From Injury to Inspiration: Naomi Avery's Journey to Personal Bests05 May 202301:43:40

In this weeks episode we're joined by Naomi Avery, where she shares her success story from the past year. Unfortunately at the beginning of summer last year, Naomi experienced a very tough setback when she damaged some ligaments in her ankle.

We then took things back to basics to rebuild and less than a year later she is a completely different runner and athlete. She shares her journey, the sacrifices, tough decisions and successes to get to where she is now. With a 1:35 half marathon PB, 20:35 for 5km and now working towards her first 70.3 event in October.

We're very sorry but the audio quality in this gets interference from other signals, but hope this doesn't take away from what a brilliant episode this is.
