To open to this prayer connect now to your breath and with your breath begin to call light to yourself on the in-breath from the Universe, from the sun and stars. On the out-breath release anything that does not serve you. In this way you slowly and surely raise your vibration. In this way you are reaching to the higher planes to align with your Higher Self and all helpful forces in the Universe that serve the light. And so…

"I call upon my Higher Self, Guides, Angels, and Ascended Beings of light to protect me with a shield of light during this prayer. I call upon all Galactic assistance, all helpful Stellar races to clear all dark ET interference. I call on Archangels of the sun to create a column of protective solar light around me. To guard me this day as I move through this earth-plane. I call upon angels of diamond-violet-ultraviolet fire to hold me, cleanse me and protect me from all lower frequencies...."

In May 2023 I experienced some interference I had not experienced before. It felt like I was walking through glue for several days. Also, my meditations had a darker aspect to them. When I asked for guidance, I was told I had a phantom zone. It seems that my Higher Self allowed this experience in order that I might work through releasing the structure and from there helping other Starseeds release anything similar in their fields.

I was also told that in terms of Dark Force interference there are three structures that cause the most problems, 4D devices placed in the energy fields, 4D dark portals where energies can enter and leave your energy fields and reality at will, and 4D phantom zones where a structure is placed around you with the design to separate you from your Higher Self, guides, angels and Source Energy. This transmission clears the latter. There are other tracks that work on the first two issues. (Check my Psychic Protection Playlist.)

This transmission is useful if you are feeling a certain darkness in your mind and life. If you have an ongoing sense of depression, a sense of low vibe, helplessness, or misfortune this transmission may help.

In this transmission we call upon your Team in Spirit including Metatron, and all angels working with Metatron, Michael, and all angels working with Michael plus Violet Fire and Ultraviolet Fire angels to clear and remove any such limiting structure. We also call upon Lightbody Surgeons from Sirius and elsewhere to help release the structure from your nervous system and central channel.

(The Phantom Zone was made famous by the Superman comics and films. In the story it was a prison-like parallel dimension where criminals were sent from Superman’s home planet.)

A sphere of light lifts and transports you to a Temple of Goddess lsis in the higher planes. You land in a desert region where the sphere dissolves. The temple of Isis is ahead. At the temple entrance you are greeted by two priestesses that serve the Goddess. They lead you into the temple. The central space is open to the sky. The sun is high in the sky. Though you cannot see it the star Sirius also shines its light at this time on the temple. In this temple space you find the purifying blue lotus pool of the Goddess.

“Hear me Great Isis, Great Iset, Great Goddess of many names. Great Goddess of earth and stars. Take my hand. I open my heart to Thee. Enfold me in your wings of magical light. Make fast the knot of light that unites me with Thee. Grace me Great Goddess with Thy healing presence. I ask this of Thee with the breath of my body. I ask this of Thee with the thoughts of my mind, I ask this of Thee with the fire of my heart. Hear me and open to me as I open to Thee.

I speak Thy name Great Isis, Great Iset. I open to Thee, I drink in Thy love. I forgive what needs to be forgiven, I surrender what needs to be surrendered, I ask for purification what needs to be purified.

Great Isis, Great Iset you are purity, your light purifies, and your temple is pure. Assist me in returning to my original state of purity. Great Isis, Great Iset you help me forgive, your temple helps me forgive. Great Isis, Great Iset your temple is a healing space, a purifying space. Hear me Great Goddess hear my prayer.”

The Arcturian gateway is an annual New Age and astrological alignment occurring from October 16 to October 18, when the Sun aligns with the bright star Arcturus at 24° Libra. Arcturus is about 25 times bigger than our Sun and during this time and for a period either side we are able to receive its light energy straight into our being.

The Arcturians are highly evolved beings. Their appearance and auras are blue, though they also contains the spectrum of violet. Like other Stellar races such as the Pleiadians, Andromedans, and Sirians, the Arcturians are taking part in a combined Galactic operation to assist the Earth and humanity to move up to the fifth dimension.

In this transmission we call on two sets of Angels - Diamond-Violet-Ultraviolet Fire Angels and also Solar Angels from the sun.

We begin by focusing on the part or parts of your body that need this clearing. We invoke Diamond-Violet-Ultraviolet Angelic Fire to clear toxicity, trauma, psychic pain, genetic or karmic programming, and a variety of other interferences from this part(s) of your body. We do this clearing through all layers and levels down to the cellular and sub-atomic levels. Then we invoke a gentle healing and soothing golden solar light into the part(s) being thus cleared.

