In any given moment, you are either in control of your focus or giving your power away to something external, outside of you. There are those who wish to entrain the focus of your attention by using mass media to control and program the masses. Your job is to unplug from all of this mass mind media and redirect your focus to creating the life and world you want to see. In this episode I discuss one of the more difficult elements of the Ascension Path which for many can be the feeling of being left behind as the world moves on without you. The good news is that this is a normal part of the Path.

The final stages of Ascension are the most difficult. Generally it's characterized by being boxed in by challenging life scenarios that will not let up no matter how much physical action you take. This is because your core issues are being amplified and out-pictured into your reality. This is so that you can face them and allow yourself to feel all of your Suppressed Emotional density. In other words, the process is all set up to facilitate your burning through suppressed emotional karmic density. In this episode I go deep into the discipline of Purposefully focusing your energy. It is vital for you to become aware of where your focus is throughout the day as your focus dictates what you create.

The answer to everything is that simple: start merging with your Higher Self.

During ascension one needs to be able to surrender and feel over and over again to keep momentum with vibrational acceleration. This means you have to be willing to allow yourself to feel. The problem that many spiritualists face is that they've been programmed into 'positivity.' This directly contradicts the #1 goal during this time period which is to allow yourself to feel and integrate suppressed emotional karmic density. This means that you have to allow the body to feel and express itself in order to release this density. If you're neurotically always trying to feel positive in every moment then you'll only hold yourself back by retaining emotional density. You must lighten the load which means allowing yourself to feel deeply into the most painful emotions that you've been harboring all this time.
