Today you are listening to our 110th Podcast Episode on the Ronnie Floyd Podcast. Welcome, everyone, because today I am going to talk about a subject that's part of each of our lives. Here is my subject today: LOVE DIFFERENTLY: Being Loved. Loving Others.

LIVE DIFFERENTLY: Holy and Wholly Fit28 oct. 202600:28:30

I am very excited about you joining us today on our podcast. The subject I am going to talk with you about today engages everyone, from every walk of life, age, generation, and ethnicity. My call to each of you today is to: LIVE DIFFERENTLY: HOLY AND WHOLLY FIT. So right now, please alert your friends and share this podcast with them today. Three weeks ago, I called upon us to: PRAY DIFFERENTLY: 4 WAYS TO TRANSFORM YOUR PRAYER LIFE. #107

THINK DIFFERENTLY: CHANGE YOUR THINKING. CHANGE YOUR FUTURE.21 oct. 202600:25:10

Have you ever considered changing the way you think? The great Zig Ziglar challenged people to avoid “Stink’in Thinkin!” Today’s podcast will challenge all of us to begin: “THINK DIFFERENTLY: Change Your Thinking. Change Your Future.”

PRAY DIFFERENTLY: 4 Ways to Transform Your Prayer Life14 oct. 202600:23:07

What if one of the greatest changes you could make in your life is to change the way you pray?

Most of us want a better, stronger, and meaningful prayer life. We want to know God personally and even more deeply: experiencing His presence, discerning His direction, and seeing Him work in our lives supernaturally.

But sometimes we keep approaching prayer the same way while hoping for different results. I want to challenge all of us today to:

PRAY DIFFERENTLY . . . Not simply just to have your goal to pray more . . . BUT START PRAYING DIFFERENTLY.

The Sunset, Sunrise, and Seasons of Spiritual Leadership07 oct. 202600:26:58

History teaches us so much if we are willing to learn and grow. Today, I want us to learn that each of us will experience sunsets, sunrises, and seasons in spiritual life and leadership. Stay tuned to the Ronnie Floyd Podcast.

The Turning Points of Your Life30 sept. 202600:25:18

A turning point is a specific moment, decision, relationship, or experience that redirects the future of your life. A turning point can be positive or negative, and either can be life-altering. Do not imagine them all to be bad, because they can often be very positive. Your life today is what it is because of the turning points in your life.

Moments can happen, and all of a sudden what happens next is impacted by it.Decisions we make, those that are good and a few that are bad, will impact the future, positively or negatively.

Gratitude Reflections on Life and Ministry23 sept. 202600:28:53

Welcome today and thank you for joining us on this 104th podcast episode. This past week in my life was very busy, as I had the great privilege of doing a major breakout for the TIME TO LEAD Conference at Cross Church. Over 120 people joined the breakout, and they came from 127 churches. That 80 Minute experience was fantastic. The response has been strong and encouraging.

This led into the CALLED TO LEAD main session, which had over 900 people attending from 127 different churches. Pastors Jordan Easily of Cleveland, Tennessee; Ed Newton of San Antonio, Texas; and Nick Floyd from Northwest Arkansas did a wonderful job encouraging and equipping pastors, ministers, and lay leaders from these 127 churches across America.  PLAN NOW to join us in 2027 for the Sunday evening session on September 12; the Conference continues Monday Morning and afternoon, concluding at 4:00 PM that day.

Today, want to slow down long enough and share with you a few GRATITUDE REFLECTIONS ON LIFE AND MINISTRY. The Bible says in Psalms 77:11-12, “I will remember the Lord’s works; yes, I will remember your ancient wonders. I will reflect on all you have done and meditate on your actions.” I want to intentionally look back, reflect on and recognize the goodness of God, be thankful, and stand with confidence in the future.

This Is What Following Jesus Looks Like16 sept. 202600:26:31

What does following Jesus actually look like—not just on Sunday, but in everyday life? Jesus never called us simply to believe in Him; He called us to follow Him, and that decision should shape every part of our lives. Today I want to give you four essentials of following Jesus—and then ask one very personal question: Do these four things describe my life?

