On this episode, Chris sat down with Golden Harper. Golden is the founder of Altra Footwear. He and Chris touch on his story of running as a youth through today. Golden's extensive background in the shoe industry as well as his motivation for starting Altra and their unique take on running footwear. A few weeks back, Chris and I released the Cinder Block Series a comprehensive strength program for runners and triathletes that include three, separate programs to accommodate runners who have different levels of experience with resistance training.
