09 avr. 2026
00:39:04

We discuss grief after losing a parent, how it reshapes identity, and how grief can ebb and flow through everyday moments, alongside the added complexity of reparenting while parenting.

Mindful Parenting in a Modern World with Sarah Allan | The Souls Podcast
19 mars 2026
00:53:48
✨ In this episode, we interview Sarah Allan, founder of Mindful Parent Club, about supporting children’s mental health by focusing first on the parent’s emotional regulation, self-awareness, stress response, and attachment story. Sarah explains that there is no single “right” way to parent, warns against information overload and stigma around parenting support, and shares that the strongest protective factor for lifelong wellbeing is the quality of the early parent-child relationship; she notes UK stats that 1 in 6 children are diagnosed with a mental health difficulty.
🌙 We discuss co-sleeping as co-regulation, developmental differences (including bedwetting), behavior as communication and lagging skills rather than “naughtiness,” why children aren’t truly manipulative due to brain development, teen behaviour and “connect before correct,” boundaries versus permissiveness, “spoiled” labels, screens and online safety, and Sarah’s three tips: start with regulating yourself, lead with connection, and prioritise regulation for both parent and child.

Embrace Your Femine Energy with guest Suzie Elizabeth
23 févr. 2026
00:46:50
Dropping Out of Survival Mode & Into the Feminine.
In this heartfelt conversation, hosts Claire and Nic sit down with feminine energy mentor Suzie Elizabeth for a discussion that unexpectedly turns deeply personal.
As Suzie speaks about the nervous system’s need for safety and how so many women unknowingly live in a constant state of vigilance, something inside Nic cracks open. What begins as a thoughtful dialogue shifts into a raw emotional release.
Nic’s voice trembles as she admits: “I’ve been in survival mode for so long… I don’t even know what it feels like to soften. I don’t know how to let myself be held.”
Tears spill over as she confesses the grief she carries — the grief of a woman who learned to be strong because she never felt she had a choice. Suzie gently guides her through the moment, reminding her that the feminine cannot flourish in fear, and that softness is not weakness but permission.
Claire reaches for Nic’s hand, grounding the space, holding compassion without trying to fix anything.
Together, the three women explore:
What it truly means to “drop into” feminine energy Why survival mode becomes an identity for so many How the body must feel safe before the heart can open
Small, real steps toward reclaiming softness and receptivity
By the end of the conversation, Nic is still tender, but lighter, as if naming the pain loosened its grip.
This episode becomes not just a conversation, but a lived moment of healing, modelling what it looks like when women hold each other through vulnerability and return to themselves.

Bonnie Blue did WHAT!
14 août 2025
00:37:35
This week, the girls are back with fresh renovations, glowing skin, and plenty to talk about. From skincare prep routines and powerful peels to their go-to products, the chat quickly turns to the viral Bonnie Blue documentary — sparking a deep dive into modern dating culture, blurred gender dynamics, and why respect seems in short supply these days.
That leads them into Love Island territory, unpacking this season’s biggest dramas, the questionable behaviour of some contestants, and why one finalist stood out for all the right reasons.
The conversation then shifts to wellness — specifically the hype (and hazards) of weight-loss injections like Ozempic. With one host speaking from the perspective of a qualified prescriber who’s tried it purely to understand side effects, they stress safety, CQC compliance, and avoiding dangerous black-market products. Both agree that for them, nothing beats the lasting benefits of healthy eating, vitamins, yoga, and their mutual obsession: Pilates.
From the physical and mental transformation Pilates brings, to buying at-home reformers (including the legendary Aldi find), they share why it’s become more than just exercise — it’s a practice rooted in feeling good, not chasing an image.
Equal parts beauty talk, wellness wisdom, and cultural commentary, this episode blends laughs, honesty, and heartfelt reflection in classic Souls Pod style.
£100k later, was it worth it?
07 août 2025
00:33:11
This week, the girls dive deep into beauty, wellness, and all things woo. From spending £100k on your face to face-flooding TikTok trends, celebrity influence (hello, Pamela Anderson & Skims), and whether AI is taking over the modelling world — nothing’s off-limits.
They also get spiritual, talking tarot, dreams, psychic readings, and intuition — plus a potential guest appearance from The Witchist, who’s blowing up online for her wild exorcism content.
All wrapped up with chats about crystals, supplements, sage, and whether your next career move might just be reading cards in your own clinic. It’s soulful, funny, and a bit witchy… the way we like it.