Staying Strong Through The Storms Of Your Life09 sept. 202600:25:12

Questions you may be asking: Will I stay strong in the storm? Will I keep the faith as I walk through the storm?

Sometimes we may not know how we would respond until that moment occurs. Yet we know God is with us through the storms of life.

Please get this: NOTHING CAN CREATE GREATER FAITH IN YOUR LIFE THAN WALKING THROUGH A STORM. In fact, God will elevate your faith into an entirely new dimension.

Is America Experiencing A Spiritual Awakening?02 sept. 202600:20:24
What America Needs Most from You and the Church04 juil. 202600:50:04

Happy 250th Anniversary to our great United States of America. As we celebrate today and throughout this year in America, we are marking 250 years since the adoption of the Declaration of Independence in 1776.

This is why I want to share our 100th podcast episode with you on the 250th Anniversary of America. My topic on our 100th podcast episode is the following:

WHAT AMERICA NEEDS MOST FROM YOU AND THE CHURCH. I am very excited to share about this subject today because this podcast calls each of us to be all that God wants us to be as followers of Christ and as Americans.

Less than one week ago, I preached about this subject, and I wanted to share it with you now. Listen, consider what is said, and let all of us act upon it in the right way. Here we go. Podcast 100: WHAT AMERICA NEEDS MOST FROM YOU AND THE CHURCH.

Where Are You? Assessing Your 1st 6-Months of 202601 juil. 202600:20:28

We have had a strong and encouraging response to last week’s podcast, WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE. If you missed it, please listen to it soon and share it with others. People really do want to have a more positive attitude. Let’s share it with many people so each of us can have a chance to experience a positive change in attitude.

How is your week going? Last week, I spent all of Tuesday and much of Tuesday night in Fort Smith, Arkansas, assisting the Grand Avenue Baptist Church. It was a very productive day, and we are seeing some good things happen. As some of you know, I am assisting this church by preaching on most Sundays when not scheduled elsewhere, and I am also giving time to help provide leadership for their church each week. So, I spend most Tuesdays in Fort Smith from morning through the early evening meetings. Please pray for us. Pray for them to get a pastor soon.

What You Need To Know To Change Your Attitude24 juin 202600:25:08

In life, it is quite easy to develop a poor attitude. Spending your life online will give you a poor attitude. Listening to nothing but news programs will strain your attitude. Developing a skeptical mindset, a critical spirit, and a cynical, sarcastic tone will sink your attitude into the abyss of a bad attitude. This will lead you to carry the weight of the world on your back and to develop the habit of blaming others for everything in life. Then all of a sudden, you adopt a victim mentality: Everyone is beating you up. God has a better way.

7 Takeaways from the 2026 Southern Baptist Convention17 juin 202600:27:47

Today, I am going to really do a 180 on you, because I am going to talk to you today about some 7 TAKEAWAYS FROM THE 2026 SOUTHERN BAPTIST CONVENTION. While events began on Saturday, both Sunday and Monday were full as well. All was pointing to last Tuesday and Wednesday in Orlando, Florida. These two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, are traditionally reserved for the Southern Baptist Convention's Annual Meeting.

Summer Is A Time To Grow Personally10 juin 202600:23:54

The summer season is completely different from the other seasons of the year. At times, it seems summer slows life down, so you can breathe, take some personal time, and renew yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. At the same time, summer can be very busy, filled with extra activities, days of travel, and perhaps even many different experiences. Parents with kids at home still have to navigate personal schedules, plus camps, perhaps Vacation Bible School, and other special opportunities children are afforded today.

