Oluwa Adams-Oyenuga is a mystic, teacher of meditative presence, tantra and dance, and a psychologist, philosopher, author, and singer/songwriter. He has a Ph.D. in Mythology with
emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria, California. Oluwa has taught Philosophy, Psychology and Religious studies in various colleges and has been teaching meditative presence, tantra and dance yoga techniques in various venues since 2008. Welcome to the Sex, Spirituality and Psychedelics Show. 

I’m Rose Amaru, your host and journey guide through this audio adventure.

My own adventure as guide began with the Serpent Sanctum, a nonprofit dedicated to facilitating empowerment, healing and the arts through Sacred Serpent Wisdom. As president and founder I brought together a number of women for bimonthly circles, dance performance and workshops. In addition to the Serpent Medicine, Theta Healing modality has supported my 1 on 1 practice, really allowing for the shed and release of old belief systems and allowing growth into our fullest selves.  Having presented workshops in the California festival circuit and San Francisco Bay prepared me for facilitating retreats involving dance, sexuality and serpents.  In 2019 I became ordained Reverend Priestess with the Temple of Isis and Certified Tantra Educator with Source School of Tantra. 

The question then became, what do I do next?

I see that the majority of people on this planet are sick, tired, overworked and unhappy, and that its quite challenging for anyone walk through this live with Power, Purpose and Pleasure.

I started this podcast on the three topics that have helped me the most to come from a space of hating myself and the world in general to quite enjoying it, finding that purpose, satisfaction and community.

If you tune in for a while, you’ll get plenty of tips for wildly satisfying sex as well as answers for those questions you may be too embarrassed to ask. You may even find out some things you didn’t even know to ask! You’ll learn a wide variety of alternative spiritual practices, get great tips for exploring psychedelics, and be introduced to some amazing people.

You can expect to hear interviews with a variety of medicine men and women, priestesses and shamans, sex educators and relationship coaches, seasoned psychonauts and spiritual practitioners. I’ll review some epic sex products and spiritual books and occasionally give readings or chat about my personal life. You can expect new episodes every Friday, and special gifts for tuning in.
