S6 Ep34: Midweek Takeaway with Leon Coetzer, CEO of Jubilee Metals (AIM:JLP) #JLP15 Dec 202300:21:51
We talk to Leon Coetzee about the successful placing that took place for Jubilee JBL.
Jubilee's copper portfolio continues to expand in Zambia as demonstrated by our ability to secure what we believe to be the best waste rock projects. The partnership announced recently with Abu Dhabi based IRH is a hugely exciting new venture which has the potential to catapult our growth and copper production profile. This partnership affords Jubilee the opportunity to accelerate its copper from waste production profile without the associated capital burden.

The money raised will allow us to accelerate the manufacturing of our new copper modules on these new projects and importantly secure the long lead items with suppliers in what is a tight market for key materials. The funds will also allow us to expand our plant at Sable by increasing the copper sulphide capacity to meet the increase in volumes.

This proposed fundraise is in addition to our existing funded growth projects in South Africa and Zambia. By fast-tracking this new waste rock project, we will be able to bring forward production and revenues quicker than funding from existing cash flow."

S6 Ep29: Midweek Takeaway with Oliver Friesen, CEO & Executive Director of Golden Metal Resources (AIM:GMET) 11 Dec 202300:13:12
Phil Carroll and Kevin Hornsby talk to Oliver after the company announced promising high-grade copper, silver, and gold mineralisation from overlimit assay testing at its 100% owned Garfield project in Nevada's Walker Lane Mineral Belt. Key highlights include 11 out of 32 samples showing over 1% copper equivalent (CuEq), with standout results of 23.92% CuEq. These findings from Garfield, located in a north-south copper-gold porphyry/skarn belt, show significant potential for a large-scale copper deposit. The results, which extend beyond the previously identified 1.8 km by 0.8 km 'High-Grade Zone', prompt Golden Metal to swiftly plan further exploration steps, guided by expert geochemist Simon Griffiths. CEO Oliver Friesen commends the project's rapid progress in potential value, with future exploration program details to be announced soon. Golden Metal holds the project through Golden Metal Resources LLC, with a 2% Net Smelter Return Royalty payable to Sunrise Resources plc, partially buybackable.

The chosen stock promises to be a focal point of our discussions, tracking its trajectory and growth potential throughout the calendar year.

The stakes are high, and the anticipation is palpable as we explore the possibility of a 'moonshot' stock with a flagship asset that could yield spectacular returns. We approach this topic with a balance of excitement and caution, emphasizing the high-risk nature of such investments. While the potential rewards are eye-catching, so are the risks.

Tune in as we take a deep dive into Charles' picks, offering our analysis and perspective on each one. Remember, this journey is about informed risk-taking and diversification. So, get ready for an informative and engaging exploration into the world of growth stocks, and remember the golden rule: don't go all in.