Leaders Build Teams and Mobilize People03 juin 202600:23:39

One of the most important duties of a leader is to build a self-sustaining culture that builds teams and mobilizes people. Otherwise, the leader spends their time and effort going uphill endlessly, relying on their own leadership ability. I want each of you, as leaders, to build teams that mobilize people toward a common vision and mission. So, tell your friends and colleagues about this episode and its subject, and we will all grow together. My name is Ronnie Floyd, so stay tuned right now for the For Leaders Podcast 95th episode titled: LEADERS BUILD TEAMS AND MOBILIZE PEOPLE.

Dreaming and Visioneering About Your Life and Future27 mai 202600:23:59

God has my heart locked in as I am preaching through the book of Nehemiah for 13-weeks. While I am studying that and then going through preparing for this Commencement Message God gave to me last week, I have been thinking so much about vision. So much about dreaming about the future and God’s will and intention for us. God uses all things to move along and I am convinced this subject today will encourage you to become all God wants you to become in your life. So let’s get started today! Have you ever been around someone who is truly possessed by a vision? Someone who can see it before others see it with their human eyes? Dreaming and visioneering about the future are life-giving.  What is visioneernig? Here is a definition I found...

5 Powerful Things That Happen When Your Burden Ignites Your Vision20 mai 202600:45:03

My subject today is: “5 POWERFUL THINGS THAT HAPPEN WHEN YOUR BURDEN IGNITES YOUR VISION.” These things become evidence that something is happening in a special way. Obstacles are removed, and circumstances change. I cannot wait for you to hear me talk about this with you today.

The Way God Works In Your Life13 mai 202600:23:22

On the day this podcast is released, it is Jeana’s birthday. Jeana and I have been married for 49 years. After all these years, we are still learning each other’s ways. I wish I could say, “I have her all figured out,” but I cannot.

God Is Doing A New Thing: Let’s Not Mess It Up!29 avr. 202600:45:15

In the past two months, we have experienced fresh wind and fresh fire in our church. We have seen God answer our prayers above and beyond what we could ever have imagined. Our TOGETHER We Pray Ministry launched on January 1 this year. I did believe the Lord would begin to work in ways we had not seen. Additionally, we observed 21 Days of Prayer in January. Hundreds of people participated. Prayer was the turning point. Right now, we have 354 PEOPLE WHO ARE A PART OF OUR TOGETHER We Pray Ministry. To be a part of this ministry, wherever you are, you commit to allocate 30 Minutes each week to pray for our church specifically, using points of prayer I personally prepare and send to you monthly. Join us today, and let's climb over 400 praying for 30 minutes each week for our church. Join now! Prayer is the greater work. The more we pray, the greater God will work in us and through us. Due to what God is doing among us, I felt deeply compelled to call us to understand the significance of this moment.

What Every Person and Every Leader Needs22 avr. 202600:25:51

When you are facing DECISIONS in your life, what do you do? When you are facing DILEMMAS in your life, meaning problems, challenging situations, the choices are not good, and you feel as if you are in between 'a rock and a hard place' ... what do you do? When you are facing DIFFICULTIES, like troubling situations, major obstacles, and hard times, what do you do? Each of us, personally, in our families, in our careers, in our workplaces, and even in our church, at times faces decisions, challenging dilemmas, and difficulties that seem insurmountable. This is why I want to share this podcast with you today.

4 Ways of Training Yourself In Godliness15 avr. 202600:26:43

In the first 90 Days of 2026, I read through the entire Bible. Yes, from Genesis 1 through Revelation 22–All of it in 90 Days. Why? What did I learn? What motivated me to do it? You stay tuned today, and I am going to talk to you about taking your spiritual life so seriously, that you follow what Paul charged us to do in the Scripture: 4 WAYS OF TRAINING YOURSELF IN GODLINESS.

Communicating With Clarity and Consistency In The Midst of Change08 avr. 202600:22:48

In my life, I have failed in leadership multiple times. I wish this were not so, but it is so. I have a dear friend who is a gifted football coach. He has told me multiple times: I have learned how I want to coach football by watching other coaches do it the wrong way.  In other words, he was saying: I do not want to   coach like them, so I am going to coach more effectively.

