Ep #80: Goodbye, for Now…
06 Aug 2026
00:19:41
This episode is a deeply personal one as I share a decision that has been sitting heavily on my heart: I’m taking a step back from The Secure Love Club Podcast, and the upcoming September intake of Peacefully Attached will be the final round of the program.
After 80 episodes, three years of Peacefully Attached and the privilege of supporting so many incredible women, I’ve realised that something new is calling me forward. I feel ready to expand beyond dating and relationships and explore the work I’m feeling increasingly drawn towards around breathwork, nervous system regulation, our capacity to sit with discomfort and what becomes possible when we finally trust ourselves enough to take aligned action.
This isn’t an easy ending, and I don’t know exactly what comes next yet… but sometimes we have to let go of what is familiar, comfortable and deeply meaningful to create space for the next evolution of who we are.
To every person who has listened, shared an episode, sent me a message or allowed this podcast to walk beside them through a difficult season: thank you. This is goodbye for now, but I have a feeling this isn’t the end.
And to the woman who has been telling herself she’ll join Peacefully Attached “one day”… we’ve officially reached one day. Applications for the final intake close Sunday, 16 August at midnight.

Ep #79: Your Next Evolution Requires You to Get Uncomfortable
27 Jul 2026
00:24:04
In this episode, we’re talking about what your next evolution in love is actually going to require from you. You can be intelligent, self-aware, successful and completely capable in every other area of your life, yet the moment you really like someone, suddenly find yourself shrinking, staying quiet, overlooking things you know aren’t right and becoming a version of yourself designed to keep them choosing you.
The truth is, knowing your patterns isn’t always enough to change them. If your nervous system still associates speaking up, walking away, choosing someone healthy or doing something differently with danger, you can understand exactly what you should do and still snap straight back into what feels familiar.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why you can be incredibly self-aware and still repeat the same relationship patterns
Why changing who you choose requires changing what you believe you’re worthy of
How your nervous system can keep pulling you back towards familiar relationships, even when you consciously want something different
Why your capacity to tolerate discomfort is one of the biggest predictors of whether you’ll actually choose differently
How combining conscious mindset work with nervous system and subconscious work can help you create lasting change

Ep #78: What to do when your mind says: “I’m never going to find a connection like this again!” - Your State, Your Story, Your Experience
20 Jul 2026
00:33:13
In this episode, we’re talking about what happens when you finally meet someone you genuinely like… and instead of feeling relaxed, excited and secure, your nervous system immediately starts preparing for everything to go wrong. You start worrying they’ll lose interest, convincing yourself you’ll never meet anyone else like them, analysing every message, seeking certainty and feeling an overwhelming urge to control where the connection is going.
I introduce a simple but powerful framework called Your State, Your Story, Your Experience, which explains how your nervous system state influences the meaning you attach to someone’s behaviour, how that story affects the way you respond, and how your response can unintentionally create the very experience you were afraid of.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why meeting someone healthy can bring up more fear than relief
How your emotional state changes the meaning you make of what’s happening
Why you can feel secure one day and completely spiral the next
How fear can push you into creating the exact outcome you don’t want
How to tell when something is genuinely off — and when an old wound is speaking

Ep #77: MVP - How to Believe Your Dream Relationship Is Actually Possible For You
13 Jul 2026
00:25:22
In this episode, we’re diving into a question almost every woman on the anxious-to-secure path quietly struggles with: “How do I believe the partner I truly want actually exists… and that I’m not delusional for wanting it?” This conversation was sparked by a powerful question from a Peacefully Attached client who had just finished painting a beautiful, detailed vision of her ideal partner, and then immediately felt like it was too good to be true.
If you’ve ever felt that too? You’re in the right room, my friend. I break down why your brain resists believing in healthy, aligned love, how past evidence from anxious dating patterns distorts what feels possible, and why your job is never to figure out how it will happen, only to become the woman who can hold it.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why your brain resists believing in healthy, secure love, and how cognitive dissonance shows up when you raise your standards. • Why you don’t need past evidence to desire (or receive) the relationship you want. • How to embody the qualities you’re calling in and become an energetic match for aligned love. • The difference between grounded self-belief and “delusion,” and how to stay committed when fear tells you to settle. • How to trust timing, release the grip on the “how,” and let dating feel calmer and easier.

Ep #76: Fight for the Woman You Want to Become! How to Expand Into The Next Version of Yourself
06 Jul 2026
00:45:44
In this episode, we’re having a tough-love conversation about what it really takes to become the woman you keep saying you want to become, because at some point, it’s not that you need more awareness or another deep dive into why you are the way you are, it’s that you have to decide whether you’re going to keep fighting for the old version of you who lives from fear, self-doubt, anxious attachment, and familiar chaos… or start fighting for the secure, self-led, deeply worthy woman you’re ready to become. We explore how confusion can quietly become a buffer for discomfort, why your brain keeps using your past to predict your future, and how real change is built through the small, uncomfortable choices you make again and again that create new evidence for who you are becoming.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why your brain uses past experiences to predict what is possible for your future
How confusion can become a sneaky way of avoiding the discomfort of taking action
Why self-awareness alone doesn’t create change, but it does create choice
How to identify the old identity you’ve been unconsciously living from in dating, relationships, or life
Why becoming secure requires you to take small, stretchy actions that reinforce a new version of you

Ep #75: Boundaries Aren’t Enough: How To Choose Better Partners
29 Jun 2026
00:37:12
In this episode, we’re diving into one of the most important conversations we can have when it comes to secure dating: why boundaries and communication are essential, but they are not the whole transformation.
So many women do the work of learning how to express their needs, speak up when something doesn’t feel right, and communicate instead of silently spiralling… but then they keep dating people who ignore, dismiss, minimise, or repeatedly fail to meet those needs. And that’s where the real problem begins.
In this episode, we explore the difference between becoming a better communicator and becoming a better chooser, why over-explaining can quietly become self-abandonment, and how to start paying attention to what someone does after you communicate, not just what they promise in the moment.
In this episode, you'll learn:
Why communication is only powerful when the other person is actually receptive to it
How to tell the difference between a genuine mistake and a pattern you need to believe
Why over-communicating can sometimes be a sign you’re attached to someone’s potential
What to focus on in early dating so you’re choosing from reality, not chemistry or hope
How to shift from trying to convince someone to meet you, to choosing people who already have the capacity to meet you