This track explores the shift from one astrological age to another. At the end of this track is a meditation to release the outgoing energies and connections to the Age of Pisces in order to align with the energies and connections with the emerging Age of Aquarius.

"Perhaps you are already aware that this planet has been dark for many thousands of years. This has not been an easy place to incarnate in, a school of hard knocks is one way to put it. Every spiritual master that incarnated here was opposed for a time. Spiritual teachings became codified into religions and in this process lost much of their original true mystical content. We have passed through a time of religious devotion and this is changing..."

Repression is an unconscious defense mechanism that our innermost being uses in times of need to protect us in times of overwhelming anxiety, distress, shock, trauma that we are not able to handle and process at the time. This form of psychic defence can protect us from pain absorbed or formed during our formative years. As we move along the s[piritual path we may also find psychic pain that has origins in our ancestral lines and from other lietimes.

In this transmission we call on your Higher Self, various Angelic Helpers and Goddess Isis to begin to open and clear places in the body and energy fields holding deep repressed psychic pain. This is done in a temple dedicated to Goddess Hathor.

Goddess Hathor was revered as the goddess of love, beauty, music, dancing, fertility, and motherhood. She is often associated with the Greek goddess Aphrodite. Hathor has magical associations with the sky, the sun, and the afterlife. Hathor is a protector of women, especially during childbirth. She is often depicted as a woman with cow ears and horns, or a woman with a headdress featuring cow horns and a sun disk.

In this transmission we begin by calling on Angels of Clear Diamond and Angels of Violet-Ultraviolet Fire. We call on these angels to clear the Soul Star and Crown centres, then down to the Third Eye and Throat Soul Star and Crownand finally down to the Higher Heart (Thymus) centre. Clearing and opening the inner channel connecting you to your Higher Self, Guides, Angels and Akashic Records.

When this clearing is done, we then call on Angels of Rainbow Diamond and Angels of the Sun to expand your ability to access the Akashic records, 'positive' high vibrational lifetimes and certain gifts and abilities of these lifetimes so they become available now. In this light there is an expansion of the connection to your Higher Self, Guides and Angels. There is an activation and expansion of psychic senses. Opening the way for a stringer sense of intuition and clearer guidance. The ability to receive and send messages telepathically. Opening the ability to sense and see a higher future. There is a greater alignment with authentic self and inner truth. An opening to a greater flow in everyday life. Expanding the energy of good fortune. Expanding ability to manifest and attract abundance in all of its forms. There is an expansion of light in the higher heart (thymus), an opening to higher dimensional energies and realities, a greater ability to digest light, and radiate unconditional love.

This track was created in South-East England immediately after the August solar eclipse 2026. (During this eclipse 90% of the sun was visibly blocked by the moon in South-East England).

A solar eclipse is a potent window for deep purification. A time for finding and clearing psychic interference in your body, energy fields and timeline. In this transmission we call on various Unseen Friends in Spirit to transport you to a temple of black obsidian crystal. There we call on assistance to find and clear any psychic interference affecting the physical body, the energy fields and the central channel through to the 12th chakra. Clearing all interference multidimensionally.

“Courage is… a habit, a virtue: You get it by courageous acts. It’s like you learn to swim by swimming. You learn courage by couraging.” – From The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown

"In my experience creating and running a spiritual a business is a kind of modern-day hero’s journey. We are called to lean beyond the edge of our fear and face all the challenges that creating and running a business will bring. The good news about facing challenges is that each one comes offering us gifts. Each challenge has the potential to make us stronger, more flexible in our approach, and more resourceful in the future....." Steve Nobel

Affirmations directly address the unconscious mind, the part of you that never sleeps, the part of you that is always listening to the thoughts you think, the words you speak, the choices you make, the everyday action you take. There is a talk on the Portal of Sirius at this time of Lions Gate and how this relates to the theme of the return of the Goddess. The second half of this track is a meditation to infuse each of the major chakras in the body with the light of Sirius and with the power and authority of Goddess Isis.

