| What to Do When Everything Falls Apart | 21 Jun 2025 | 01:00:47 | |
In today’s episode, I break down what it really takes to move forward when everything falls apart. I talk about the pain of losing over $100 million, the identity loss that comes with failure, and the power of turning rejection into redirection. From firewalks to forgiveness, I share how non-negotiable behaviors and consistent values create long-term stability. I explain why faith matters more when nothing makes sense, why self-awareness beats self-pity, and how asking for help can be a higher act of service than offering it. This one’s about finding your direction through struggle—and turning setbacks into something that serves you.
| The Quiet Habit That Changes Everything | 20 Jun 2025 | 00:29:10 | |
In today’s episode, I break down the habits and mindsets that help turn struggle into strength, focusing on how consistency, clarity, and intentionality create real change. I talk about the difference between helping and enabling, the truth behind non-negotiable behaviors, and why commitment has to outlast circumstances. I explain how I rebuilt after losing everything, what it means to live your legacy instead of chasing one, and why gratitude only matters when it’s practiced during chaos. From sleep to self-awareness, I share the most overlooked priorities that influence success. The throughline? Giving meaning to your pain, and using it to build something better.
| Why Most People Aren’t Ready To Buy | 11 Jun 2025 | 00:27:05 | |
In today’s episode, I sit down with mortgage strategist, martial arts coach, and LFG Society founder Arjun Dhingra to talk about real estate, financial literacy, and the emotional weight behind major life purchases. Arjun shares how a canceled coffee meeting almost ended his career, and how vulnerability, education, and authenticity helped him build trust in a fear-driven industry. We break down why some people shouldn’t buy a house yet, how marketing shifts alongside public sentiment, and the real reason financial shame keeps so many stuck. Arjun also opens up about losing everything in 2008—and what that taught him about resilience and responsibility.
| Transforming Grief Into Growth | 13 Mar 2025 | 00:37:38 | |
In today’s episode, I share the origins of my meetups and how they’ve become a cornerstone of my personal and professional growth. I reflect on how my mother’s influence shaped my commitment to helping others, even during moments of personal loss. I also break down the importance of non-negotiable behaviors, how faith and wisdom help navigate life’s uncertainties, and why defining success on your own terms matters. From structuring your day with purpose to overcoming fear and setbacks, this conversation is about creating clarity in both business and life.
| Why 90% of People Lose Money in a Recession | 25 Sep 2022 | 00:02:38 | |
In general, there are three types of businesses in a recession: those that are doing well, those that are stable, and those that are struggling. When making investments during a recession, I tend to place more emphasis on stability and industries or companies that have shown a historic ability to withstand those times. Look for investment opportunities that offer consistency in good and bad economic times, rather than looking to create massive returns.

| 5 Daily Practices | Road to Revenue #130 | 19 Sep 2022 | 00:28:33 | |
I use a system that I call the Five Daily Practices to create coherence in my life, meaning that I do things with consistency and persistence, and I’m also very intentional about the prioritization of activities in my business and personal life. These practices will not only help you to determine what you want in life, but they are essential if you want to accomplish it.
| Advice For Anyone Struggling in Business | 18 Sep 2022 | 00:03:41 | |
Always ask yourself, can I guarantee that I will be in business tomorrow? Stay in business, that is the key to a successful business.
| Advice for Every 18-35 Year Old That FEELS LOST | 17 Sep 2022 | 00:02:49 | |
When you set achievable goals and put plans in place to meet them, you'll experience a higher rate of success and simultaneously turn up your worthiness thermostat. You need goal setting (and promise keeping) to be a consistent, persistent behavior, which will then allow you to enjoy the pursuit of your potential by creating objectives and meeting them.
| Think About This The Next Time You FEEL STUCK | 16 Sep 2022 | 00:06:04 | |
An analogy I like to use to explain this is a blade of grass pushing through the soil to enjoy everything the sun has to offer. The fragile bit of grass is beneath tons of soil and stone. It doesn't know if it is getting nearer to the surface and the sun, it only knows the direction it must keep pushing.
Not until the instant it breaks through the cold soil into the light does it know the effort will be rewarded. A blade of grass, of course, doesn't suffer from the doubt and second thoughts that make our path seem harder as we get closer to our objective. In fact, so many times when we are just about to succeed and grow free in the light is when we quit because the dirt is just too hard.
That isn’t what you want to do. In order to break through and become the person you want to become, you have to weather the layers of uncertainty and get through the “rocks” of life.
Bet on yourself and the abundance of the universe with confidence knowing that when all is said and done everything the “Sun” or “light” has to offer will be worth the effort and trials. Everything will come in the right way at the perfect time ... just don’t quit.

| 5 Ways to SELL ANYTHING | 14 Sep 2022 | 00:11:59 | |
1. Stimulate Interest: Stimulate interest for availability first, meaning practice getting people to respond to your calls, texts, emails, and
social media messages first. Then, focus on stimulating interest for your business or services.
2. Transition the Interest: Emotionally connect with who you’re targeting. Then, transition their interest through professional collateral and a clear explanation of true value. Use the 100/20 Rule: be able to articulate that your customers will receive $100 of value for every $20 they spend.
3. Share the Vision: Share the vision of true value. You want to demonstrate the value you’ll be providing in relation to the customer’s personal values, experiential values, giving and receiving values. Make them see the win-win situation in doing business together.
4. Manage and Develop the Vision: Manage and develop a vision by providing the value that you promised. Don’t oversell, rather help them manage and develop their expectations.
5. Thrive: When you’ve done all four previous steps correctly, consistently, and persistently, you thrive. Thrivation is, in essence, getting your customers or other people outside of your organization to sell your product or service for you. This means that you make a lot of money, help a lot of people, and have a lot of fun!