Ep #74: What Grief Taught Me About Feeling My Feelings - Dedicated to Archie ❤️
22 Jun 2026
00:28:18
In this episode, I'm sharing something a little different and a lot more personal. Last week, my family received the heartbreaking news that one of our beloved dogs, Archie, was very unwell and that we would need to make the impossible decision to let him go. As I navigate the grief of losing him, I've found myself reflecting deeply on what it means to truly feel our feelings rather than avoid them, suppress them, or try to think our way out of them.
This conversation isn't just about grief. It's about the emotions we all experience but often struggle to make space for. The anxiety, sadness, disappointment, fear, rejection, and heartbreak that we so often push aside because they're uncomfortable. Through my own experience over the past week, I'm sharing why feeling our emotions is one of the most important skills we can develop, and a simple process you can use to start doing exactly that.
In this episode, you'll learn:
The profound lesson grief has reminded me about emotional processing and healing
Why suppressing emotions doesn't make them disappear and what actually happens when we avoid them
The powerful river and waterfall analogy that's helped me navigate difficult feelings
A simple step-by-step process for identifying, feeling, and releasing emotions in a healthy way
Why allowing yourself to feel is often the fastest path back to feeling grounded, calm, and present

Ep #73: Expect the Unexpected! The Magic That Unfolds When You Open Your Energy, Detach from Outcomes, and Flirt with the World
15 Jun 2026
00:28:01
In this episode, we're talking about something that has the power to completely change not only your dating life, but the way you move through the world: opening your energy, letting go of rigid expectations, and becoming available for the unexpected.
So many women approach dating carrying the weight of a specific outcome. Every date, conversation, or interaction becomes loaded with pressure, hope, and silent expectations about where it's supposed to lead. But what if that energy is actually getting in the way of the very thing you're looking for?
Inspired by a client conversation, a story about how my sister met her fiancée, and a surprising interaction from my own life, this episode explores what happens when you stop gripping so tightly to the outcome and start engaging with life from a place of curiosity, openness, and playfulness instead.
In this episode, you'll learn:
Why "flirting with the world" can make you more magnetic than focusing solely on finding a relationship
How expectations and attachment to outcomes can create disappointment and close off opportunities
The surprising power of talking to strangers and opening yourself up to new connections
Why detachment doesn't mean giving up on love, it means making space for possibilities you can't yet see
How small shifts in your energy can lead to unexpected friendships, opportunities, and meaningful connections

Ep #72: Stop Believing Every Thought You Have
08 Jun 2026
00:29:11
In this episode, I’m sharing a reminder that completely shifted the way I was moving through a difficult season recently… and it’s one I think every woman needs to hear: you are not your thoughts. When life feels uncertain, when dating doesn’t go the way you hoped, or when old fears and limiting beliefs start getting loud again, it’s easy to believe every thought that passes through your mind is the truth. Before you know it, you're spiralling, questioning yourself, and making decisions from fear instead of from the grounded, secure woman you're working so hard to become.
This conversation came from a powerful therapy session that reminded me just how convincing our anxious brain can be when it's trying to keep us safe. We dive into why your mind often presents fear as fact, how old stories can quietly come back online when you're navigating change, and the simple mindset shift that creates space between who you are and what you're thinking.
In this episode, you'll learn:
Why your thoughts aren't facts, even when they feel incredibly convincing
How fear-based thinking keeps you stuck in old patterns and comfort zones
A simple practice to separate yourself from anxious thoughts in real time
How to respond from your highest, wisest self instead of your fearful brain
Why changing your thoughts can completely change the actions you take and the results you create

Ep #71: You’re Not “Just An Overthinker”… You’re In a Dysregulated Dating Pattern
01 Jun 2026
00:26:14
In this episode, we’re calling out something that so many women quietly believe about themselves… “I’m just an overthinker.” It feels harmless, almost like a personality trait you’ve learnt to live with, but what if that label is actually keeping you stuck in the very patterns you’re trying to break?
Overthinking in dating isn’t cute or quirky, it’s exhausting. It pulls you out of the present moment, keeps you stuck in your head, and has you analysing every little thing instead of actually experiencing the connection in front of you. And the worst part? You start to believe that this is just who you are… something you have to manage, rather than something you can actually change.
This episode is about shifting that perspective.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why identifying as an “overthinker” is keeping you stuck in the exact patterns you want to break
How hypervigilance, pattern tracking, and control are showing up in your dating life
Why your body not feeling safe is what’s driving the mental spiral
How to go from overthinking to grounded and secure in dating

Ep #70: Are You Desperate for Wanting a Relationship?
25 May 2026
00:30:20
In this episode, we’re getting real about something so many women feel… but rarely say out loud. Wanting a relationship… thinking about it often… wondering if you’re “ruining it” by caring too much… and then judging yourself for it. Somewhere along the way, you’ve been taught that if you want love too much, you’re desperate… but if you don’t want it at all, you’re “doing it right.” And honestly? That messaging is confusing as hell. So let’s clear it up.
This conversation was sparked by a follower who asked a question that I know will hit home for so many of you; how do you hold the desire for a relationship without it turning into pressure, shame, or something that makes you feel like there’s something wrong with you? We’re not here to get rid of the desire, but to change the way you relate to it, because wanting a relationship isn’t the problem, but the energy you hold around it very well could be.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why wanting a relationship doesn’t make you desperate (and what actually does)
The difference between clean desire vs attached desire and how to spot where you’re operating from
The “play it cool” trap that’s causing you to self-abandon in dating
What you’re really craving underneath the desire for a relationship
The grounded shift that allows you to want love deeply, without feeling consumed by it

Ep #69: YOU ARE THE CATCH
18 May 2026
00:36:43
In this episode, I’m coming in hot… because sometimes you don’t need another gentle reminder, you need a wake-up call that snaps you back into your power.
This conversation was sparked from a moment that hit deeper than expected… being told “you are the catch” and actually letting that land. Not as a cute affirmation, but as a standard you live by. Because there’s a big difference between saying you know your worth, and acting like it when it actually matters.
I take you inside a recent dating experience where things started strong, felt exciting… and then slowly shifted. And instead of spiralling, overthinking, or waiting around for clarity, I chose something different. Not perfectly or without feeling it, but from a place of self-respect that didn’t negotiate. This episode will challenge the way you approach dating, especially if you’ve ever found yourself prioritising potential over reality, or shrinking in moments where you should’ve spoken up.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why knowing you’re “the catch” means nothing if your actions don’t back it up
The subtle ways you still pedestal people and how that keeps you stuck in anxious patterns
What it looks like to advocate for yourself in real time (not just in theory)
The difference between someone’s potential vs who they’re showing you they are right now
Why cutting things off early is often the most self-respecting (and attractive) move you can make

