We also talk about how government decisions have affected items like rent and grocery prices. In every transaction, you need to know who is providing value. You will either pay for that value or should give appreciation if it is offered without payment. We go over cashflow and its importance in a deal. How you think will show in your results, so if you don't like your results, you need to change how you think.

They all had their strengths or reasons they could have succeeded. However, they all made mistakes in their thinking and decisions that led them to ruin. We want you to learn from their mistakes, so you can go out, succeed, and become wealthy!
Investor A: He wanted the “Magic Pill”
Investor B: He was waiting to “Win the Lottery”
Investor C: He did all the hard work & made it 90% of the way there…But he couldn’t “Finish the Race”
Investor S: She refused to “Change with the times.” She didn’t see the big picture & didn’t change or evolve so the world left her behind.
All of them started with a BIG WHY… And when that faded they lost interest & then they lost property.

Thanks to Basel III, as of July 1st, 2025, gold is now a Tier 1 asset, meaning banks can use it as part of their reserves. Essentially, they are now admitting that gold is money. How will that affect things? We talk about the historical perspective as well as the predictions for the future. We talk about the headwinds for paper assets and the tailwinds for hard assets. We talk about the different generations and how they approach investing. If there is inflation, you need to make different decisions than if there is deflation.
