Dr. David LeMay is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with additional certification in Metabolic and Nutrition Medicine and advanced training in anti-aging and regenerative medicine.
He is the founder of Regenesis Lifestyle Performance Medicine in Pensacola, Florida, where he focuses on performance optimization, inflammation resolution, and helping patients return to peak function.
Dr. LeMay earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 1996, followed by a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
He has served as a performance medicine consultant for multiple NBA, NFL, NHL, and MLB organizations and has worked extensively with special operations forces, veterans, and high-performing individuals.
He has also served as associate clinical faculty at Florida State University College of Medicine and as a visiting research scientist at the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC).