Ep #68: From Fake Tan Addiction And Insecurity to Radical Self-Acceptance With Belle Christina
11 May 2026
00:53:48
In this episode, I’m joined by the incredible Belle Christina — a beauty content creator who is leading powerful conversations around confidence, self-acceptance, and embracing your natural skin.
This is a deeply personal one for me, because we’re diving into something I’ve struggled with for most of my life: a dependency on fake tan, and the insecurity that sat underneath it. What started as a habit in my teenage years became something that quietly controlled my confidence, my routines, and even how I showed up in relationships.
Belle was actually a huge part of my journey in breaking free from this. I found her content years ago when I was first trying to quit… and in this conversation, we unpack both of our experiences — from where this insecurity began, to the moment everything shifted, to what it actually takes to let go of something that once felt like a “non-negotiable” for your confidence.
This episode isn’t just about fake tan. It’s about any insecurity, habit, or identity you feel dependent on to feel good enough… and what becomes possible when you finally release it. If you’ve ever felt like you need something external to feel confident, beautiful, or worthy — this conversation is going to open your eyes in the best way.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • How seemingly “small” insecurities can quietly control your confidence, decisions, and identity • Why your insecurities often aren’t actually yours — and how they’re shaped by your environment and conditioning • The moment Belle realised she could change her mind — and how that shifted everything • Practical ways to break free from habits you feel dependent on (without going cold turkey) • How to build real, grounded confidence by embracing your natural self — not masking it

Ep #67: Intensity Isn’t Intimacy & Are YOU The Love Bomber?!
04 May 2026
00:50:55
In this episode, I’m sharing a conversation where I was interviewed by the amazing Drea Renee on her podcast ‘Hey Babe, Can We Talk?’
This is such a fun, value-packed conversation where we’re not just talking about what’s been happening to you in dating, but also how you might be unintentionally keeping yourself stuck in the exact patterns you say you want to break.
We get into what my own dating life used to look like — constantly thinking about the person I was seeing, needing their attention to feel okay, and calling it “connection”… when really, it was anxiety running the show. We also go into love bombing in a really honest way. We dissect how it shows up in another person, AND, the role we can play in speeding things up, getting swept up, and ignoring what we already know deep down.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why what you call “connection” might actually be anxiety • The subtle ways you might be participating in the patterns you feel stuck in • What love bombing really looks like — beyond the obvious • How to tell the difference between feeling calm… and feeling consumed • Why shifting your focus back onto yourself changes everything

Ep #66: When You're Not Who You Used To Be... But Not Quite Who You're Becoming. Navigating 'The River of Misery'
27 Apr 2026
00:27:47
In this episode, I’m taking you into one of the most important (and honestly, confronting) truths when it comes to love, dating, and relationships: the love you want is real… but there are parts of you that simply cannot come with you into it.
This isn’t about not being “healed enough” or needing to become a perfect version of yourself before you’re worthy of love. It’s about recognising that many women are trying to call in calm, secure, emotionally available relationships… while still holding onto identities that were built in chaos — where love felt inconsistent, uncertain, and something you had to fight for.
We dive into why you can be self-aware, doing the work, and still find yourself in the same dating patterns… and the deeper shift that actually changes things. From the stories your nervous system is still running, to the uncomfortable “in-between” phase of becoming someone new in love — this episode will help you understand what’s really keeping you stuck, and what it takes to finally move forward.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why the issue isn’t that you want love too much… but that parts of you are still afraid of what receiving it would require • The difference between familiarity vs safety, and why you keep feeling drawn to the same type of person • Why strategy alone won’t change your dating patterns (and what actually will) • What the “in-between” phase of becoming secure really looks like and why it feels so uncomfortable • How your identity shapes your experience in love… and the shift that allows you to finally receive something different

Ep #65: From Heartbreak to Getting Her Spark Back - Client Story with Zala!
20 Apr 2026
00:46:32
In this episode, I’m sitting down with one of my Peacefully Attached clients, Zala, who shares her journey from feeling heartbroken and stuck after a breakup… to getting her spark back and dating with confidence and self-trust.
When she first came to me, it wasn’t just the breakup — it was the deeper fear that she’d never find the love she truly wanted. Old patterns were back in full force… anxious attachment, emotionally unavailable partners, and slowly abandoning herself to keep things going. Even with years of self-awareness, she still felt stuck, like nothing was actually changing.
We talk about the shift that moved her out of that; learning how to regulate her emotions, rebuild safety within herself, and finally start trusting herself again. Now, she’s dating in a completely different way — clear, grounded, and no longer chasing or overthinking. The spark she thought she’d lost? It’s back. This episode is a reminder that just because you feel broken right now… doesn’t mean you stay there.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • What heartbreak can bring up beneath the surface, and why it often reactivates old attachment patterns • How Zala moved from feeling stuck and defeated… to rebuilding her confidence and sense of self • Why awareness alone wasn’t enough and the piece that actually helped her create change • What it looks like to get your spark back and date from a place of self-trust, clarity, and emotional safety

Ep #64: I Got GHOSTED & My Anxious Attachment Gremlin Popped Up - Here's What Happened.
13 Apr 2026
00:24:00
In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of a very real, very recent dating experience… where I got ghosted. And not just ignored… fully unmatched. 😅
What made this moment so powerful wasn’t the ghosting itself… it was what happened internally. The thoughts that came up, the stories my anxious attachment wanted to run with, and the way I caught myself before spiralling into old patterns. Doing the work doesn’t mean you never get triggered again. It means you respond differently when you do.
I walk you through exactly what went through my mind in that moment, how I regulated myself, the questions I asked to shift out of anxiety, and the reframe that allowed me to move on within hours instead of days or weeks. This episode will show you what it actually looks like to embody secure attachment in real time — not just understand it.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • What goes on internally when your anxious attachment gets activated, and why those thoughts feel so real in the moment • The simple but powerful shift from reacting → regulating (and how to catch yourself before the spiral takes over) • Why expressing your standards will never push away the right person, and what it reveals when someone disappears instead • How to stop making rejection mean something about your worth, and start seeing it as information about compatibility • The difference between knowing the work… and embodying it; what secure attachment really looks like in practice

