Paul Selig (Channeler, Psychic, Servant of Humanity) on Waking up to Who you Truly Are
Paul Selig is a profound inspiration to me and a role model in my life. I have been deeply impacted not only by his work and the words channeled through him, but I see him as someone who shows the way for others, is courageous and dedicated to the path of utilizing his gifts to their max capacity. I aspire to live my life like Paul.
Paul Selig has channeled 12 books, from "the Guides" who are a collective or an energy of God/Source. Paul had a spontaneous Spiritual Awakening at the age of 25 in 1987. Starting at the age of 30, Paul worked with a small group of people that met at his apartment in New York City, where he channeled energy to assist in physical healing. This is where he learned and honed his craft of being a conduit or a receiver of higher energy. After 18 years of doing work, privately in a group and with individuals, as a side hobby on top of his day job as a professor and Playwright, The Guides asked Paul to started channeling and writing down what he received to create books.
Paul talks about his struggle with addiction and how he had a very difficult time in childhood, and later overcame this through purpose and drive.
I have read all of Paul's books, they have been like having a map for the subtle energy of the etheric realms and the unseen. When I first starting reading "I Am the Word" I remember feeling heat running through my body, I would have random bursts of energy, it was activating things inside me that I did not even know were there. Paul's work with the Guides has taught me the power and authority we hold over our realities and has ignited a fire and passion in me to join the cause of reconstructing this reality every day with the power of our intent and the power of our will.

I speak about the unique experience of reflecting a lot of peoples's inner worlds back to them and the hate and love, lashing out, broken relationships you may experience along the way. If you are here to catalyze and trigger, to stir things up and you have an awareness of dark and light within yourself you may be very intimidating, scary, and new for many people. in this episode I talk about the ways I deal with these challenges and some reframes and perspectives on the bigger picture of it and how I have made peace and accepted my mission as an outsider /system buster and catalyzer.
One thing that has helped me immensely is not holding onto anyone too tight and realizing people are always free to go on their way and be angry or triggered if they choose, when you evolve and grow fast you may find it can be hard to find people who can keep up.

Intimacy and deep love is an intense container to learn through. Real love changes you, and humbles you. One can not be a perfectionist and desire to have successful relationship, I have learned. I share my definitions of what intimacy is and the joys and challenges of being vulnerable and sharing the deepest parts of your soul with another. Who speaks your heart language? And how do you define your heart language? You are unique and rare so therefore those who are able to see and love the deepest parts of you will probably be unique and rare.

I think a man becomes a man when he realizes there is a greater purpose to live for than getting the woman of his dreams. Loss and heartbreak will drive the man to dig deep in himself and make the pain into something, this will drive him to seek actualization of his talents and his greatness. A man has no one to turn to, and he will greatly benefit using all the pain and sadness inside him as fuel towards his mission.
My Mom (Suzanne) have a conversation when I was home in New York for a week. We reflect on her life and lessons she has learned, also we talk about how our relationship has evolved and changed since I moved to Sedona, Arizona 5 years ago. She stresses the importance of gratitude, forgiveness, lightening up in older age and the importance understanding your child's needs.
You hear a song on the radio, smell a scent, that transports you to a moment, a vivid memory where you were free and ecstatic to be alive, transcending the bounds of space and time. Maybe you were looking into a person's eyes and you felt the awe, the wonderment, the mystery of the divine, you felt it reaching down from the heavens to pull you up to it, and you had that hunger, that thirst instilled in you, and it has not left since. Let that feeling drive you, that ravenous hunger to make contact with the Divine, through self, and nature and others, let the divine spark inside you fill you every day with a passion that drives you to create and bring forth the gifts that you have inside you.
Every heartbreak expands the surface area of your heart, it expands the capacity of your consciousness to feel. Be like a child, learning about the new levels of love at each new plateau of Spiritual Awakening. Let the feeling of magic in you in that moment of sad/blissful nostalgia, be a roadmap, a foundation from which to springboard into deeper exploration. Be at peace, and be in the intimacy of your self, give love to your own heart and nurture yourself as much as is needed.
It has been a long year with alot of grief and anger, and strangeness going on collectively. Sadly the mental chaos and desensitization of humans has become more normal, so for those who are still "in the game" I offer useful insights and tips on how to stay positive and strong. Although we have felt so sad and heavy the last few years from doing all this transmuting work for the planet, I do believe that the rewards will be great even though we had to wait a long time for them.
In November I do feel that the energy shifted and it will continue toward a positive shift in December. The world will still somewhat be noisy loud chaos, for those on that timeline, there is so much facing of ourselves that needs to be done it doesn't seem that it will be a fast moving process. The transmuters are "holding the line" so others can cross the bridge, but not everyone will, in a sense. So there is a pronounced loneliness and alienation, a feeling that when you speak, no one can even hear you, because the world is so loud with distraction, and people are tending to their grief, and becoming self aware.
I wish to impart the message that you are not alone in these feelings, the dread and grief of the world can seem overwhelming at times but the work we do will bear fruit, I know it will.

