We may be off-season, but we’re coming out of our summer retirement as we couldn't miss speaking about Off Campus.

There’s no other way to say it: Hannah Wells, Allie Hayes and Briar U’s star hockey players have taken over our lives, and it’s not possible to speak about anything else. 

In this spoiler-ridden Strictly special, we chat through a new era of men written by women, on-screen consent talk that shouldn’t feel revolutionary but does, green-flag friendships without unnecessary drama, and how Off Campus handles the trauma its protagonists are trying to process.

There are some new kids in town, as the Strictly Come Dancing presenters for 2026 and beyond have been unveiled! 🪩

Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe will be taking to the ballroom floor this autumn as the new faces of the BBC primetime show, and Aimee and Ava share their first impressions of this unexpected (but possibly incredible) trio.

What form will the Clauditorium take? How will Emma and Josh respond to the fast pace of professionals and celebrities putting their all into their dances each week? How will Jojo transform into Elstree Studio's roving reporter? We have more questions than answers, but we're definitely getting excited for autumn!

Intimacy Week has the intention of bringing couples closer together, but there is something in the water with Season 13. While Mel and Luke might be stronger for some melting hugs, the rest of the group took a leaf out of the Lord of the Flies playbook, and, to put it lightly, all hell broke loose.

Aimee and Ava begin to come to terms with the departure of Lewis and Katya, one of the best couples Strictly has ever known. 

After the drama of musicals week, we chat through our disappointment on multiple fronts: a West Side Story that never landed, a nausea-inducing opening number and a PG-rated rendition of Cell Block Tango that didn’t translate to pre-watershed. Let's consider the key components: Blackpool is but a mere two dance-offs away, and the tension is mounting as we enter the second half of the competition. With a high level of professional dance backgrounds in the contestants this year, the leaderboard seems more and more congested as the couples vie for top place. George Craig seems to have more identical friends to introduce and why oh why won't Nikita stop thrusting?!

Movie Week sees Aimee and Ava watch Strictly Come Dancing in person, with a Saturday night that dreams are made of: beach walks, M&S party food and setting the world to rights over a bottle of crémant.

In Episode Three Aimee and Ava run down their favourite couples, the off-the-charts chemistry they can't wait to see more of, and speculation over Alex Kingston's village shop.

Finally, the time has come: Strictly is back on our screens and Aimee and Ava are waiting in the wings to debrief every twist and turn of the (yes, you guessed it) journey!