"As the portal opens we can reconnect to the rebalancing power of the Goddess that returns not to dominate, not to turn the clock back to some golden matriarchal era, she comes to herald a New Age of Light. This New Age will not appear in some sudden solar flash though the light of the sun (with all the light codes riding on solar light) is also very active at this time in encouraging the movement towards a New Age of Light. This New Age is first birthed within us, within the psyche where there is a rebalancing and in time even a divine marriage between the animus (inner masculine) with the anima (inner feminine). "

In this ascension process on the earth-plane there are many Starseeds who align with different spiritual rays, one of these rays in the Crystal Ray. Those Starseeds who are most strongly aligned with the Crystal Ray are said to have incarnated roughly during the period of 1985-2005.

In this transmission we invoke the crystal ray into the crown centre and from there into all other centres in the head including the throat. The transmission then moves to the heart and higher heart. The transmission then focuses on the base and from there into the body and body elemental.

Then the transmission shifts to sending light back in time to you in the womb of your mother and to you the growing Starseed in this world.

This transmission calls on a number of archangels, angels and ascended beings working with indigo-blue ray starseeds. It begins with a clearing of any toxicity received from the birth family and bloodlines. Then a clearing of any toxicity received from 3D systems such as education. Then a transmission deep into the body, cells , DNA, chakra system and the auric field. A reminder of your role here as a indigo-blue ray alchemist, a stellar alchemist.

Blue-Indigo Starseeds are highly evolved, intuitive souls from other star systems or dimensions who have incarnated on Earth to aid in humanity’s consciousness shift. They carry gifts and qualities from both the Blue Ray and the Indigo Ray. Whereas Blue Ray Starseeds tend to work more behind the scenes and focus on inner work the Blue-Indigo Starseed tends to have a more external focus and a warrior-like rebellious streak.

Blue-Indigo are highly intuitive, sensitive and creative. At the same time they are the natural rule-breakers and 3D system busters who love to disrupt the status quo. Many struggle to fit into modern society, and have strong challenges with conventional 3D rules and 3D systems such as education and work. Any environment where there are rigid rules.

The Blue Ray gives you the ability to alchemically transmute certain dense energies. They Indigo Ray gives you a strong sense of justice, a speaker of truth, a transformer and awakener.

Those with a strong Indigo Ray may be prone to mood swings, anxiety, depression, if they don't understand and accept their nature or mission. In some cases they can be labelled with some kind of psychiatric disorder because they do not function ‘normally’.

Blue-Indigo Starseed are natural leaders and intuitive problem solvers once they wake up, find their niche, what they are here to do. They can sense and see a better way.

This transmission calls on a number of archangels, angels and ascended beings working with blue ray starseeds. It begins with a clearing of any toxicity received from the birth family and bloodlines. Then a clearing of any toxicity received from 3D systems such as education, work and media. Then a transmission deep into the body, cells , DNA, chakra system and the auric field. A reminder of your role here as a blue ray alchemist, a stellar alchemist.

The mission of Blue Rays concerns deep inner transmutation and transformation. They are interdimensional alchemists turning density into light. Many are here on the earth-plane at this time to assist in clearing, healing and uplifting collective density, darkness and trauma.

As interdimensional alchemists their work is not about turning physical lead into gold, rather they work on the inner planes as healers and transformers. The mission of Blue Rays is mostly behind the scenes. Though a few will be called to operate in a more public way.

Though many have a strong connection to Sirius they also have connections to other stellar races and dimensional spaces. This creates a great expansiveness, resourcefulness and fluidity in their being.

However, many Blue Rays choose to incarnate in rather challenging families. They take on family/ancestral wounds and karmic burdens as part of their mission. However, this can be doubly challenging and overwhelming especially in the formative years since Blue Rays are exceptionally sensitive and empathic.

Blue Rays often feel they do not belong, they may feel alone and an outsider. They tend not to thrive in conventional 3D systems. On the positive side alone time helps Blue Rays recharge and strengthen their connection to the Higher Self, guides and angels that are assisting them in their mission. Time spent in nature can be very restorative.

The track is a prayer to all benevolent Universal Forces to clear and remove all dark intent, dark malice, dark projections, dark entities, dark attachments touching you multidimensionally. This prayer is read through three times.

"I call on Source Energy, my Higher-Self, Angels, Archangels, Guides, and Ascended Beings and all Avatar Master Souls in this Universe of the highest light and resonance to hear this prayer. I call upon a column of bright white-gold liquid light from the core of the sun, created by archangels of the sun to flow down around me and through me. A column of vibrant liquid light to infuse me at every layer and level. Infusing every chakra. Infusing every cell of my physical body. Infusing into every layer and level of my energy fields. I ask this column of liquid light be securely anchored into the core of Gaia...."

