Today we talk with 3x Olympian, Commonwealth Champion and Record Holder in the 200 m Backstroke Adam Ruckwood. Adam is now the Head Coach for the City of Coventry and has coached at 2 European Championships, and at the Junior World and European Championships producing a number of medalists.
We talk about Adam's coaching philosophy, how he feels backstroke has changed and developed since he swam, and what key elements he looks for in a successful a Backstroker.
