversations and an emotional goodbye, Part 2 wraps up one unforgettable weekend at Secrets Hideaway.
Tuesday Talks: Fantasy, Fear & Finding Balance | Episode 128
This week on Tuesday Talks, Dan and Lacy tackle a listener question about exploring a fantasy while navigating the very real emotions that can come with it.
A husband writes in explaining that his wife has a fantasy of being dominated more—but they both recognize that his naturally “nice guy” personality makes it difficult for him to fully step into that role. He’s open to the idea of her exploring that dynamic with someone else, but there’s one fear he can’t shake: What if she forms a stronger connection with someone who can fulfill a kink that he can’t?
Dan and Lacy unpack why that fear is completely relatable when opening the door to new experiences. They talk about the difference between fulfilling a fantasy and replacing what you have with your partner, while offering practical ways this couple can explore domination in a way that prioritizes communication, boundaries, reassurance, and their relationship.
How do you give your partner the freedom to explore something they want without letting fear take over? And does your partner enjoying something with someone else mean you’re somehow not enough?
Dan and Lacy get into all of it in this week’s Tuesday Talks.
Working for the Weekend at Secrets: Part 1 | Episode 264
The Swing Nation is headed back to Secrets! In Part 1 of Dan and Lacy’s recap of the Secrets “Working for the Weekend” Takeover, they’re breaking down the first few days of the trip—from birthday surprises and tiki bar hangs to group play, poolside games, and one unexpectedly vulnerable lifestyle moment.
The weekend starts with a mission: surprise Daphne for her birthday. With Daphne’s room connected to theirs, Lacy gets to work decorating before she arrives. But when a night of hanging out with friends under the tiki bar turns into some late-night group play, the clock starts ticking. Daphne still hasn’t arrived, and Lacy spends the entire play session keeping one eye on Daphne’s location, hoping they can wrap things up and get back to the room before she walks in on her own surprise. Thankfully, the timing works out—barely.
Dan and Lacy also open up about playing with a new couple that night. When the other guy struggles to perform, he handles the situation incredibly well and still makes sure Lacy has a great time. But afterward, he carries some insecurity about what happened and feels like he needs a “redo.” Lacy shares why, from her perspective, there was absolutely nothing to make up for—and why one moment of performance anxiety doesn’t determine whether an experience was good.
Then it’s back to takeover mode as Dan and Lacy host games by the pool, reconnect with friends, and spend another night partying under the tiki hut with the growing Secrets crew.
It’s only the beginning of the weekend, and there’s plenty more to come in Part 2.
Tuesday Talks: Why You Should Book with the Group | Episode 127
This week on Tuesday Talks, Dan and Lacy answer a question from a couple who chose not to book their Hedo trip with The Swing Nation because they wanted the option to pay the resort directly while still being included in the hosted group.
So why doesn’t it work that way?
Dan and Lacy break down what actually goes into creating a hosted week at Hedo — and why booking through the group matters. The Swing Nation works with a travel partner and receives only a percentage of the bookings made through their group. That revenue is then reinvested directly into the experience, helping cover the extras that make a hosted takeover feel different from an ordinary week at the resort.
Think additional staff, DJs, entertainment, décor, special events, upgraded experiences, and all of the little details that go into creating the atmosphere guests have come to expect.
They also explain why allowing guests to book directly with the resort while still receiving all of the benefits of the hosted group wouldn’t be sustainable — especially when the group is paying to create those extras.
It’s an honest conversation about the behind-the-scenes costs of hosting lifestyle travel, what your booking actually helps fund, and why supporting the group you’re traveling with helps make the experience better for everyone.
Tune in for the full explanation on this week’s Tuesday Talks!
Jealousy Isn’t the Enemy with Ally Iseman | Episode 263
Jealousy is one of those emotions almost everyone experiences—but in the lifestyle, it can feel like something you’re supposed to have already “figured out.”
In this episode of The Swing Nation Podcast, Dan and Lacy sit down with Certified Relationship Coach Ally Iseman for an honest conversation about jealousy, envy, and what these emotions can actually teach us about ourselves and our relationships.
