Social Emotional Learning has been all the rage the last couple of years. But let's be honest, most of us weren't taught in College. Maybe you did take a couple courses about it like I did. Or maybe you were like me and you used good ole' Google to figure it out.

Either way, I have come a long way from googling SEL. In this episode I will break down what social emotional learning is and the 5 different components of social emotional learning.