Ep #63: From Situationship Loops to Secure Dating - Client Story with Liv!
06 Apr 2026
00:43:45
In this episode, I’m sitting down with one of my past Peacefully Attached clients, Liv, who shares her journey from feeling stuck in repetitive, anxiety-driven dating patterns… to finally experiencing calm, grounded, and secure connection.
From the outside, her life looked full — thriving career, strong friendships, everything “working” — but behind the scenes, her dating life felt like a constant loop of emotionally unavailable men, overthinking, and that underlying sense of unease she couldn’t shake. We talk about the moment everything clicked… when she realised she wasn’t just attracting these dynamics, she was actively participating in them, and how that shift gave her the power to change.
From stepping out of dating entirely and rebuilding safety within herself, to now dating in a way that feels slow, intentional, and aligned… this episode shows what actually happens when you move beyond awareness and start embodying the work. If you’ve ever felt like you keep ending up in the same situation with a different person, this will open your eyes to what’s really going on, and what’s possible instead.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • What it looks like to be stuck in a situationship loop, and the subtle ways Liv was keeping herself there without realising. • The moment she realised she was recreating her own dating patterns (and why that changed everything) • How she went from constant anxiety and overthinking… to feeling calm, grounded, and no longer obsessed with checking her phone!! • What shifted when she stopped playing games, started speaking up, and saw how differently people responded. • How stepping out of dating completely became the thing that allowed her to attract healthier, more aligned connections.

Ep #62: You’re Not Lazy Or Incapable - You’re Dysregulated
30 Mar 2026
00:35:33
In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of one of the most challenging and transformative seasons I’ve experienced in a long time… and the truth is, it caught me completely off guard. Because from the outside, everything looked like it was working — the business was growing, I was showing up, I was doing all the “right” things — but internally, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and slowly burning out in a way I couldn’t quite explain.
What I didn’t realise at the time is that I was deeply dysregulated, living in a constant state of fight or flight without even knowing it… and it was quietly impacting everything. My energy, my ability to take action, my emotions, and even the things I thought I just “didn’t have motivation” for.
I walk you through how this showed up for me, the moment it finally clicked, and the simple but powerful shift that changed everything. We talk about what self-regulation actually means in real life (not just the buzzword version), how your nervous system might be keeping you stuck without you realising, and why this piece of the work is non-negotiable if you want to feel secure, grounded, and in control of your life and relationships.
This is about expanding your capacity to actually live the life you keep telling yourself you want.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • What it really looks like to be dysregulated (and why most people miss it) • Why you can “know the work” but still feel stuck in the same patterns • How chronic stress impacts your energy, emotions, and decision-making • Why self-regulation is the foundation for secure dating and relationships • The shift that helped me move from burnout and avoidance… to clarity and action

Ep #61: How to Say What You Want Without Pushing Them Away
23 Mar 2026
00:26:19
In this episode, we’re getting into one of the biggest patterns I see holding women back in dating and relationships: struggling to communicate what you actually want and need. And not because you don’t know how… but because your body doesn’t feel safe enough to do it. I’m walking you through a real client scenario where everything looked “good on paper” — consistent communication, a secure partner, no major red flags — but one small shift triggered her into a spiral of self-doubt and fear of abandonment. From there, we unpack what was really going on beneath the surface, and how quickly things can unravel when old wounds take the lead.
We talk about the difference between reacting from your anxious patterns vs responding from your secure self, and the exact process I guided her through to move from panic and self-sabotage… to clarity, groundedness, and confident communication. This episode will show you why communication isn’t just about what you say — it’s about how regulated you are when you say it. Because when you feel safe in your body, speaking your truth becomes a whole lot simpler.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • The real reason you spiral over small changes in someone’s behaviour • How your core wounds (like “I’m not good enough”) show up in dating • The difference between reacting vs responding in relationships • What secure communication actually looks like in early dating • The two biggest communication mistakes to avoid (that push people away)

Ep #60: Stop Following Your Feelings in Dating (Here’s Why)
16 Mar 2026
00:34:36
In this episode, we’re unpacking something that might sound a little controversial at first: the moments in dating when not listening to your feelings is actually the most secure thing you can do. We’re often told to follow our heart, but if you have anxious attachment, those intense feelings of chemistry, butterflies, or an irresistible pull toward someone can sometimes just be your nervous system recognizing a familiar pattern — not necessarily a healthy one. I’m sharing my own experience of being completely heart-led in dating, constantly chasing that spark and diving headfirst into connections that felt electric at the start, only for them to crash and burn a few months later.
We talk about why this happens, how anxious attachment can make familiarity feel like compatibility, and the shift that changed everything for me: learning to date like a scientist by observing someone’s behaviour, consistency, values, and emotional availability instead of getting swept away by the feeling. If you keep finding yourself drawn to emotionally unavailable people — even when you know better — this episode will help you understand why and how to start making different choices so you can stop chasing chemistry that leads to chaos and start building connections that actually feel calm, safe, and secure.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why following your feelings in dating can sometimes lead you straight back into familiar unhealthy patterns • The difference between genuine intuition and emotional familiarity • Why intense chemistry at the start can cloud your judgement • How anxious attachment keeps pulling you toward emotionally unavailable partners • The key behaviours to observe when you’re dating so you can choose secure, compatible partners

Ep #59: Addicted To The Struggle
09 Mar 2026
00:28:40
In this episode, we’re unpacking a sneaky pattern that quietly runs so many people’s lives without them even realizing it: being addicted to the struggle. The belief that things have to be hard, that success must come through suffering, or that love only “counts” if you fight for it. Sound familiar? 👀
I’m sharing a powerful realization I had recently that completely shifted how I see success, identity, and the patterns we repeat in life and relationships. Because the truth is, sometimes we unconsciously keep ourselves stuck in struggle — not because we want to suffer, but because that identity has been meeting deeper needs like validation, control, or feeling worthy.
We talk about how this shows up in business, dating, and anxious attachment — especially when you find yourself repeating the same dynamics over and over again. I break down why awareness alone isn’t enough to create change, the identity shifts that actually move the needle, and the role courage plays when it’s finally time to step into a new version of yourself.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re taking two steps forward and three steps back… or like life and love always have to feel like a battle — this episode is your loving wake-up call.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why so many of us unconsciously attach our worth to how hard we struggle • The surprising way your identity can keep you repeating the same patterns in business and relationships • How anxious attachment can keep you drawn to familiar chaos instead of secure love • The three steps required to actually break a pattern (not just understand it) • The role courage plays in finally becoming the person you say you want to be

