Deutschland football sees Gureirro score a Wonder Stonk, Bayern annhialating Bochum, and Andre Silva's talent put into doubt.

Porto struggles but scores late against a determined Braga. Guimaraes bids farewell to Pacheco, sending him off with a win and their highest-ever points tally.

Portimonense wins the Algarve Derby against Farense but must fight for survival. Boavista ties with Vizela, staying safe on points.

Internationally, Man City secures the title, with Foden and Rodri leading the charge. Arsenal's efforts fall short, and United and Liverpool end the season with wins.

In Canada, Toronto FC thrashes Montreal, and York battles to a draw with Calgary.

HE'S BACK! We talk about the return of the great Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester United! 

A classy discussion of Fernando Santos' National team selection, new guys in and out of the squad and some Brazillian entries in the Portugal NT.

Portugal has a mixed week in Uefa, as Pacos, and Santa Clara lost out on the Conference League, But Benfica qualifies for the Champions League. 

Only to see the Big Three of Portugal get some group of death selections. 

Onto the Portuguese league, Porto wins easily, Sporting drop a point, and Benfica is rescued "Heroically" by Gilberto Carlos. A couple of shout-outs to some other matches as well.

in Inglaterra, we talk about the return of the O' Rei of Manchester. Man City slap Arsenal, as Ruben Dias is awarded a new contract, Kai Havetz scores a header worthy of German precision and Nuno Espirito Santos keeps the good times rolling! We also break down the Portugal Derby of Wolverhampton Vs Manchester United.

In a Cristiano-less Italy, Mourinho's Roma is still on track, as he celebrated with a pizza and a Coke. We decide to spite follow Juventus in hopes that they fail after their poor treatment of Ronaldo.

in Germany, Paciencia gets a taste of the grass for 1 minute.  teenagers run rampant in Dortmund, and Lewandowski scores a hattrick. Andre Silva's Leipzig loses to Waldschmidt's Wolfsburg. (Wolfsburg is our Spite team in Germany now)

In France, Jonathon David scores a winner for Lille, and Messi makes a brief appearance.  

Justin Struggles with what teams he supports, a Portuguese player becomes he who will no longer be named and lots of extra Benfica Chatter.

This week the boys attempt their first remote Pod! Not as fun, but it's on the books.