In this transmission you are invited to sense or seee your third eye to be a great sphere of light that contains twelve layers and levels. Some of these levels maybe open and some maybe blocked.

We call on angels of violet-ultraviolet fire, and then angels of lapis lazuli to clear any gross obstructions in the third eye including ones that has their roots in other lifetimes. Clearing, if relevant, any past misuse of the gifts of the third eye.

We then call on angels of tanzanite crystal to join with angels of lapis lazuli into the structure of your third eye all layers and levels. Expanding the third eye into a crystalline stargate of tanzanite and lapis, a stargate that can be opened and also closed at your will.

Opening the stargate to your Higher Self. Allowing a flow of light, guidance and communication coming from your Higher Self. Opening the stargate to the angelic realm. Allowing a flow of healing transformational light coming from the angels of this world and other worlds. Opening the stargate of vision where you look into timelines of past, present and future. Opening the stargate to the Akashic Records. Allowing an ability to see into and read your records and that of others. Opening the stargate of the imagination. Giving your third eye space to know itself, to know its magical nature. Opening the gateway of manifestation. Allowing for an unwavering focus on those aspects of your reality you wish to enhance, expand, or create something new within.

This track is dedicated to my Granddaughter Isabella who is having some interesting challenges in the education system. This track is designed to free the creative mind of all limitations of the past to expand the innate potential of the mind in this present moment.

"I am freeing my mind. Freeing my mind of all constraints, of all limitations. As I listen to these positive statements it seems that all old limitations and dark programming that once affected my mind are simply dissolving away. In this way I am freeing my imagination, I am freeing my ability to simply know the way ahead, the way that is unique to me. I am finding all those seemingly magical formulas that work in my life. That help me go where I need to go...."

Affirmations directly address the unconscious mind, the part of you that never sleeps, the part of you that is always listening to the thoughts you think, the words you speak, the choices you make, the everyday action you take. The unconscious mind is the part of you that generates and regenerates your physical, etheric, emotional, and mental bodies. The unconscious mind is mostly responsible for creating your reality. In this transmission we journey to a small temple of light in the higher astral planes. There we begin to look into the astral body to activate the astral senses, to clear, cleanse, uplift and strengthen the astral body so that you can more safely and gracefully move through the astral planes.

In certain magical disciplines there was a focus on consciously building and refining a "body of light" to travel on the astral planes. This magical work was designed to make the astral body strong enough for traveling through the various planes.

The astral body is not something that naturally develops except through meditation and spiritual, emotional, and mental training. It can also be awakened through ‘certain’ experiences with psychedelic substances.

The Astral Body has an egg shaped aura that extends about 4 to 9 feet from the physical body.

Magical literature often describes the astral body being connected to the heart centre in the physical body by a "silver cord" which allows the consciousness to travel away from the physical plane and return.

Conscious, intentional, and controlled development of the astral body is an important step in spiritual advancement, allowing a being to travel to the higher planes to acquire knowledge and wisdom not readily available in the physical world.

The astral body is the means to travel the astral planes and is the lens through which lucid dreaming happens. The astral body, unlike the etheric body, survives the death of the physical body, and acts as a vehicle for the soul in the afterlife.

The astral body contains astral senses including: Clairaudience (astral hearing), Psychometry (astral touch/feeling), and Clairvoyance (astral sight).

In this transmission we call on your Teams in Spirit, Angelic Support and Galactic Support to clear, repair and uplift your etheric body.

The etheric body—sometimes referred to as the "etheric double"—is a subtle, energetic structure that exists alongside and permeates the physical body. It is composed of a fine, luminous substance known as etheric matter. This energy body acts as a bridge between the physical vehicle and the higher realms of energy and consciousness.

This energy field, when seen clairvoyantly, extends slightly beyond the physical body. The etheric body usually appears to the psychic eye as a luminous and shimmering pale violet-grey or blue-grey, or silver-grey light.

The etheric body is the medium through which vital energy, chi, ki, or prana, is absorbed from the surrounding environment and then flows through an intricate network of energy channels, known esoterically as nadis or meridians. This network includes the major and minor chakras, energy centres.