Ep #58: Feeling Confident in Every Area… Except Relationships
02 Mar 2026
00:33:30
This episode is for the high-achieving, self-aware woman who feels grounded and powerful in every part of her life, except when it comes to dating. You’re decisive in your career, clear in your friendships, aligned in your lifestyle… but the moment you start liking someone, everything feels foggy.
Inspired by a powerful question from a client inside Peacefully Attached, I’m breaking down why your intuition can feel sharp everywhere else but suddenly “go offline” in romantic relationships. We talk about what’s actually happening beneath the surface, how attachment wounds override your instincts, and why protecting connection often becomes more important than protecting yourself.
If you’ve ever wondered, “Why can I trust myself everywhere else… but not in love?” — this one’s for you.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why romantic relationships activate your nervous system more than any other area of life • How anxious attachment can override your intuition and turn “Is this aligned?” into “How do I not lose this?” • The subtle ways you may be self-abandoning to preserve connection • Why boundaries feel threatening in dating and how to make them feel safe • Practical steps to rebuild self-trust in love (without just telling yourself to “be more confident”)

Ep #57: The Hard Truth About Closure After Emotionally Unavailable Relationships
23 Feb 2026
00:22:26
This episode is for you if you’re stuck in that painful in-between place — wanting to move on with your life, heal, and become more secure… but still feeling the overwhelming urge to reach out to your ex for “closure.” Especially if that ex was emotionally unavailable or avoidant.
I’m breaking down why closure feels so elusive after anxious–avoidant relationships, why the urge to send one more message can feel unbearable, and the hard but liberating truth most people don’t want to hear: the closure you’re seeking is rarely something another person can give you. We talk about how your nervous system drives the desire to reconnect, why going back often re-opens the wound instead of healing it, and what it actually looks like to give yourself closure, even when it hurts.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why closure after anxious–avoidant relationships so often feels incomplete or never-ending • How your nervous system mistakes reaching out for “safety” and why that keeps you stuck • Why one more conversation almost never brings the peace you’re hoping for • The difference between short-term discomfort and long-term emotional suffering • What real closure actually looks like and how to give it to yourself without reopening the wound

Ep #56: Dating Without Pressure: How I Stopped Making Every Date Mean Something
16 Feb 2026
00:22:27
In this episode, I’m sharing a perspective shift on dating that honestly changed everything for me, and it came from a place I didn’t expect. After taking a break from dating, doing some deep nervous system regulation, and going on a recent date with a completely different intention, I noticed how much lighter, calmer, and more confident the whole experience felt. No pressure. No performance. No “is this my person?” spiral. Just… presence, curiosity, and connection.
We’re talking about the middle ground so many people miss in dating — between taking it too seriously and not taking it seriously enough. I break down how anxious attachment and dysregulation can make dating feel high-stakes and overwhelming, why pressure kills presence, and how approaching dates as experiences (not auditions) can completely shift your energy, confidence, and discernment.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why dating feels so heavy when your nervous system is dysregulated
How anxious attachment turns dates into self-focused performance instead of connection
The mindset shift that helps you show up calmer, more confident, and more present
Why going on dates “just for the experience” can actually build self-trust and clarity
How to gather real data about what you want (and don’t want) without attaching too fast

Ep #55: How to Date Like a Secure Woman (Even If You’re Anxious)
09 Feb 2026
00:28:41
In this episode, we’re calling out one of the most frustrating patterns anxious daters get stuck in: dating the same person with a different face. You know the one… the chemistry is insane, it’s hot and heavy at the start, you’re on cloud nine — and then the moment you want depth, clarity, or commitment… they pull away. 😵💫
I’m breaking down why this keeps happening, and the one thing that will change your dating life forever: slowing down and setting the pace yourself. We talk about why anxious attachment makes you more likely to get swept up in someone else’s intensity, how your nervous system confuses familiar patterns with “safe,” and why moving slowly isn’t boring… it’s actually the fastest way to filter out emotionally unavailable people and choose a relationship that can go the distance.
If you’re done with situationships, done with pedestal energy, and ready for something real — this episode is for you!!
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why anxious attachment makes you more likely to attach to potential instead of reality • How getting “swept up” early on leads to fast attachment and missed red flags • Why you can’t truly know someone in the first few weeks and what time reveals that chemistry can’t • The 3-phase Dating Roadmap and how it stops you from rushing into the wrong people • How to regulate the anxious part of you so you can date from self-trust, not urgency

Ep #54: Stop Trying to Avoid Problems (It’s Keeping You Stuck)
02 Feb 2026
00:29:27
In this episode, we’re talking about something we all claim we want… but secretly spend half our lives trying to avoid: problems. I’m breaking down why so many of us have developed this unconscious belief that we shouldn’t have challenges, and how that mindset actually keeps you stuck, disconnected, and living a smaller life than you’re meant for.
We dive into the difference between low-quality problems vs high-quality problems, and how shifting the way you frame your challenges can instantly change your energy, confidence, and momentum (in dating, relationships, business, and life). If you’ve been trying to “wrap yourself in cotton wool” and avoid anything that feels uncomfortable… this episode is your loving wake-up call, my love: you don’t need a problem-free life — you need better problems.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why trying to eliminate all problems can actually create a bigger one: disconnection and isolation • The truth about “life is 50/50” and why growth requires discomfort (sorry, but it’s real) • The difference between low-quality problems (draining, dead-end energy) vs high-quality problems (expansive, empowering energy) • How to reframe the way you talk about your challenges so you stop resisting your life and start moving forward • Powerful questions to ask when you feel stuck so you can shift from spiralling to solving

Ep #53: Decisive Action - How Making a Decision Directs Your Energy & Changes Everything
26 Jan 2026
00:26:37
In this episode, we’re diving into one of the most underrated reasons you feel stuck, drained, and unable to move forward in dating, life, or your personal growth: indecision.
I’m breaking down why “I just need to think about it more” is often a trauma response disguised as logic, and how staying in limbo quietly leaks your energy, erodes your self-trust, and keeps you repeating the same patterns. We explore why your body often already knows the answer long before your mind catches up, and how making a clean decision instantly shifts your identity, confidence, and momentum.
I also share powerful real-life examples, from challenging a client to make an on-the-spot decision, to saying yes to moves that scared the hell out of me (hello Bali and big investments), and how the universe tends to meet you halfway once you commit. If you’ve been standing on the edge of a decision, waiting for certainty, permission, or reassurance… this episode is your loving-but-firm nudge to MOVE!
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why unmade decisions drain your energy more than making the “wrong” choice ever could • How fear disguises itself as overthinking and keeps you stuck in familiar discomfort • Why decisive action is a powerful act of self-trust (especially for anxiously attached women) • How saying yes instantly redirects your energy, identity, and momentum • When to stop waiting for certainty, and let commitment create clarity

