My guest today is Karlee Porter of Karlee Porter Designs! She’s known for inventing Graffitti Quilting and she will invite you into her community with open arms to explore your free motion quilting potential. Karlee is a lifelong artist who transformed her passion into a quilting career. I met her a few years ago for the first time at QuiltCon. She was decked out head to toe in this gorgeous black and white quilted coat just when the craze of quilted garments was getting started. She was like a walking art gallery of intricate graffiti style quilting designs. She brings a whole host of products, ideas, books and workshops to the quilting world with her graffiti quilting!

He co-founded the Quilt Digest and has been actively involved in the creation of some of America's most important private and corporate quilt collections. He has curated exhibitions in the United States and overseas. I met Roderick last summer at the Festival of Quilts in Birmingham, where he had an incredible display of unconventional and unexpected quilts so we'll dive into the first and second editions of that book as well.