Each part of the physical body is connected to its equivalent part in the etheric body. For instance, an envelope of subtle energy surrounds every cell in the human body.

When we receive healing, acupuncture, sound healing or hands on energy healing its primary impact will be on the etheric body. Prayers and positive intentions, also uplift the health and vitality of the etheric body.

In this transmission we call upon Angels of Golden Amber Crystal to create a sphere of protective light around you.

Then they create a sphere of amber light around the solar plexus. Clearing any energy of blame and criticism and judgement in all layers and levels. Replacing this with a gorgeous earthy golden amber light. Helping to strengthen your natural energetic boundaries. Helping to strengthen your natural courage. Then clearing any energy of scarcity and lack in all layers and levels. Replacing this with a gorgeous earthy golden amber light. Strengthening your innate ability to produce, create, generate and hold abundance.

Then they create a sphere of amber light around the throat. Again clearing any energy of blame and criticism and judgement held in any layer or level. Replacing this with a gorgeous earthy golden amber light. Helping to strengthen your connection to your authentic self. Helping to strengthen the natural power of your voice. Then clearing any energy of scarcity and lack in all layers and levels. Replacing this with a gorgeous earthy golden amber light. In this transmission Archangel Sandalphon opens two points of light in the crystalline grid of the earth. Each of these is a gateway into an ancient earth. The first a rocky, crystalline and fiery earth. The second a green and lush earth. In each you have the opportunity to surrender any energies that do not serve you.

Here, you can surrender the pain of the past, any old disappointments, regrets, perceived failures, perceived mistakes, choices that did not work out as well as you had hoped. Here, you can surrender any old guilt and fear. Here you can surrender any dreams that did not manifest as you had wished. Any places where you felt helpless, powerless, unable to determine your destiny. In both planes you can allow the vitality, power and light of the earth to transform these old energies and then fill all the void spaces in your being that need more light.

Cravings are intense desires driven by physical, emotional, or neurological triggers. Whatever the craving, whether for alcohol, food, sex or drugs there can be a loss of control where the craving simply takes over. Cravings can seek to numb or manage stress, anxiety, depression, or past trauma. All cravings have negative consequences and in some cases can cause strain in personal and professional relationships, also financial strain and with some can lead to risky behaviours.

This transmission begins with a closing and sealing of the energy fields. This is followed by calling on the Higher Self and Metatron to clear any lower entities, energies and psychic cording associated with the craving. Then there is a direct clearing within the energetic core of the craving that exists in the body and energy fields. This clearing is done with three different kinds of angelic fire. Finally, we call on your Higher Self for guidance concerning a new mental-emotional-physical response to replace this craving.

Cybele is an ancient Anatolian Mother of the Gods, representing the earth, fertility, and wild nature. Worshipped across Phrygia, then Greece, and Rome (where she was known as Magna Mater or the Great Mother). The Greek writer Homer wrote that Cybele is "the Mother of all gods and all human beings." Cybele became associated with several Greek deities such as Rhea, Demeter and Dionysus. The Romans believed that Cybele was the Mother-Goddess of ancient Troy.

I met this Goddess in Istanbul (May 2026) where I was woken from the dreaming planes in the middle of the night by an orchestra of cats. Then, as the cats quietened down, I felt the touch of the Goddess and she showed me her energy on the earth-plane was very ancient going back to Neolithic hunters. Later she was present during the great shift from hunter-gathering to agriculture. I was shown the symbol of a sheath of grain and also grapes. She is seeking to return to these ancient lands and to this world.

In this transmission we connect with three qualities of the earth-mother Goddess, the wild ecstatic feminine, safety/protection, and golden abundance. We also connect to her sister, the Goddess of the sun and in this connection there is a rebalancing of the masculine and feminine within so they begin to operate with higher levels of harmony/unity.

This transmission was recorded during a Live on YouTube called Raise Your Vibration.