Ep #52: From Anxious To Secure: My Story And Path To Coaching
19 Jan 2026
00:45:47
In this special replay episode, I’m taking you right back to the beginning — sharing my full journey from growing up anxiously attached, through years of emotionally draining relationships, to becoming secure within myself and building a life and career that truly lights me up.
This episode originally aired as the very first Secure Love Club podcast episode, and I’m resharing it to mark a full year of weekly episodes — and to give newer listeners a chance to hear the story that started it all.
In this episode: • How my childhood shaped my anxious attachment and the patterns I unknowingly carried into every relationship • Why I kept choosing emotionally unavailable partners (and the huge lie I believed about myself because of it) • The subtle ways I chased love, self-abandoned, and tried to control outcomes before I knew better • The moment everything shifted when I stopped outsourcing my worth and learned how to feel safe within myself • What secure love actually feels like and how this transformation led to starting my dream business!

Ep #51: Inside the Avoidant Mind: What They’re Really Thinking When They Pull Away (My Sister’s Avoidant Perspective!)
12 Jan 2026
00:59:21
In this episode, I sit down with my sister, Hannah, to have an honest, nuanced conversation about what it’s actually like to experience relationships from an avoidantly attached perspective.
So many anxiously attached people are left feeling confused, rejected, or questioning their worth when someone pulls away emotionally. This conversation offers a rare inside look into what’s really happening beneath the surface; not just the behaviours, but the fear, overwhelm, and coping mechanisms driving them.
We talk about how childhood experiences shape avoidant attachment, why emotional closeness can feel unsafe, and how avoidance isn’t about not caring, it’s about self-protection. We also explore the anxious–avoidant push–pull dynamic, why conflict feels so threatening for avoidants, and what actually helps someone with avoidant tendencies feel safe enough to open up.
In this episode: • What’s actually happening when an avoidant partner pulls away • Why their distance is about overwhelm — not indifference • How the anxious–avoidant push–pull keeps both people stuck • The hidden anxiety avoidant partners rarely show • How to tell if this dynamic can heal… or if it’s time to walk away

Ep #50: Living a Life You’re Proud Of (Not One That Just Looks Pretty)
05 Jan 2026
00:25:30
In this episode, we’re talking about the difference between building a life that looks good on the outside and one that actually feels right on the inside. This conversation was sparked by a powerful moment with a woman joining Peacefully Attached — and it opened up a deeper truth so many of us avoid: when our happiness rises and falls based on our relationship status, we’re not living in alignment… we’re outsourcing our fulfillment.
We explore how many of us unknowingly build lives for validation, optics, and approval — careers, relationships, routines, and identities that look impressive but leave us feeling drained, restless, or quietly empty. I break down what emotional alignment really means, why ignoring it leads to burnout and anxiety, and how learning to live in integrity with yourself changes everything — including how you date.
If you’ve ever felt like you “should” be happy, but aren’t… this episode is an invitation to get honest, come back into your body, and start building a life you actually respect.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • The difference between a life built for appearance vs. one built for alignment • Why emotional misalignment shows up as anxiety, burnout, and restlessness • How social conditioning teaches us to seek validation over fulfillment • Why overriding your intuition creates long-term dissatisfaction • How identifying your values becomes a compass for decision-making • Why building a full, aligned life changes the way you date and attach

Ep #49: Things I DIDN’T DO to Attract Secure Love
29 Dec 2025
00:34:35
In this episode, I’m flipping the usual conversation around healing anxious attachment and attracting healthy love. Instead of focusing on what you should do, I’m walking you through the key things I stopped doing — the behaviours, patterns, and unconscious habits I had to let go of in order to create space for secure, grounded love.
I share my personal journey of recognising anxious attachment, taking an intentional break from dating, and learning how to stop chasing intensity, proving my worth, rushing timelines, and abandoning myself just to keep a connection. We talk about why chemistry can be misleading, how urgency is often rooted in fear, and why secure love requires an identity shift — not perfection.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why I stopped dating when my anxious attachment was highly activated • How over-giving, over-explaining, and over-performing sabotage secure love • Why slowing down and releasing timelines builds real safety • Why healing isn’t linear — and how to respond to slip-ups with self-compassion • The role support and mentorship played in making secure love possible

Ep #48: Doing Things Differently (When the Old Way Doesn’t Feel Good Anymore)
22 Dec 2025
00:26:18
In this episode, I’m inviting you into a powerful reflection on what happens when the way you’ve been living, working, dating, or showing up no longer feels good — even if it once did.
Fresh from a deeply activating session with one of my mentors, this conversation is about recognising where you’re living on autopilot, clinging to familiarity over fulfilment, and repeating patterns simply because they feel safe. We explore why change can feel so uncomfortable (even when staying the same hurts), and how shifting your life doesn’t require burning everything down, just the courage to choose differently.
If you’ve been feeling bored, restless, drained, or quietly asking yourself “Is this it?”, this episode is your permission slip to pause, reflect, and start updating your life in a way that actually feels expansive!!
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why familiarity often keeps us stuck, even when it’s no longer nourishing • The subtle signs you’ve outgrown a phase of your life • How nervous system safety influences your ability to change • Why choosing differently in dating, work, or life can feel uncomfortable at first • How real change happens through identity shifts, not just mindset or behaviour

Ep #47: How She Remembered Who She Was, Broke Toxic Cycles, And Reclaimed Her Power! Emma’s Journey Inside Peacefully Attached
15 Dec 2025
00:54:56
In this episode, I’m joined by the incredible Emma — a former Peacefully Attached client — for one of the most honest and expansive conversations we’ve had on the Secure Love Club podcast.
Emma shares what life looked like before we worked together: moving between anxious and avoidant attachment, repeating toxic relationship cycles, people-pleasing to the point of burnout, and feeling deeply disconnected from her sense of worth. We unpack how trauma, boundary violations, and self-abandonment quietly shaped her dating life, her work, and her relationship with herself — and the moment she realised she couldn’t keep doing it alone.
We talk openly about the difference between therapy and coaching, what actually created lasting change for her, and how learning to regulate her emotions, trust herself, and raise her standards transformed not just her dating life — but her confidence, career, friendships, and self-talk.
In this episode, you’ll hear: • How Emma broke free from anxious–avoidant cycles and finally started feeling safe, grounded, and secure within herself • The exact shift that helped her spot red flags early, stop over-giving, and walk away without second-guessing herself • Why structure, integration, and real support created deeper change than awareness alone ever did • What dating looks like when you trust yourself — clear boundaries, honest communication, and no more settling • How this work transformed more than her love life, creating confidence, emotional regulation, and self-respect across her career, friendships, and daily life

