18 - 5 Lessons After 2 Years Of Running an Evergreen Group Coaching Program15 Jul 202400:23:30

In this episode, we're diving into the lessons I've learned after two years of running an evergreen group coaching program.

But if you’re brand new to creating a group coaching program or course, try just taking ONE of these ideas and applying it. Don’t let perfectionism hold you back!

  1. Why having structured pre-recorded lesson content made such a difference for me, even while running a live group coaching program
  2. Why matching your offer to your niche is so crucial - there isn’t one right way to grow your business!
  3. Ideas on how to create a testimonial systems (so that you don’t go to sell your program again without any proof that it works!)
  4. Why and how to take weeks off from your program (instead of running 55 out of 56 weeks like I did for 2 years!!)
  5. How to create an onboarding system to help your clients get started (and avoid buyers remorse)

Are you working really hard in your online business, but not making the money you want? You may know you have the expertise, but you're not sure how to make your program a repeatable or customizable process for your clients. Maybe your offers or programs have been feeling heavy recently or not aligned with your vision. This is all too common amongst entrepreneurs!

In this episode, Lauren discusses her recent breakthrough flying home after a live coaching conference in California. She shares the 3 key components of how to incorporate offer journey design into your business, so you can make more money, feel more confident selling, and get crystal clear on what to include in your programs. The result? Amazing client success stories and an aligned online business where you can do more of what you love and less of what you don't!

If you’re like a lot of the entrepreneurs in my community, you may have already achieved a number of goals in your business (when you actually take the time to sit down and acknowledge them!) and you’re working towards your next one- maybe it’s scaling your current program, maybe you’ve tried a number of different things and it’s getting THE offer you want to be known for, or maybe it’s tweaking it so it feels more in alignment with you.

If that’s the case for you, I’m super excited for you to listen to this episode! I think you and I can both agree that what got you here, won’t get you there. 3 - How to Create Structure in Your Business When You Don't Have the Time01 Apr 202400:22:30

In this episode, I want to show you how to create a new system or structure in your business when you don’t have the time to do it.

Here’s the challenge. Overstretched entrepreneurs may know they need more structure and systems in their business to keep up with day to day demands- like adding a new project management tool, hiring someone new or setting up a new process- but it sounds too time consuming, so they put it off.

Has that ever happened to you?

The issue with this is that they often end up focusing on the “fun” stuff- more sales, more clients, more revenue… But this won’t solve the problem, it will only MAGNIFY it.

Entrepreneurs with freedom of time know that if they create the structure now, it will pay dividends later and that it doesn’t have to be as time consuming as we might think.

In today’s episode, we’ll dive into how to make setting up your next system faster and easier, with 5 easy to implement ideas to get you started!

We talk a lot about sales and marketing as entrepreneurs, but could YOUR relationship with money be what’s holding you back in your business?

In this episode, we’re joined by Joanna Doiban, a wife, mom of 3 boys, and entrepreneur at heart. Joanna is driven by her mission to educate women on wealth activation and money growth, before it's too late. She teaches three pillars of wealth - wealth mindset, money organization and easy-bake-oven “investing” -  to busy women and moms, revolutionizing this male-dominated industry from telling you what to do to educating you on how to utilize money intentionality. Joanna was able to leave a high-paying yet toxic business partnership because she started mastering her money in her teenage years and had a nest egg big enough to bridge the gap to her current career. She hopes to instill the urgency of money mastery to all young women so they will always be supported by money throughout their lives.

In this episode, Joanna shares insightful mindset hacks to help you transform and heal your relationship with money, grow your income and minimize limiting patterns and self-beliefs getting in our way. We’ll discuss the energetic nature of money, channeling your intuition and common mistakes that entrepreneurs make when it comes to your money. 11 - 1 Invisible Ingredient to Creating an Offer that Sells with Ease27 May 202400:16:26

A lot of coaches emphasize the need to sell the transformation to our potential clients by sharing topics or deliverables. Even though that is important, your clients might be left wondering how you’ll get them there and whether it’s actually possible for them to achieve that result! If we focus too much on the transformation, our potential clients may feel doubtful they can achieve what they set out to do. That’s why it’s so important for coaches and online experts to be able to succinctly describe HOW they’re going to get their clients results, not just WHAT those results are!

In this episode, we’ll discuss the missing ingredient that could be costing you sales and faster, stronger client results. This shift had a massive impact for me and my own coaching business, as well as my clients and their businesses!