| You need to Surround Yourself With THE RIGHT PEOPLE | 10 Sep 2022 | 00:03:23 | |
I always tell people, “Show me your friends, and I will show you your future.” You are who you surround yourself with, so one of the most important steps is separating yourself from those who don’t add value to your life. Ask yourself, “Do I feel good when I am around this person?”, and use your feelings as a barometer to decide if the relationship is worthwhile.

| Stop Saying You're "TOO BUSY" | 09 Sep 2022 | 00:03:05 | |
Understand that there is a vast difference between being busy, which is filling up those 24 hours you have in a day, compared to productivity, which is being efficient with those 24 hours.
A busy person always has something going on, whether that is work or simply sleeping on the couch. They aren’t necessarily productive with the time they are busy, though, and they are often inaccessible.
A productive person knows how to maximize two things: the activities they get paid for and the activities they don’t get paid for. This delineation is important to make when maximizing your productivity and accessibility, so you can prioritize the activities you get paid for, as well as those activities which you enjoy the most.

| Your Habits Are Holding You Back From Success | 04 Sep 2022 | 00:05:54 | |
ZERO EFFECT- A negative impact on your progress associated with inconsistency. Without consistency and persistence, it is difficult to maintain your momentum toward your goals.
The impact of the Zero Effect comes from the exponential growth factor that consistency provides. If I do something every day, the first day I’ll have some progress. If my starting point is at number 1, I’ll be at some number greater than 1 (I call it “X” in the example below), whatever variable it is that I’m working on.
Day 2, you get the exponential improvement, with that number X increased to the power of 2. You still get that exponential benefit on days 3, 4, 5, 6, and more, as long as you keep working on that sub-goal every day. What happens to people is that somewhere along the line, they think that their inspiration and persistent attitude are enough to keep going— and eventually, they forget. Their momentum is gone, due to what I call the zero effect.

| 3 Habits of Every Leader | 28 Aug 2022 | 00:04:52 | |
Be a courageous leader who illuminated flaws instead of hiding them. The ability to be vulnerable is such an important aspect of life that I switched the two words sitting on my nightstand from "Thank You" to "Radical Humility," as a reminder to be humble and allow myself to be vulnerable.
And it's not simply being vulnerable as a person at home with your family; it is essential to also be vulnerable as a leader in business.
Vulnerability is simply the courage to be yourself, "warts and all," a core component of effective leadership. Leaders who try to portray themselves as invulnerable or perfect will soon find that their message does not resonate with their team.
Not only that, but a façade of invulnerability is a defense which attracts attacks from others. Vulnerability means living in authenticity.
| The Reason Why It's Hard to Create New Habits & Be Consistent | 27 Aug 2022 | 00:02:58 | |
Consistency is massively important because it allows you to focus on what you want. Focusing on a goal and working toward it every day allows you to utilize the power of intention. That focus yields exponential growth and results.
You need to do something every day in order to be great at it. Meditate, use gratitude, practice a skill, work on a relationship, tell somebody that you love and appreciate them. Each of those activities can take as little as 30 seconds a day, if you are efficient, and will make a resounding impact in your life.

| Simple Things to Do…Are Simple Not to Do | 10 Mar 2025 | 00:46:57 | |
Success isn’t about complex strategies or overnight transformations—it’s built on small, consistent actions that add up over time. In this episode, I shared how the simplest habits, like practicing gratitude, following up, and staying committed to daily progress, can lead to massive results. Often, what’s easy to do is just as easy not to do, and that’s where most people fall short. By focusing on steady, intentional effort rather than quick wins, we create the momentum needed for long-term success.

| Celebrating 5 Years of The Playbook | Road to Revenue #125 | 15 Aug 2022 | 00:36:31 | |
To celebrate the 5 Year anniversary of The Playbook, I was joined by Tim Storey, Ben Baller, and one of my favorite coaching clients, Shawn Walchef.
In 2017 - I thought there were "too many podcasts" to start my own, it’s amazing what can happen if you enjoy the consistent, persistent pursuit of your potentia I can’t believe that today is the 5-year anniversary of the first episode of my podcast The Playbook.
My excitement stems from how many people we have positively impacted with the show!
Hearing your stories and feedback on how the show has impacted your business or life remains my greatest joy.
Starting as a weekly podcast featuring some of my closest friends, athletes, and entrepreneurs sharing their "playbook to success", it quickly grew into a daily show with over 1,200 episodes featuring the likes of Cameron Diaz, Gary Vaynerchuk, Maria Sharapova, Tony Hawk, Tilman Fertitta, business leaders like Chip Wilson (Founder, Lululemon), Howard Behar (President, Starbucks), to legendary entertainers like Dan Aykroyd, Randy Jackson, Danica Patrick, thought leaders Jack Canfield, Sadhguru, Marianne Williamson, and many more.
I genuinely appreciate all of your support in making this podcast possible.