Ep #46: Your Hard Seasons Are Preparing You for Your Biggest Expansion
08 Dec 2025
00:27:18
In this episode, I’m taking you into a conversation that poured through me fresh from my morning trot. You know those moments where life suddenly clicks, and you see your challenges through an entirely different lens? That’s what today is about. I’m breaking down the biggest lie we tell ourselves — that life should be linear, logical, and pain-free — and showing you why the hard seasons in your life aren’t punishments, but preparation. Preparation for more love, abundance, alignment, and a deeper version of yourself you haven’t even met yet. We explore how the universe uses your “quantum crumbles” to redirect you, strengthen you, and shape you into the person who can actually hold the expansion you’ve been asking for.
I share openly about one of my biggest breakdowns — losing my business, my apartment, my relationship, and my identity — and how it became the catalyst for stepping into the work I’m meant to do. If you’re in a season that feels heavy, stagnant, or uncertain, this episode is your reminder that contraction always comes before expansion… and that nothing is happening to you. It’s all happening for you.
In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why your hardest seasons are often the exact catalyst for your biggest growth • How to shift out of victim mentality and see challenges as preparation, not punishment • The energetic laws behind expansion — contraction, duality, alignment, and responsibility • Why letting go of old identities, timelines, or relationships is sometimes the deepest form of protection • How to return to gratitude, self-responsibility, and love — the frequencies that open the door to abundance and new opportunities

Ep #45: How to Believe Your Dream Relationship Is Actually Possible For You
01 Dec 2025
00:31:16

Ep #44: Why Low Self-Worth Makes You Chase High-Intensity Relationships
24 Nov 2025
00:45:29
In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on one of the most addictive and confusing patterns for anxiously attached women; the chase for high-intensity relationships. You know the ones: the mixed signals, the emotional rollercoasters, the butterflies that feel electric… but end up leaving you anxious, exhausted, and questioning your worth.
I’m breaking down why those “sparks” you’re chasing aren’t actually chemistry, they’re activation. You’ll learn how low self-worth wires you to confuse chaos with connection, why your nervous system keeps choosing what’s familiar over what’s healthy, and how to finally reprogram your body to crave calm, consistent, emotionally safe love.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn: • How low self-worth makes the bare minimum feel impressive • The difference between intensity and intimacy — and how to tell the two apart • What it really means when calm feels “boring” • Tangible steps to rewire your nervous system and build real self-worth • How to slow your dating pace and raise your emotional standards for love

Ep #43: Life Update - Therapy, Business Growth, Moving?!
17 Nov 2025
00:30:22
In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain and giving you a real, unfiltered life update - the stuff I usually only share with my closest friends. No lessons, no frameworks today… just truth. I’m talking about the unexpected year I’ve spent in Melbourne, the slow unraveling of my mental health these past few months, the impact of pouring everything into my business, and the very real loneliness that can happen when you don’t have community around you.
I share why I finally decided to go back to therapy, what patterns I’m uncovering, and the exact moment I realised something in my life needed to shift. I also talk about the question that completely changed the direction of my next chapter — and how it led me to consider moving interstate (yes… the Gold Coast might be calling 👀).
In This Episode, You’ll Hear About: • Why staying in Melbourne for a full year wasn’t part of the plan, and what it revealed • The real pattern behind my mental health dip and burnout • How “going all in” on goals can turn into self-abandonment without you noticing • The loneliness that comes from lacking community, connection, and balance • The golden question that shifted everything, and how it’s guiding my next move

Ep #42: The Real Secret To Becoming Secure (that no one talks about)
10 Nov 2025
00:33:59
In this episode, I’m talking about something that almost nobody in the anxious attachment / healing space is talking about enough… and yet it’s one of THE most important pieces of what actually gets you secure results. Consistency. Not perfection. Not being “fixed.” Not never slipping up. Consistency.
Because the truth is, you will have setbacks on this journey. You will have moments where your old patterns pull you back in. You will have moments of self-sabotage. And THIS is where most people opt out, collapse, shame spiral… and change the goal entirely instead of changing the behaviour. But the women who become secure? They learn how to stay with themselves THROUGH the setbacks, and because of that, they keep moving forward and they get the result.
Today, I’m breaking this down with real examples, real scenarios, real mindset shifts, and the exact questions you need to ask yourself to get yourself back on the horse and moving toward the version of you who actually gets the love she desires.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn: • Why your brain tries to convince you to change the goal instead of changing your behaviour • How setbacks are a NORMAL part of the journey — not a sign you’re failing • What separates the people who get secure results from the ones who don’t • How to stop making slip-ups mean something about your worth • How to start building the kind of self-trust that becomes unshakeable in relationships

In this episode, I’m diving into why constantly dating, matching, texting, and seeking the next “spark” is actually delaying your love life — not accelerating it. We’ve been sold this idea that the woman who hustles hardest in dating wins. But in reality, the women who find healthy, secure partnership aren’t the ones sprinting from person to person… they’re the ones who pause, reflect, self-resource, and date intentionally.
I’m breaking down how slowing down — even taking short breaks from dating — is one of the FASTEST ways to call in the love you desire. Because when you stop rushing, you can finally see your patterns clearly, take responsibility for the results you’ve been creating, and make conscious, empowered shifts toward compatibility and alignment.
We’ll talk about how your nervous system influences your pace in dating, how to release the fear of “falling behind,” and how slowing down transforms you into the woman your future partner is naturally drawn to.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn: • Why dating fast actually slows down your results • How rushing is often a trauma response disguised as “effort” • What slowing down really looks like (beyond just deleting the apps) • Why your patterns become clearer when you pause and reflect • How taking responsibility puts your power — and energy — back in your hands • Why becoming more intentional collapses time and speeds up finding your person

