This is our last podcast conversation for this series and our guest is again, Elsie Spittle. What a beautiful way to end Season 1 of a podcast that was born out of a deep feeling. She mentioned in this episode how Syd pointed that an insight, an enlightenment experience, could happen to any of us, bringing the Mystery and the Mystical to our everyday experience. For Elsie, that is the relevance of Sydney Banks.
About Elsie Spittle - From homemaker, to global consultant and mentor of leading Three Principles practitioners, Elsie Spittle has devoted her life to sharing this transformative mental health paradigm with the world.
Elsie had the privilege of receiving “on the job” training directly from Mr. Banks, traveling with him to address mental health practitioners, educators, and others seeking a deeper understanding of life. She is considered the first formal teacher of the Principles, after Sydney Banks.
She is highly regarded as a public speaker and in her ability to reach the audience, large and small, via a “feeling” that touches the heart and soul.
Married for 56 years, with a loving and supportive family, she has her own private business and is co-founder of the Three Principles School, located on Salt Spring Island, BC. Elsie is the author of 6 books; the latest is Nuggets of Wisdom II, 2020.

On this new episode, we shared a conversation with Linda Pransky. She spoke about her meeting Sydney Banks and how her consciousness started to shift by seeing through insight. Honesty is brought to light when pointed to Syd Banks' teachings. A unique conversation.
Linda Pransky went to graduate school at The University of Washington in 1975. She specialized in psycho-social nursing, because she had an interest in learning how people change. She learned techniques and approaches to helping people, but nothing seemed long lasting and beneficial. When she met Sydney Banks in 1976 she saw a way for people to really change. Her vision became one of helping people seek real and long lasting change. Linda is currently on the executive committee of the Three Principles Global Community, past faculty member for the One Thought Institute and Partner at Pransky and Associates.

At certain point in the conversation she expressed, "He (Sydney Banks) brought the depth of the feeling, meaning the truth of who we are... invisible yet essential."

Julian Freeman's bio: In 2010 Julian’s life took sharp turn when he nursed his Mum through her terminal illness. Life was different after that, new business, new partner, new home and he found the Three Principles along the way too. In 2010 he picked up a video camera and hasn’t put it down since. Julian was fortunate to help Elsie Spittle and Chip Chipman make the video, "Genesis of the Three Principles." This was a great honor and a wonderful journey of understanding that helped him, a man who never met Sydney Banks, connect ever more with his own understanding. As a social filmmaker he makes films that show just what we are capable of and this continues to be a journey full of passion and curiosity.

Christa Campsall is a pioneer in bringing Three Principles to K-12 education. Since 1975, this has been the foundation of her work as classroom teacher, special education teacher and teacher-leader. Sydney Banks granted her a certificate to teach the Three Principles. Christa has a BEd and a DiplSpEd from University of British Columbia and a MA from Royal Roads University. She and her husband live on Salt Spring Island.

Christine Heath - "It All Comes from the Feeling"

On this episode, we spoke with Christine Heath about her meeting Sydney Banks and her journey afterwards during more than 40 years. She described us what is the feeling that Sydney Banks talked about and emphasized the importance of it. This was a revealing and easy conversation with someone who felt so lucky to have stumbled into this understanding and what has brought in to her life.
Christine Heath, the co-founder and executive director of the Hawaii Counseling and Education Center since 1985, has nearly 37 years’ experience as a marriage and family therapist. She met Sidney Banks in 1981 and has been sharing her understanding of the Three Principles since then. She was instrumental in setting up one of the first Three Principles-based clinics in the world.
Christine developed HCEC’s Three Principles-based domestic violence/anger management, outpatient substance abuse, adolescent anger management and victim impact programs. She is certified as a substance abuse counselor and she is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She provides training programs for graduate and postgraduate therapists. She offers training, coaching, consultation and seminars based on the Three Principles locally and internationally to professionals and lay people alike.
She has served on the Board of Directors of the 3PGC since its inception and dedicates her life to sharing the Principles with the world.