As leaders, we should lead with humility. This means we must learn from our own mistakes. Furthermore, we need to learn from others who make mistakes in leadership.

Oftentimes, we are afraid to deal with the hard things in leadership. Therefore, we start sending conflicting signs about what needs to be done. We run away from what is clear. This results in ineffective leadership that communicates with clarity and consistency. This becomes a wreck when the organization and the leadership team are in the midst of change.

God Is Doing A New Thing: Let’s Not Mess It Up!01 avr. 202600:45:15

Leadership is A Stewardship, And All Leadership is Temporary01 avr. 202600:28:24

My subject today is one of the most important lessons in leadership. While this is so, it is also one of the most sobering lessons about life and leadership. No one is exempt from this lesson. What is this lesson? Here it is, and it is the title of Podcast 86: Leadership Is a Stewardship, and All Leadership Is Temporary. From the best leaders to the poorest leadership, this lesson is relevant. Leadership Is A Stewardship, and All Leadership Is Temporary.

Using Your Influence to Inspire Change to Occur25 mars 202600:21:27

Did you know you have some level of influence upon other people? God wants to use your influence to help bring change to occur in other people and in your organization. Stay tuned my friend, we are going to talk today about: Using Your Influence to Inspire Change to occur.

What Needs To Change For Change To Happen18 mars 202600:22:25

In this compelling episode, Ronnie Floyd dives into the practical and biblical actions required to see true change take place in our lives. Through thoughtful teaching and real-life application, he reminds us that transformation begins with obedience and faith. This is a powerful conversation that will challenge your thinking and inspire you to pursue lasting change—don’t miss it!

4 Transforming Principles When You Communicate With God11 mars 202600:25:12

Communication is a major challenge in any relationship.

FAMILY: SPOUSE, CHILDREN, PARENTS.

FRIENDSHIPS: COMMUNICATION CAN BE EASILY MISUNDERSTOOD.

WORKPLACE: TECHNOLOGY IS HOW SO MUCH COMMUNICATION IS DONE; SO THESE WAYS VIA TEXTING OR EMAIL CAN BE TERRIBLY MISUNDERSTOOD.

CHURCH: MAY BE ONE OF THE PLACES AND PEOPLE WHERE COMMUNICATION IS MANY TIMES INEFFECTIVE AND CHALLENGING.

Often, our communication with God is also ineffective and transactional. However, our communication with God should be meaningful and transformative.

Sharing My Heart With You04 mars 202600:25:44

There are times when I want to ask you to come, sit down with me, and let’s talk together. Today, on this 82nd episode of this podcast, I want to accomplish this with you: SHARING MY HEART WITH YOU. Tell a friend. Share it with them. Stay tuned. I am Ronnie Floyd. Welcome to our podcast today. Hello friends, I am back with you today, in person, after a one-week trip to the UK. So much has happened this past week and even is happening today across the world. On my 82nd podcast episode of our For Leaders Podcast, I want to share my heart with you. In fact, the title of this podcast that I want to encourage you to share with friends and social media outlets is: SHARING MY HEART WITH YOU.

The reason I want to do this today is to talk through a few of my own thoughts, but I also believe this will help you consider your own thoughts about these things and also help you consider other things in your life and the world we share together in our time. So here we go…

Jesus Vision For Our Life and Church #vision #church #leadership25 févr. 202600:43:12

As many of you know, I am serving in this season as the Interim Pastor of Grand Avenue Baptist Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas — a historic and faithful congregation with a rich legacy of gospel ministry. It is a true honor to serve the people who call Grand Avenue home. This past Sunday, I delivered a message entitled “Jesus’ Vision for Our Life and Church.” While this sermon was prepared with the people of Grand Avenue and the Fort Smith community specifically in mind, its message speaks to every believer and every church. I want to use this episode of the For Leader podcast to share it with you. I invite you to watch or listen and ask the Lord to speak to you through His Word. May He align our hearts with His vision for our lives and His Church.

