Ebb & Flow: A Journey Through Change 22 févr. 202500:17:38

After a little break between podcasts to process some intense feelings I’m back—excited, refreshed, and ready to share more!

In this episode, I reflect on my journey so far: navigating my second year of university (which, feels more manageable than the first), integrating more self-care into my routine (including working with my menstrual cycle instead of against it), and figuring out how to balance personal projects with LIFE.

I also dive into a journal entry where I explore the balance between my "feminine" and "masculine" sides but also find myself reconnecting with parts of me—especially in the context of social work. This year feels like a big transition, and I’m leaning into the unknown, open to new connections, and even thinking about bringing guests onto the podcast

Excited to see where this journey takes us!

🎧 Tune in, and let’s chat about personal growth, self-care, and finding balance in all the chaos.

3 Things I’ve Learnt About Myself As A Student 09 janv. 202500:22:29

This podcast episode recounts my reflections on my first year of university. "Three key takeaways" are discussed: The unexpected competitiveness that I discovered within myself, the unhealthy coping mechanisms used to manage the intense stress of higher education, and the significant value of life experience in their social work studies. I put emphasises on the importance of persistence and self-belief in overcoming challenges, acknowledging the difficulties while celebrating personal growth and newfound opportunities. Overall I am reflective and insightful, sharing both my struggles and triumphs of a mature-age student.
