Support your journey in to a deeply relaxed life with best selling author John C. Parkin. The Relaxers know what harm stress can do – to their health, relationships, sleep, work and every part of their life. The Relaxers are a community of ordinary people experiencing extraordinary change from deep relaxation. And by listening to this podcast, you can become one too. John C. Parkin first became interested in serious relaxation as a 21-year old, suffering from ill health and realizing that stress was a critical factor. He immersed himself in the relaxation arts, such as Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga and meditation. He trained in hypnotherapy. He sought out the most relaxed people on the planet to learn from. He mastered the art of relaxation, healed from his serious illnesses, and began sharing his knowledge with others. He did so via the retreat centre he and his wife Gaia set up in Italy – The Hill That Breathes. He wrote the million-selling F**k It books. And he has devoted his life to helping others relax and let go. He spends a lot of his time supporting his group, The Relaxers each month, and loves seeing people benefitting from the habits, and learning how to ‘fly’ with relaxation. He’s bringing this to your ears now through the medium of podcasts.
