Welcome to another episode of The Pure Nintendo Podcast! This week we continue our discussion on those addictive amiibo, with a few new additions to Jemma’s collection. She’s reached the 30 mark now – will she be overtaking Roger anytime soon?

Jemma and Roger also discuss which franchises they’ve somehow missed over the years, from Splatoon to Sonic the Hedgehog. So many games, so little time.

We do a deep dive into the many games we’ve been playing lately, including some review games. There’s a wide variety to choose from, including the beat ‘em up stylings of River City Saga to the platforming nuances of Dyna Bomb 2. This leads into a look at the importance of good marketing for games.

Roger debriefs us on his latest review games, including the interesting-sounding Circus Electrique, as well as the newly released Disney Dreamlight Valley. We talk in-depth about this one, which seems to be one of the bigger releases of the year, at least from Disney’s perspective.

Welcome to another episode of The Pure Nintendo Podcast! We're back after a short break to discuss everything to do with Nintendo.

This week Jemma and Roger begin with a recap of the latest amiibo to join their collections. Jemma's collection is certainly growing!

They delve into the games they’re playing right now, including an in-depth discussion of their time with the Splatoon 3 demo over the weekend. They also discuss the Nintendo 64 Expansion Pass and playing games like Dr. Mario 64 online. They revisit Cult of the Lamb and why it's likely to be one of their games of the year.

We love what we do at Pure Nintendo, and Roger and Jemma discuss the pros and cons of reviewing games. So many games, so little time! They also talk about our upcoming issue of Pure Nintendo Magazine, which is due out any day now.