Walking with the Lord18 févr. 202600:21:56

Whatever your occupation and vocation may be, you need to consider this subject today very seriously and strategically. Most of you who listen to or watch this podcast are followers of Jesus Christ; therefore, walking with the Lord should be one of the greatest desires in your life. If you are a genuine follower of Jesus, you know already how much Jesus Christ makes a difference in your life. Therefore, it is imperative that we have a conversation this week about “Walking With The Lord.” Please share this podcast with every Jesus follower you know, regardless of what their occupation or vocation may be.

One of the most important subjects in the Scriptures is our subject this week: “Walking With The Lord.” Colossians 2:6 says,  “As you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him.” A walk with Jesus Christ unfolds step by step and decision by decision. While some parts of this walk are due to God’s activity in our lives, the other parts should be us initiating this walk with the Lord daily. In fact, it should deepen and become even more disciplined as you mature in Christ.

The Mystery of Trust: Can God Trust You?11 févr. 202600:25:02

Have you ever stopped to think about this question: Can God trust you? Not just with blessings… but with responsibility, influence, and purpose? In this episode, we will explore the mystery of why God chooses us—I mean, none of us are perfect—and consider how He entrusts us with His work, and what it really means to be faithful in everyday life. Join me as we uncover THE MYSTERY OF TRUST — and ask the question that could change everything—CAN GOD TRUST YOU? Introduction: Welcome to today’s episode—episode 80 of our For Leaders Podcast. Please pass this along to friends and colleagues around the world. Post it on social media, and please rate our podcast so others will subscribe. You can subscribe to any audio platform you prefer, or on YouTube.

The Complexity of Relationship: 5 Realities to Keep in Mind 04 févr. 202600:28:22

I have long believed in the value and blessing of relationships. Yet I am very aware of the challenges and complexities of relationships, and I completely realize they can be highly rewarding and fulfilling.

Every person is different. They have various gifts, many preferences, and are sometimes completely unaware of their own weaknesses. People communicate in different ways, and sometimes their methods can make things even more complicated.

This is why we need to remember the tremendous insight I learned from a former seminary professor of mine, who is now in heaven. Dr. Oscar Thompson used to say: “The gospel of Jesus Christ travels on the tracks of relationships.” This is also true about love. Love travels on the tracks of a relationship.

The Mystery of Your Future28 janv. 202600:23:02

Do you ever feel like your future is a mystery to you? Be encouraged: What you don't know, God already knows. The Mystery of Your Future is our topic for podcast 78. Join us. My name is Ronnie Floyd. Welcome to our podcast today.

The mystery of your future will always be on your horizon and in your range of interest. Each of us is on a journey toward the future. Many times, this journey captivates our attention. It is inescapable. We do not know the joys and victories ahead of us, or even the disappointments and losses we will face. But, they will be real and impact us in multiple ways. Do you ever feel like your future is a mystery to you? Be encouraged: What you don't know, God already knows. Yet, even at times, we find ourselves in seasons of uncertainty about the future. The uncertainties may be due to changes in life, job losses, career changes, or even people who impacted us greatly.  Emotions come into your life in a way like never before.

5 Guiding Principles to Follow When Solving Major Problems21 janv. 202600:23:30

Every person, organization, team, business, family, and church will face major problems. There is no such thing as a problem-free life. The real question is this:

How will you respond in these times, and what will be your source for decision-making?

Whatever the situation, we must do the right thing in the right way to God’s glory.

Teams, organizations, businesses, families, churches, and each of us can be in our greatest seasons, but suddenly a major problem emerges that jeopardizes almost everything. This problem is serious and demands immediate attention.

So what do we do? How do we get through this critical issue? We need to know and then follow some guiding principles to solve the major problems we are experiencing. The first guiding principle to follow is…

Defining Your Reality14 janv. 202600:22:11

You are in for a great time with us today. My subject is rarely discussed, yet it is critical to your life and leadership.

