Breaking the Sick-Care System: Myo's Mission to Change Healthcare with Vinny Pham30 Sep 202501:03:59

Why are so many physical therapists burning out—and what can be done to change the system? In this episode, Arash sits down with entrepreneur and clinician Vinh Pham, the founder of Myodetox, to talk about the flaws in the healthcare industry, the rise of cash-based rehab, and how he scaled from treating patients in his living room to building 22+ clinics across North America.

Vinh shares his journey of almost quitting physical therapy, how frustration with patient volume and quality of care sparked his entrepreneurial path, and what it takes to create a clinic model that prioritizes both patient outcomes and clinician growth. This conversation isn't just about PT—it's about rethinking the entire rehab and healthcare system.

🔑 In this episode, we cover:

  1. Why the healthcare system is built on sick care instead of true health care

  2. Vinh's burnout story and how he turned frustration into entrepreneurship

  4. Why insurance companies hurt quality rehab care (and how cash-based models solve it)
