And so if you have done the work to give up chicken, fish, butter, eggs, and dairy for the sake of your quality of life, then you should be sharing that, especially with marginalized communities that are disproportionately suffering from chronic diseases. And so, in this episode, I'm sharing my plant-based origin story and how I'm continuing to leverage it to help people and increase my proximity to their transformation.

When you are at the top of the food chain in your ecosystem and people look up to you, yet you're not seeing an opportunity to excel, you are likely settling because unfortunately, your good has become the enemy of your great. Your goodness is stifling your greatness. You have reached the top of the food chain where everyone taps into you for information but there's no one for you to tap into. We all have goals, and I suspect that most of us have access to the resources, tools, and information necessary to accomplish our goals. There are two pivotal questions that should be asked when we have goals, but what I’ve noticed is that most people only ask one of the two questions. We almost always want to know, what do I need to do? Then we try to tap into the resources, tools, and information that is available to us. And then we begin to think – Why am I not accomplishing this goal? Why am I not nailing my goals as quickly as I would like? I am going to answer those questions for you. In this episode, we're focusing on that second pivotal question, Who do I need to become? And I am sharing with you three ways to BECOME who you need to be in order to accomplish your goal.