Club football is back and the boys get right into the Champions League, they talk Manchester City Vs Dortmund and Liverpool Vs Real Madrid. De Bruyne shows off his heroic playmaking and Vinicius leads Real to a big win in the competition.  They move on to cover Liga Nos and all the 90th-minute goals between Porto, Sporting, and Braga as well as Benfica's snoozer against Maritimo. Sporting continues their unbeaten run with a goal by the new man upfront Paulinho, but it is not enough to secure a win against Moreirense. Toni Martinez Saves Porto after Carls Jr ties the game with a penalty, and Sporar saves Braga from dropping any lower.  They Celebrate Fabio Silva's first big boy goal even though it is not enough to save the Nuno's Wolf pack from Lingardinho and the Hammers. They revel in Jota's heroics as they take down the Arsenal with ease. To no surprise, Mourinho is still throwing his team under the bus as Tottenham blows another win against relegation-bound Newcastle. The debate rages on Pauleta and Andre Silva, are they the same player? The result may surprise you, as we dissect their careers and try to help the Frankfurter plan his future. They dive into Germany and France where all the top teams happened to face off for supremacy, Ronaldo's Juve tie in the battle for Turnin as his one goal is not enough to make up for their defensive blunders. They move on to Spain where Real and Barca continue to accumulate points, but Atletico continues to slip up. They look at the Valencia game and La Liga Controversy. This week the boys wrap the rest of the champions league round of sixteen, talking Joao Felix's best performance and Atalanta's worst. Bayern continues to crush it, and City wins against Borussia Monchengladbach "as usual". They scrutinize the drawing procedure for the next round, make predictions and then move to the Europa League.  Bruno and united beat out Milan, as Dinamo Zagreb blow by Mourinho's Tottenham after their manager Zoran Mamic recently got pinched by the police.  In the Portuguese league, Sergio Conceicao starts a fight as Sergio Oliveira banks a stonker free-kick. Sporting has a controversial VAR-filled match. Followed by the unimpressive battle for Mars between Benfica and Braga. Braga loses a player and to no surprise Seferovic scores again. they also debate robots in Soccer. They move on to England and talk FA Cup. Joao Virginia stares down big bad Manchester City and does okay but can't stop the offensive juggernaut. Leicester takes advantage of a Manchester united lacking star power.  In Spain, Felix is nowhere to be seen as both (Atletico /Real)Madrids pick up three points, while Barcelona FC club Real Sociedad 6-1, with the help of Lionel Messi and Sergio Dest.  in France, Xeka scores for Lille, but the dogs cannot win against Nimes. PSG takes advantage of that loss and Anthony Lopes pays the price for it. Danilo smiles as he scores a goal this week.  In Germany, Andre silva stays hot, but we reflect on how he struggled last year, while Alphonso Davies saw red and Bayern still steal a win led by a Lewandowski hatty. They compare Lewandowski and Ronaldo Nazario, Who was the better striker? In Italy Ronaldo and Juve lose to Benevento as they are stuck under the witch's spell.   We Crown another Joao Wonder and then get to the Selecao.  (47:45') Great debates over who plays in the upcoming games as Portugal continues to struggle with injuries. The Boys Clear up their debts from last week's bets and then move on to breakdown the Semi-Finals of the Taca Portugal before getting into a weekend of Liga Nos. Moving onto the premier league, they talk Manchester City's highs and lows, the wolves' lows and lows, and why you should never count out Brendan Rodgers' Leicester. Bruno Fernandes has a controversial week in the media. and Liverpool struggles to win even with Jota back in the line-up. 

They round up Ronaldo's week, how Juve has been performing, and the race in Serie A. After that, they dive headfirst into the Madrid Darby and revel in the Greatness of Ray Hudson. The Controversial week in Spanish football, Barcelona's new (old) president and what that means for the fans and for Messi. 

They Tally up Portuguese goals abroad and other standout performances.

The boys get to the bottom of the World Cup issue and spark controversy with their Brazilian listeners. in England, City continues to dominate with the solid Rock that is Ruben Dias, Wolves are caught snoozing against Newcastle despite Portuguese heroics, and they breakdown how tight that race for European spots (excluding first place). 

Pirlo's Juve has another disappointing weekend despite Cristiano Ronaldo finding the net against Miguel Veloso's Verona.

Then they talk about Portuguese goalscorers around Europe and try to lip-read Joao Felix's comments after his goal against Villareal.

The Champions League is back!

Well, well, well, welcome to The Portugal Corner, folks! Episode 143, where we dive deep into the world of Portuguese soccer, from the highs to the lows, and even the funny bits!

We introduce Jacket Man!

Alright, let's roll through it like a melody. Bernardo Silva, he strikes early against Real Madrid, huh? Drama unfolds as they end up in a thrilling 3-3 draw. Then we've got Arsenal and Bayern locking horns, ending up in a 2-2 tie.

Now, Vitinha, he lends a helping foot to PSG against Barcelona, but alas, Barcelona pulls off a comeback win. Atletico takes down Dortmund, while Liverpool, they get a tough lesson from Atalanta.

Oh, and the Greek-Turkish showdown, Olympiacos takes the crown against Fenerbahce. And hey, Chiquinho from Benfica days, he gets in on the action too.

Switching gears, let's talk about Sporting, the Lions Den! Trincao with a double whammy, huh? They put Gil Vicente in their place with a 4-0 victory. Sporting's on fire, scoring left and right. Is this the golden era reminiscent of Vitor Pereira's Porto?

Porto, on the other hand, not so smooth sailing. They falter against Famalicao, ending in a 2-2 stalemate. Tough luck there, needing some revamping, they say.
