Were the likes of Scott Pilgrim, Ninja Gaiden Ragebound, Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection, and Metal Gear Solid Delta enough to drive them truly mad?
Then, in Week Old News, well, there was no Week Old Mews. It was just all these showcases!
Finally, in The Checkpoint, Kris got the Switch 2! He recaps his experience getting it at the midnight launch, how the setup went, and how late he was up messing around with it on Day 1. Then, in Week Old News, EA Cancels Black Panther and the studio behind it, Hasbro gets Dan excited for a fresh set of Marvel Legends based on MVC, and GameStop bought half a Billion dollars worth of Bitcoin for some reason. Plus, it’s Not-E3 season! So the guys covered the OTK Games Expo, TinyBuild Connect, Thinky Games Direct, Evercade Showcase, and Indie Quest presentations. Were there any awesome standout games announced? Let’s find out! Finally, in The Checkpoint, Kris tries out the new Sea of Stars DLC, tests his Karate skills in Karate Kid: Street Rumble, and gets sick, because why not? On this week’s podcast, Dan and Kris make up for their criminally short episode last week with news of Dan's cancer-free status! Also, the latest Marvel casting news, and oh yeah, one heck of a 10 20 30 40! This month marked the release of the PSP AND the original God of War for PS2. There were some other killer releases, too, but Sony once again dominated the charts. In Week Old News, there was a surprise Nintendo Direct announced, and the guys made some predictions that will probably prove to be false in short order. But who knows? We also got some new NES game discoveries, some insight on how to properly pronounce Balatro, and more! Finally, Kris got to spend some quality time with the brilliant Breakout Beyond, ate some birria flavored burgers and quesadillas, Dan’s starting to regain the use of his hands, and more!
