E302 | DAUGHTERS LOVE31 Mar 202500:09:06

Chronic illness ROCKED our worlds. We have had tears, fears and near death moements. But in those moments we have experience compassion and hope. We have learned empathy, how to love deeply and appreciate every moment. My daughter did this post tonight on her Instagram @woahsgoodeats . This makes fighting everyday with it. Always stay humble and kind ❤️

This is my mom, Jill who is one of my biggest inspirations for staying active and fuelling my body with good foods! My mom has a degree in nutrition, is a personal trainer, yoga instructor and everyday works hard to keep her body and mind healthy 🩷My mom has a diagnosis of primary Addison’s Disease (adrenal insufficiency) so it is critical that she takes care of herself by eating foods that are full of nutrients, daily physical activity and practicing forms of self-care!My mom also has her own podcast @picklejarpodcast and YouTube channel (Chronically Fit Canada) where she shares the importance of taking care of your mind & body - especially when living with a chronic disease 🦋🌟

We filmed a YouTube video sharing our favourite oat bar recipe!!

This is a snack that both of us love, is filled with nutritious ingredients and keeps us full and satisfied!!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=686Poq_WwqYhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YS-@woahsgoodeats