I hope your first few days of 2026 have been purposeful, meaningful, and enjoyable. I have been so blessed and have enjoyed this time.  For the few or many like me, whichever it is, the game of football has been a thrill to watch. Both college and professional football are near crowning their champions. My wife, Jeana, loves watching games with me, so we have fun together.

When these teams complete their final game, they will join those already sitting at home, busily working on next year, strategizing about what they need and how they can gain an edge over their competition when the new season begins this fall.

One thing about sports like this is that there is a scoreboard. It does not lie. It gives us the result. That result is reality. One wins. One loses. Whether you are in sports, business, healthcare, or numerous other professions, the results usually reveal reality.

Just remember, there is another reality, perhaps many, behind the scoreboards of your life. In life and leadership, we have to discipline ourselves and face reality. The real reality about who we are, where we are, what we are doing, how we are doing, and whether we are being as effective as God created us to be. Just as difficult as this is personally, it may be even more difficult in your workplace. In life, work, career, church, and the future, we have to peel back again and again to discover the real reality. This is why this podcast is about: DEFINING YOUR REALITY.

HOW TO BE SPIRITUALLY ALIVE IN THE BUSYNESS OF YOUR LIFE07 janv. 202600:30:10

As you enter 2026, there is one thing you know: Your life will be busy, and that busyness is an unavoidable reality. So how do you remain spiritually alive? It is a definite challenge, and on this podcast today, I am going to tell you how to be spiritually alive.

Happy 2026! I am so excited today you are joining us on this 75th Podcast Episode. I do hope you had a meaningful Christmas season, and I am looking forward to the year ahead. We had our family here with us for some time and enjoyed it thoroughly. Jeana and I celebrated our 49th Wedding Anniversary on December 31. So we are praying and trusting God for the days ahead.

As you enter 2026, there is one thing you know: Your life will be busy, and that busyness is an unavoidable reality. So, how do you live spiritually alive? It is a definite challenge, and on this podcast today, I am going to tell you how to be spiritually alive. We would do well to stop idolizing busyness

I believe in the power of prayer. Prayer shapes my mindset, my attitude, and my will to conform to God’s Providential and Sovereign will for my life. I have discovered there is only one way to be spiritually alive in the busyness of your life. Are you ready to hear this? Listen closely...

CONSIDER THESE THINGS IN 202617 déc. 202500:27:53

This week’s podcast is helpful, but also challenging. On this final podcast episode I am releasing in 2025, I want to point your attention to the coming year, 2026. Before we get into this final episode, I am recording in 2025, I want to share a few quick updates with you:

Merry Christmas from Jeana and me to you and your family. I hope these final days of 2025 are fantastic, and the celebration of Christmas will be special. For many of you who have lost a loved one in 2025, we are praying for you as you face this first Christmas without that loved one in your family being with you in person. May God’s grace and peace be with all of you.

God has been so good to me in 2025, with the release of my newest book, entitled The Supernatural Power of Prayer and Fasting. I have conducted over 40 interviews or podcasts with various people since the release of this book. God is using it extensively. You can order it on Amazon to help you begin the new year with God in a way you've never experienced before.  I received a dynamic testimony just this past week from a pastor in Virginia about the impact this book has had on his life, including the salvation of one of his children. There is Supernatural Power when you Pray and Fast. Order a copy today. If you want to order by the case, contact us here and we can help you accomplish this. There are forty books in each case so those who are sharing it with Bible Study groups or churches, this may help you do it more effectively.

God has opened up so many doors preaching God’s Word throughout the nation and even in Athens, Greece, this past August, at a large global missions conference with over 80 nations present. Hundreds were there, and it was powerful. God is at work in our country and world.

16 LEADERSHIP LESSONS FROM RUNNING MY FIRST MARATHON AT 70 YEARS OF AGE10 déc. 202500:34:54

I was born on November 11, 1955. Do the math. I just turned 70. On December 6, 2025, less than one month after my 70th birthday, I ran and completed the St. Jude Memphis Marathon. This was the first marathon that I ever ran. For those who might not know, a marathon is a long-distance running race measuring exactly 26.2 miles. Yes, you heard that right: 26.2 miles.