Ep #40: Navigating Loneliness While Single
27 Oct 2025
00:19:26
In this episode, I’m opening up about something that’s been sitting heavy on my heart lately - loneliness. Not the kind that comes from not having plans on a Saturday night, but the deeper kind that sneaks in when you’ve done the healing, raised your standards, and are no longer willing to settle for half-love or almost relationships.
I’m sharing the truth about what this season of singleness has brought up for me. The moments of peace and freedom, but also the quiet ache of missing connection and partnership. Because even when you’re secure, fulfilled, and deeply content in your own life, loneliness can still visit.
We’ll talk about how to move through these waves of emotion without running back to what’s familiar but unhealthy, how to hold yourself with compassion when you miss having “your person,” and why this version of loneliness — the kind that comes from choosing yourself — is actually a sign of growth, not regression.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn: • The emotional reality of being single after healing your attachment patterns • Why loneliness isn’t a sign you’re doing something wrong — it’s proof of your evolution • How to hold space for your emotions without slipping back into old patterns • The difference between being alone and feeling lonely • Why this “lonely” chapter is actually one of the most powerful seasons of your life

Ep #39: Dating Dry Spells, Sexuality & Feeling ‘Irrelevant’ — The Truth I Haven’t Been Saying
20 Oct 2025
00:35:27
In this unfiltered solo episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what’s really been going on in my world — and my heart — lately. This isn’t your typical “dating advice” chat. It’s about the seasons of life where you aren’t dating, where you’re questioning parts of yourself you never expected to, and where you wonder if who you are now still fits the life you once built.
After feeling creatively flat and disconnected from my usual spark, a powerful conversation with my mentor cracked me open to the truth I hadn’t been saying: I haven’t dated in over a year and a half. I’ve been questioning my sexuality, feeling unsure about where I fit, and afraid of what being seen in this season might mean.
In this episode, I’m sharing that journey — the confusion, the curiosity, the discomfort — and what it means to honour your evolving identity with compassion instead of shame. We’ll also talk about why so many women in their 30s are exploring their sexuality, the societal shifts driving that change, and why it’s so okay if your journey doesn’t look like the polished “coach with the dream relationship” you see online.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn: • The real reason I haven’t been dating and what that’s brought up for me • How to honour your changing identity and desires without labelling or judging yourself • Why more women are questioning their sexuality in their 30s • How emotional safety and societal shifts are changing what we want in relationships • What to do when your journey doesn’t look like everyone else’s and why that’s your power

Ep #38: Are You Using Your Situationship to Avoid Your Life?
13 Oct 2025
00:40:44
In this solo episode, I’m diving deep into the truth about situationships - not just what they are, but why we find ourselves in them. This conversation was inspired by a listener who shared how much she loved my previous episode on secure situationships, and a private client who realized she was using hers to avoid parts of her life that needed her attention.
I’m sharing my own story of how casual dating once became both a healthy outlet and a sneaky form of escapism and how I learned to tell the difference. Because sometimes, a situationship can genuinely add joy, fun, and connection to your life… and other times, it’s just keeping you from facing what’s really going on.
If you’ve ever felt like your situationship started out exciting but slowly began to drain you, or if you suspect you might be using love as a distraction, this episode will be the honest, loving reality check you need.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn: • The difference between conscious casual dating and avoidant escapism • Why some situationships empower you and others drain you • How to spot when you’re using dating to avoid your emotions or responsibilities • The key questions to ask yourself when it’s time to let go • How to refocus your energy back on yourself and your goals without losing your sense of fun and connection

00:48:08
So many women secretly struggle with this, but almost no one is talking about it… retroactive jealousy.
In today’s episode, I’m joined by embodiment coach Emma Elmoza, who opens up about her own journey from insecurity and self-doubt to building deep confidence and self-worth through embodiment work. Together, we explore the concept of retroactive jealousy — what it is, how it shows up in relationships, and why it often comes with so much shame.

22 Sep 2025
00:37:48
Today, I’m pulling back the curtain on something I’ve seen time and time again in my own journey and in my clients’ lives: when you commit to healing your anxious attachment and developing secure attachment, the ripple effect is massive.
This transformation isn’t just about dating or finding “the one.” It shifts your friendships, your career, your self-worth, your hobbies, your boundaries – literally your entire life opens up.
In this episode, you’ll hear: - Why anxious attachment keeps you stuck in cycles of chasing, overgiving, and abandoning yourself - How becoming secure gives you back time, energy, and emotional space to thrive in other areas of life - Real-life examples of what changes when you stop shrinking and start valuing yourself - The questions you need to be asking if you’re ready to create a life and love that feel deeply aligned - How self-regulation, self-trust, and authenticity make you magnetic to the right people and opportunities

Ep #34: The Hidden Grief No One Talks About: Missing the Person You Were in a Past Relationship
15 Sep 2025
00:33:08
In today’s episode, I’m sharing a personal story about grief, nostalgia, and the versions of ourselves that relationships leave behind. Sometimes we think we’re yearning for an ex, when really we’re grieving the version of ourselves who existed in that chapter. And while it’s tender and sometimes gut-wrenching, this grief can also be a doorway into growth, self-love, and a deeper understanding of who you are now.
What You’ll Learn in This Episode: - The difference between missing a person vs. missing the version of yourself you were with them - Why nostalgia is both beautiful and painful—and why it’s okay to feel it deeply - How to reflect on who you were in past relationships without making it mean you “should” go back - The role of grief in healing and why letting yourself feel it is essential for growth - Reflection questions to help you integrate past versions of yourself and step into your next evolution

01 Sep 2025
01:07:20

We cover everything from rebuilding self-worth after trauma, to the role fitness and self-investment played in her transformation, to how she eventually attracted a safe, secure love with her partner Callum. Ep #31: Connecting vs. Attaching: The Shift That Will Change Your Love Life
25 Aug 2025
01:01:05
In this episode, I’m sharing an interview I did with my beautiful friend Hillary McVeigh — Human Design teacher, Retreat Facilitator, Certified Coach, intuitive, and the kind of woman who will lovingly see straight into your soul.
Before we even hit record, she pulled up my Human Design chart (Vessel of Love, Generator 2/4 for my HD lovers) and read me like a book. Then we went deep into all things dating, love, and self-worth.
In this episode, we talk about: • The real difference between connecting with someone and attaching yourself to them (and why most people have it backwards). • How to stop morphing into who you think someone wants you to be — and start dating as your authentic self. • My red, orange, and green flag framework to help you stop abandoning yourself in relationships. • Why your nervous system can get hooked on toxic “push–pull” dynamics and how to break free. • How to keep your independence (and attraction) alive in long-term love. • The sneaky influence of the “male gaze” on how we see ourselves — and what changes when you drop it.
This ep is jam-packed with moments that will have you rethinking the way you show up in love — whether you’re single, dating, or deep into a relationship.
