It's safe to say the podcast has had to take a back seat this year. I fully intended to get another 50 episodes done in 2024 but lots of things have been going on this year which meant something had to give.

In this episode I go into detail about what has happened this year - warts and all.

I also go through some of the successes of the year, the emotional turmoil and the plans I have for the future (the podcast is still very important).

There's not much that can be said about Adam that hasn't already been said or written before.

Being an 'accidental' landlord in the late 00's with a single property, I'm sure even Adam couldn't have envisaged he would go on to amass a portfolio of hundreds of properties in less than 20 years. But he did, and he has.

Interior design!