• Suffering due to rejection, abandonment,
• Suffering due to criticism and judgement,
• Suffering due to heartbreak and loss,
• Suffering and trauma due to any physical, emotional, mental abuse,
• Suffering and trauma due to death via natural disasters,
• Suffering and trauma due to ancient illness such as plagues,
• Suffering and trauma due to war and violence,
• Suffering and trauma due to oppression and slavery,
• Suffering and trauma due to entrapment, incarceration,
• Suffering and trauma due to lack, scarcity, starvation,
• Persecution due to religious beliefs or affiliations,
• Persecution due to possessing wealth. Jealousy,

Solar Angels hold a higher frequency of light and come from the sun of our solar system. Angels of Healing are usually present in any healing interaction. These angels hold a peaceful and harmonising light to restore a sense of coming back to the true self beyond suffering and pain. Angels of Herkimer Quartz “Diamonds” - exceptional healing energies that facilitates the removal of energy blocks and stimulates healing by increasing the amount of Light energy the body can utilize. In this transmission you are invited to invoke a triangular force of energy within you. The top point, around the crown is your Higher Self. One of the lower points of the triangle holds the energy of your inner critical voice. The other lower point holds the energy of your inner child that is part of your vulnerability. Both energies invoked into the lower two points have energetic threads into different parts of your body, mind and energy fields.

We then tune into the inner critic, this is the part that has internalised all the critical voices you experienced in your childhood and adolescent years. The critical parents, teachers, and others. Listen to all of its mental yammer-yammer, all of its judgements and critiques about you and your life. Notice the feel in your body of the energy of this self, the density, movement and colour of it. Tune into the tone and volume of its voice. We call upon Archangel Raphael and angels of peace to transmit a white-green angelic light into the core of its energy.

As this is happening call the inner child to enter the third point of the triangle. Then tune into the energy of this part here and explain to the inner child that the parental-critic is going through an upgrade and not to be afraid. We then call upon Archangel Gabriel and angels of love to transmit a white-gold-pink angelic light into your heart and lower chakras, anywhere in your body and energy fields you feel this child self present in you.

"The life of Jesus laid out a spiritual path that many are now being called to follow as we enter the Age of Aquarius. This does not mean we have to journey to distant lands, or enter some monastic setting rather it reveals an archetypal journey that has a beginning, a number of stages and a final conclusion. And at this point I want to reassure you that this does not mean this path is going to lead you to some doom and gloom scenario!"

At this time of great volatility and injustice on the earth-plane we call on the assistance of Goddess Durga whose name translates as impassable, unassailable and invincible fortress. Goddess Durga holds the entire Universe in the palm of her hand. Goddess Durga has an impenetrable energy when it comes to dealing with dark forces threatening the peace and stability of the earth-plane. Goddess Durga is seen as both Divine Mother and a Divine Warrior. Traditionally she is described as having many arms each holding a weapon of light. She comes riding on the back of a tiger. She returns bringing her wisdom, compassion, and light to protect and restore order and justice in this universe.

Your abundance and prosperity does not rely on your government, nor on the state of the economy, not in the changing landscape of finances in the world. Your abundance and prosperity is directly related to your resonance of abundance and prosperity which in turn will expand your heart and mind to receive more in all of its many delicious layers and levels. At this time of ascension you might feel it is important to shift your mindset, resonance and experience around abundance, prosperity and money.

At this time of ascension it is possible to invite into the cells and DNA of the body a finer and higher resonance of abundance and prosperity. Please know, that you have quite likely had lifetimes where you experienced prosperity and abundance beyond anything you are currently experiencing. You have also quite likely experienced lifetimes of scarcity and lack. This is all part of the soul’s journey.

This track is designed to enhance, uplift, expand your inspired / creative / innovative ability to find new pathways and new solutions.

Allow this affirmation track to go deep into your body, deep into the cells, deep into the beliefs you hold, deep into your fluid energy field.

These affirmations are read through using 'I am' and then repeated using 'you are' statements.

In this transmission we call on your Higher Self to open the space and connect you first to the light, love and wisdom of Mary the Magdalene. Then to the Ancient Egyptian Goddess Hathor who is strongly connected to the qualities of love and inner beauty. Then finally, to the Goddess Isis who embodies the archetypes of priestess, empress and magician.

The Priestess of the Rose, that is so strongly associated with Mary Magdalene, also has its roots in Atlantis and the Atlantean colony of Egypt. This line also, quite likely, leads back to Isis who was both High Priestess in the Atlantean Law of One tradition, and later pharaoh of the Atlantean colony in Egypt. Her essence merged with the earth Goddess traditions of that land after her passing from the earth-plane. This lineage also reaches back to Goddess Hathor who strongly embodies the qualities of love and inner beauty that this tradition strongly embodies.

This chat about dark forces concludes with a few tips you can use to neutralise both fear and psychic interference.

