Inspired by High Fidelity and the "Top 5" List, The Reel Debaters were founded by unapologetic movie nerds with "sharp minds" and a pure love of cinema from Manitoba's vibrant and ever-growing film scene. each episode, this crew of cinephiles and industry insiders sit down to explore film and television through a lens that’s equal parts irreverent and insightful, with deep respect for storytelling and a sense of humour that doesn’t take itself too seriously. When not arguing with each other to a sure and cinematic death, they fill the gaps with conversations from within Manitoba’s film industry stretching all the way to Hollywood's doorstep.