I would love for you to join my brand new workshop called Offer Suites That Sell: How Online Experts Can Map Out Their Programs and Offers the Right Way so They Can Sell With Ease. UPDATE: This will be NOW offered on June 18th, 2024 at 11 am PST (2 pm EST). We’ll discuss how you can create offer suites that sell for you, even if you don’t feel comfortable selling! In this episode, we’ll dive into 3 mindset shifts and strategies you can use to make selling your online program easier without any outrageous sales tactics or persuasion. By structuring your programs well and communicating that in your offers, you can make a bigger transformation in somebody’s life by addressing their problems in a way that speaks to them! You don’t even have to be a sales expert to make these strategies work for you.

42 - 7 Ways to Grow Your Audience (without using Instagram)30 Apr 202500:21:21

A common misconception I hear from coaches and experts: that to grow your business, you need to be on instagram.

Yes, instagram can help. No doubt!

But if all it took was growing an instagram account to grow a business, there wouldn't be so many influencers with thousands of followers and very little income.

Instagram is one way, but it isn't the only way. And if you don't love the idea of showing up on Instagram or Tiktok every day, you don't have to.

In today's episode you'll hear:

  • The 3 main methods for growing your audience- whether or not you use instagram (understanding these principles is KEY to growing your online business)
  • The difference between an audience growth strategy and a business growth strategy (because just focusing on audience growth alone is not going to make you money)
  • 7 ways to grow your audience- without using instagram!

These aren’t newbie mistakes. These are the things that come up once you’re already good at what you do- but now you’re trying to turn your brilliance into a scalable experience. That's just a whole new skill to learn!

In this episode, you'll hear:

  • Why wanting to teach everything you know can actually hurt results- and what to do instead
  • Why relying on your energy alone can cap your growth, and how to "multiply" yourself instead
  • What mistaking availability for support looks like, and how you can support yourself while you support your clients

39 - How to Take A Week Off (without losing momentum or letting your clients down)02 Apr 202500:24:14

Many of us start a business for more freedom... but then as you build momentum, the very business that you built for freedom can feel very hard to step away from.

You might worry that you'll lose momentum, that you'll forget something, that you'll let your clients down, or that there will be fires to put out that you're not around to fix.

Have you ever had that experience?

In this week's episode, I'm sharing 5 lessons to help you take time off in your business, without losing momentum or letting your clients down.

38 - Have You Picked the Right Niche? 5 Signs to Stop Second Guessing26 Mar 202500:23:11

One thing you might be resisting if you're used to 1:1's and moving to a group format...

Picking a niche- or at least, a narrower one.

The beautiful thing about 1:1 work is you can tailor your calls exactly to your clients... which means you don't have to feel boxed in and stuck to one thing.

Move to a group though, and suddenly everyone is telling you to "niche down".

But how do you know if you've picked the right niche? If you're niched down enough? If this is what people really would want?

In this week's episode you'll hear...

  • Which choosing your niche is more than just choosing an ideal client- and what you might be missing
  • Which niches are clearly red flags (but it can seem counter intuitive)
  • The difference you need to know between choosing a niche in person vs. online
  • How to know if your niche will work
  • and what it feels like when you know you've landed on the "right" niche

And if you'd like help choosing your niche, this April I'll be running a brand new workshop series called Signature Offer Kickstart.

Over a set of 3 live coaching calls, you'll get clear on...

  1. Your niche
  2. The problem that you solve and the transformation you provide
  3. The main deliverables you want to include
  4. Your program price point

If you're anything like me, you started your business to have more time and flexibility to be with your family.

And while that is absolutely possible as an online entrepreneur... there are also so many more ROLES you'll be taking on as a business owner, and very little direction on what you should be spending your precious school and nap time hours on.

People say- "focus on your needle movers" or "focus on your revenue generating activities"... But what are those, exactly?

In this week's episode, I interview Kristen Van Horn from the Beyond Busyness podcast so that you can hear exactly what you should be focusing on to make the most of your limited time as you grow your group program and online business.

50 - Are You a Phase 1 Expert... or a Phase 2?02 Jul 202500:23:33

This is the shift that makes you stand out- that I wish I knew sooner!

When I first started my program, no one ever explicitly told me this... and honestly, it left me with a lot of imposter syndrome.

When you start your program, you'll likely feel like you're borrowing a lot of your mentors' knowledge. You might be applying concepts you learned in certification programs, courses, or from other experts in your industry.

This is Phase 1.

And it’s completely normal.
To start, you just need to help someone. You don’t skip this part, you grow through it.

But I don't have to tell you that to truly become known in your industry, to become a thought leader... You need to go beyond that.

That's what you do in Phase 2.

Phase 2 is about having a signature process, frameworks and concepts that are unique to you.