"Now before I dive deeper into this I have to say that dark forces are real, I had a very direct experience with them that lasted around six years when I passed through a dark night of the soul. Before that time my experience of spiritual awakening and walking the path did not include any encounters with dark forces. I worked with shamanism very intensely and then Wicca and neither brought me into contact with that dark sphere. However, there was a trigger of a different kind in 2010 that began this dark period for me. For a large portion of that time psychic attacks was a daily and night-time experience for me. I do now consider that time to be a rather intense period of my training for the work I now do.....

So, dark forces are real and psychic attack is certainly something that many may experience at this time of ascension.... Firstly, please know that this earth-plane has been quite dense for thousands of years and this is now changing. The light is getting stronger and this is making dark forces more active because they feel the shift and are doing everything they can to stop it. This is creating a lot of volatility right now both on the earth and across the inner planes. Attacks from dark forces towards certain Starseeds, especially anyone with a public presence like myself is more common than say 20 years ago. Please remember that the light is getting stronger day by day and it is becoming harder for dark forces to freely operate as they once were able...."

Ma'at is the ancient Egyptian Goddess of truth, balance, order, law, and justice. She often takes the form of a woman with an ostrich feather on her head. This feather symbolizes light, truth, and moral purity. She represented the cosmic, social, and moral order that kept the universe, seasons, and stars in balance. This prayer is spoken three times.

"Beloved Goddess Ma’at, anoint my heart and mind with the vibration of your pure light. Do this so that the true power of cosmic order, truth and justice may be known to my heart and mind and enter into all that I say and do. I ask that my heart and mind be purified of all injustice, that my reality be purified of all injustice, that my heart and mind be raised in light to align with cosmic law, cosmic truth. I ask that everything else fall away....

Beloved Goddess Ma’at, I am ever your humble servant, I serve the Law of One. I align with cosmic law, cosmic truth, and cosmic justice. I honour the light of creation in all beings and things. I praise the forces of order, love and harmony in all of creation.

Beloved Goddess Ma’at, I trust myself to live in accordance with cosmic law. I will follow my inner guidance. I will give blessings and offerings to those in need. I will move forward with integrity. I will advance by the grace of spirit and through my own abilities and inner resourcefulness.

Beloved Goddess Ma’at, It is my commitment that I live within the principle that all life is sacred. That I will treat the earth as sacred, honour all life, mineral, plant and animal, with reverence. That I will care for the earth, care for the waters that flow upon the earth and accept and use only what I need from the earth.

Beloved Goddess Ma’at, It is my commitment that I will do my best in each and every moment, that I will live with honour and virtue, live in peace with all beings, respect that which belongs to others and live in gratitude for all my daily blessings.

Beloved Goddess Ma’at, It is my commitment that I will do my best in each and every moment. That I will live and breathe in truth, speak with sincerity, speak with good intent, speak words of peace and compassion, speak positively of others, converse with awareness, and listen to the wisdom of others. That I will forgive, remain kind, love and be open to love. That I will spread joy in thought, word and deed.

Beloved Goddess Ma’at holder of cosmic law. Hear my prayer."

This meditation is aimed at unifying the lower and higher minds. This is done to harness the energy of the lower mind without suppressing its natural wilful energy. The lower mind is like a number of wild horses sometimes pulling in different directions. The higher mind is like the charioteer who harnesses the energy of the horses. This meditation as a longer transmission can be found in my 5D Membership and is called 'Goddess Isis & Higher Mind Transmission: Harnessing Your Soul’s Purpose. '

The Akashic Records are a universal library containing information concerning the entire history of your soul's evolutionary journey, including everything this lifetime and other lifetimes. The records are not physical books though they can appear this way or any way in fact. The records are energetic, they are information held within a web or lattice of light and that is non-linear and multidimensional in nature. The Akashic Records contain information on your stellar origins and your stellar connections.

The Akashic Records could also be called your Soul Records and these are consulted for many reasons, to understand life challenges and karmic patterns, and to gain insights into innate talents, abilities and gifts you have developed over many lifetimes and to also have a greater understanding of soul purpose. The Akashic Records contain information on past events, parallel lifetime events and other seemingly past lifetime events as well as emerging future tendencies, patterns, possibilities and probabilities.

In this track is an overview of the Akashic Records and an example of a current deep Akashic records clearing project that will give a certain level of deep insight into the nature of this work.