To everyone involved with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital who cares for children with cancer and shows compassion to their families, thank you for everything you do—including your vision, preparation, and execution of this huge event for thousands of people.

I never saw myself as competing against others in this marathon. If I were competing, it would be against myself and my personal desire: I want to run a marathon.

When I was a high school athlete, I was a sprinter, not a long-distance runner. I never liked running long distances. But over forty years ago, I began running. Back then, three miles would have been my big goal. Even then, my goal was not speed, but endurance. Twenty years ago, I started running three to five miles a day, and periodically, I would run seven miles. Most likely, I have run 5 days a week for all these years. Then, over the past five years, beginning in the pandemic, I began lengthening these runs on many days. It was then that I started thinking: “One day, I may run a marathon.”

In 2024, I began asking God to help me be healthy enough to run a marathon. In 2025, I started praying, “Lord, this year, help me to run a marathon.” Then, it became more specific and essential to me, and I began praying, “Lord, I want to run this marathon for Your honor as a testimony of Your power through me all the way through the finish line of 26.2 miles. Please Lord, do this miracle through me, and may people come to Jesus because of it. For Your Kingdom and to God’s glory, I pray that this miracle be done! I stand upon these words: “For nothing is impossible with God!” Luke 1:37

4 WAYS TO LIFT UP THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU03 déc. 202500:24:49

At this time of the year, you are around many people you know and some you may not know as well as others. Gatherings, parties, and events are important, and you will interact with people experiencing all kinds of situations in their lives. Some are facing many challenges, while others carry deep personal burdens for family or others in their lives. Additionally, you’ll be around people who are excelling in all areas of life and work, moving into the next year with clear vision and motivation.

In Podcast #70, I talked to you about “4 Relational Values For Your Life, Family, Church, and Workplace.” These relational values are: LOVE, CARE, HONOR, AND WELCOME.

In Podcast #71, I talked to you about “4 Actions That Make Every  Relationship Stronger.” These actions are: SERVE, ENCOURAGE, TEACH, AND FORGIVE.

What is Success?29 oct. 202500:20:38

After Jesus issued his call to follow him, he knew some were still clinging to their success in the world. This should not surprise us because even when one has followed Jesus for years, stepping into the world and its measurement for success is still tempting. In your workplace, what matters most? In your vocation, how is success measured? Let the world measure it as they may; some measures of success are acceptable.

WHEN YOU GET HURT IN YOUR LIFE22 oct. 202500:21:17

When you get hurt in your life, it impacts every segment of your life. It is really difficult to compartmentalize your hurt and lessen the experience of it. We don’t talk about our hurt aloud many times, but it is real.

Hurt people, hurt people. Each of us has been the target of someone else’s personal hurt. They want to get us back for something we have not even done. All because they are striking out at us.

There are times when your life is full and your schedule is packed. When this occurs, what do you do? Stay tuned because I am talking about this on our podcast today.

Anytime you exceed your limits, it wears on you spiritually, emotionally, mentally, relationally, vocationally, and physically. Listen carefully: Margin is the space between you and your limits. How much space is in your life for rest, enjoyment, personal time, and experiencing life in a way that is refreshing to you? Even this week, there are some of you that have had conversations with your team in your workplace or with your spouse at home, about this very subject: We need more time in our schedules. Life is full and the schedule is packed! When you find yourself there, what do you do? I want to address this subject in two ways: Biblically and Practically.

Breaking Free in Your Life and Leadership24 sept. 202500:33:47

Everyone faces things that hold us back. We feel bound. Even trapped. Our pasts, including failures, insecurities, and pressure from within and from the outside, may lead us to experience feelings like these. All of us, whether in life or leadership, come up against these things. We must face them head-on because we cannot lead others consistently and effectively until we have personally experienced the necessary freedom.  Today, we will talk about what it means to break free — to let go of what restricts you, and to step into a life and leadership marked by courage and freedom.