In this episode, you'll hear...

  • The difference between coaching in Phase 1 and Phase 2- and how you'll know when you're ready to evolve your content
  • Why building your own frameworks and processes isn't just about feeling more confident in your delivery- it becomes part of your marketing too
  • The first steps to turning your experience and current steps into your own signature process

32 - "Who Am I To Do This?"12 Feb 202500:23:48

If you've ever thought...

  • Who am I to do this?
  • This has already been done- why me?
  • Can I really create a signature process?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, this episode is for you!

In this week's episode, we're looking at the stories that could be holding you back from creating the signature program you're envisioning... and how to tackle them.

You'll hear...

  • How to handle the thought of "but someone else has already done this more successfully than me...". Why your own voice and unique experience matters (it's not what you think!)
  • The importance of the Dunning-Kruger Effect
  • When you need another certification... and when to hold off
  • How to develop your own signature methodology (when you feel like you're nervous you might be copying other people in your industry)
  • And how to handle the pressure of creating that perfect program

49 - Are You Delivering an Offer You've Outgrown?26 Jun 202500:27:42

You likely hear a lot about creating courses, marketing courses, big number launches...

But what if your offer is actually working... but it doesn't feel like YOU anymore?

What if it reflects the person you were 2-3 years ago... not the person you're evolving into?

If it's not making you any money, it can feel easy to try something new. A new offer, a new niche, a new style of program. But if it actually is working (but perhaps not as well as you want it to)- that's another challenge.

When is it time to let it go? When should you evolve? When should you stay consistent?

In this episode you'll hear...

  • How to know if you're living within the limits of a box... you didn't know you built
  • If the current thoughts you have are actually self-sabotage... holding you back
  • Or if you really are ready for the next evolution... and how to know for sure

48 - How to Stop Running Your Business Like a Man with Cristina Pop19 Jun 202500:29:39

If you've ever been curious about how to run your business around your own feminine energy... or your natural cycle... or how to feel more balanced in your business (and less burnt out)- this episode is for you!

This week I interview Cristina Pop, a holistic business coach for women who helps you build your business based on your own intuition and balancing feminine and masculine energy- the intuition and the strategy.

In this week's episode you'll hear...

  • How to know if you're inadvertently running your business like a man... and what it looks like to embrace a feminine business
  • The difference between the masculine and feminine energies in your business
  • The wisdom of leaning into your cycle (even if you don't have one currently) and what to focus on in each phase so you're not fighting your body's natural rhythms, you're harnessing its true potential

47 - Why Your Last Program Felt Off (And What Aligned Programs Get Right)12 Jun 202500:19:27

If you've launched a program before, but it somehow felt off... Maybe it felt scattered, or heavy, or that it just didn't feel like the version of you you're evolving into...

(Making it harder to sell, heavier to deliver, and leaving you second-guessing)

This is the episode for you.

It's likely because you created a program that was based on someone else... and not how you are uniquely designed to run programs- based on your unique strengths (and not your unique sabotages).

In this episode you'll...

  • Discover why your unconscious money patterns can massively impact your program and offer design
  • Learn how to design your program to reflect the strengths of your Sacred Money Archetype... and not the sabotages.
  • Identify which sabotages could be holding you back... and what to do instead

If you're into personality frameworks like Myers Briggs, Enneagram or Human Design... This week's episode is a must listen!

46 - Why Creating More Offers Is Slowing Down Your Sales05 Jun 202500:19:59

A common pattern I see with experienced coaches: launching multiple different offers, running different programs at once... working hard to achieve their goal of more consistent, growing revenue.

You've taken the launch courses. Built the lead magnets and funnels. Maybe even had a few 5-figure wins.

But what happens next?

Either you jump from one program to the next- working hard but never seeing the consistent income you expected...

Or you finish a program, realize it didn’t bring in enough revenue to sustain your business, and pivot to something new, hoping this one will finally land.

And before you know it, you're back in the cycle- creating, launching, starting over again.

Here’s the truth: more offers doesn’t mean more sales.

In fact, it’s probably the reason your business feels like it’s on a rollercoaster right now.

It’s not that you don’t know how to sell.
It’s that you haven’t built the one program your business can depend on.

In today’s episode, you’ll hear:

  • Why smart, high-integrity coaches get stuck in the “new offer trap” (even when they’re already great at what they do)
  • How having one clear, cohesive signature program leads to more aligned sales... and more repeat clients
  • What to focus on instead if you’re ready to grow your revenue without burning out or feeling scattered

If you’re tired of always selling something new and you’re ready to become known for your method, this episode is for you.