Ally breaks down the difference between jealousy and envy and explains that jealousy isn’t just one simple emotion—there are actually four different types, each with its own triggers and underlying needs.
Together, Dan, Lacy, and Ally discuss why jealousy is completely normal, especially in non-monogamous relationships, and why pretending it doesn’t exist—or believing you should eventually “grow out of it”—can actually make it harder to work through.
Ally shares practical advice for recognizing what’s underneath jealousy when it comes up, regulating your emotions before reacting, and figuring out what you may actually be needing in that moment. They also dive into how to bring those feelings to your partner without blame, accusations, or turning jealousy into a fight.
Whether you’re brand new to the lifestyle, have been navigating non-monogamy for years, or simply want to communicate better when uncomfortable emotions show up, this conversation is a reminder that experiencing jealousy doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. What matters is what you do with it.
Tune in for a thoughtful, honest conversation about jealousy, communication, self-awareness, and building stronger relationships in the lifestyle.
Tuesday Talks: Too Loud in the Playroom? | Episode 126
This week on Tuesday Talks, Dan and Lacy are answering a listener voicemail about something that left her feeling a little self-conscious after her first experience in the playroom at a lifestyle event.
She noticed that she was much louder than she expected to be and felt like her moans may have drawn a lot of attention. Ever since, she’s been wondering: Was I too loud? Is there such a thing as being too loud in a playroom? And should she be embarrassed about it the next time she attends an event?
Dan and Lacy give their honest take on playroom etiquette, being aware of the people around you, and why making noise isn’t necessarily a bad thing. They also talk about the difference between enjoying yourself authentically and feeling like you have to monitor every little thing you do because you’re worried about what other people might think.
If you’ve ever walked away from a lifestyle experience replaying everything in your head and wondering, “Was that normal?”—this episode is for you.
Vixen Turns 10: Our Hollywood Party Recap | Episode 262
This week on The Swing Nation Podcast, Dan and Lacy are taking you behind the scenes of one of their most glamorous trips yet: Los Angeles for Vixen’s 10 Year Anniversary Party!
They kick things off by explaining exactly who Vixen is, the powerhouse media company behind brands like Wifey, Blacked, and other major adult film productions, and sharing how much they’ve enjoyed building a relationship and working with both Wifey and Vixen.
They also address some of the criticism Wifey has received for showing up at swinger and lifestyle events. Dan and Lacy clear up an important misconception: Wifey isn’t attending these parties to secretly film attendees or turn lifestyle events into adult productions. Instead, the brand helps sponsor events, brings added experiences and entertainment to the community, and helps make some of the parties we already love even bigger and better.
Then it’s time to head west.
Dan and Lacy recap their flight to Los Angeles and what it was like attending their very first true Hollywood red carpet party in the hills of LA. From getting dressed up and stepping onto the carpet to spending the night surrounded by recognizable influencers, creators, and adult film stars, the entire experience felt a little surreal.
What’s it like seeing people you’ve watched online suddenly standing right beside you at a party? Who did they recognize? Did they feel completely out of place—or like they belonged there?
Dan and Lacy share the excitement, nerves, laughs, and unforgettable moments from a night that took The Swing Nation from lifestyle parties to the Hollywood Hills.
Grab a drink, settle in, and join them for the full Vixen 10 Year Anniversary recap!

Tuesday Talks: Does How You Get Hard Really Matter? | Episode 124
This week on Tuesday Talks, Dan and Lacy respond to a deeply personal question from a listener who underwent prostate removal after battling prostate cancer. Since surgery, he’s been dealing with erectile dysfunction and is considering a penile implant to help restore his ability to get an erection.
His question isn’t just about the procedure—it’s about what comes next in the lifestyle. Should he disclose the implant to potential play partners before things get physical? And would having an implant be a turn-off?
The listener specifically asks Lacy how she would feel if she met a potential partner who had one, and she and Dan share their candid thoughts on attraction, disclosure, confidence, and whether something like this would actually matter in the moment.
It’s an honest conversation about navigating changes to your body, communicating with partners, and remembering that great sexual connections involve a lot more than how someone gets hard.