Debbie came upon the metaphysical scene "almost by accident", as she would describe it, and calls herself a “real late bloomer”. Debbie had a very conventional and conservative Roman Catholic upbringing in a military family where “aliens and UFOs were just never discussed” and what mattered was the material world in which we inhabit.
"Although I had an ordinary childhood, I always felt like I was ‘different’ from the people around me, as I was a lot more sensitive and introspective than my family members. She spent her formative years traveling with her family throughout Europe and Australia, soaking up all of the history, art, and culture of each place we visited. I was fortunate to have loving and progressive parents who wanted us to experience the world and everything it had to offer.”
After spending several years active-duty in the military, getting a Bachelor's Degree in Science, and working in the environmental field as a civilian, Debbie met her life partner Terry, who was (and still is) a UFO enthusiast and introduced her to the world of extraterrestrials and the paranormal.
Even then, I was pretty skeptical”, she recalls, although Terry has had a life-long curiosity and fascination with aliens and UFOs, they just didn’t seem all that real to me, especially as a scientist and environmentalist.
Debbie currently lives in Castle Rock, Colorado, with her significant other Terry.
All of her disbelief changed, however, when in 2012, Debbie had a couple of very intense out-of-body experiences where she found herself in the interior of a huge Arcturian mothership and saw herself interacting and communicating with Arcturian and Pleiadian extraterrestrials, the very ones she previously didn’t believe existed.

You have been being initiated and being prepared for the past 5 to 10 years and now is a time when you are being asked to step onto the stage and lead more. There is a soul crushing loneliness that one can experience on this path as not many understand the depths of the empathy one has who has a deep commitment to evolution and growth.
The experience of many lightworkers the past few years has been quantum evolution, almost magical, faster than your mind or eyes can even comprehend. The deaths and rebirths are happening so fast that you can't even get your head on straight.
I speak about how we can best position ourselves in these coming times and give guidance and wisdom to others while also keeping our own head on straight.
Many that could previously not see or appreciate you are now "coming around" and seeing your value. But generally many in the world will not be able to give any emotional feedback as most of the world is just beginning the dark night of the soul. Hang in there and stay in your lane. My podcast interview with Peter Mt Shasta : Author, Spiritual Teacher, world traveler, and loving servant of Humanity. I was so happy and grateful to speak with Peter. Peter has a radiance and love, that is infectious, and he has committed his life to serving others. I have been deeply inspired by reading his autobiography that documents his travels and adventures on a few different continents. I also love his books on the I AM presence and it's uses, that focus on how to connect with one's inner wisdom/the God presence within and live a fulfilling and rich life. I love Peter's writing because he has truly lived and suffered through everything he talks about, he never seems to be satisfied with a theory, a system of thought, but instead always wanted to go straight to the "source" and find out with direct firsthand experience. Peter and I spoke about the pain, suffering, isolation, soul tiredness of people in the world currently. We spoke about Twin Flames of finding the "one", how he met his "one" and eventually had to separate from her as it was the plan for his life and the deep heartbreak he experienced, and how he got through it. Also, we spoke about the state of modern relationships and those looking for the "one" who have been suffering and longing to meet their "person" and how they can best approach it. We covered the topic of celibacy, which he had taken a vow of for many years in his life. I asked him how people can best navigate the preservation, and best uses of their sacred life force energy and the many forms that takes. We spoke about all the enlightenment Peter achieved in his life and the challenge he had at times integrating it into human relationships, and how we all can get better at human relationships, while not making the focus too much on high spiritual pursuits, as we came here to earth to be human and learn to work with and love one another, despite our flaws. Peter stresses that there is a plan for our life.. Peter also makes the point that we are here for a reason and we would not be here if we were not in resonance/alignment with this world, and that we can not escape or run. Peter said "we are in a laboratory for the Christ Self" honing and perfecting each of our Christ selves. Peter guides us through a short meditation, at 1:12:05 at the end of the podcast.
It felt like a wild rollercoaster ride of a life that Peter has lived, and his books have touched my heart. Peter faces his inevitable pain, suffering, rejection, heartbreak, anger with such a rawness, fully acknowledging and feeling it all to the fullest extent, yet he takes it all with such a lightheartedness and humor, and an unshakeable core belief that it is part of his growth in this human experience.

Look into your own heart and know that you are the one you have been looking for, you are your own greatest love, romance, all miracles, magic is contained within you waiting to be unlocked.
I feel that in our society we have programmed to install operating systems in our head that have to do with beauty, money, fame and we all try to jump through hoops to see who can win the prizes and feel worthy of this "King of the Castle" title. It is ironic, however, that the people that get to the top of the mountain; they have money, fame, popularity, yet they all say that it does not fulfill them.
It is because your soul is desiring a deep union and intimacy with itself. Your soul wants to dive into the infinite mystery of YOU, and see that God, the universe and all things are contained within you. When you begin to crack those outer shells of defense around the heart, you begin to dive into the infinite death-rebirth, spiraling cycle of soul evolution.
When you start to become your own greatest lover, you see that love is new in every second, every hour, every day, it will never stop deepening, expanding.
I have found the best way to learn about this supernatural force of love, is to glimpse it in yourself and you will begin to see miracles birthed out of your own heart daily, and know that you are a well-source of love, and all you perceive on the external projector screen are just fractals of you.
You are beautiful because you have a beating heart. Because you breathe air into your lungs. Because you will never be repeated for eternity
The main theme is AUTHORITY, we have been programmed by society to grant authority to an imaginary panel of judges that are supposed to tell us when we are worthy of love- such as having a lot of followers, being sexually attractive in the way that the television has said we should be.
The only person who can glimpse the truest and deepest love and beauty is YOU. you must be the first and only authority over yourself.

2019 has been an intense year of deaths and rebirth.
I speak about the process of shedding outer layers in my heart, processing traumas, letting go of old grudges, anger, and becoming a new, naked, free, version of myself.
The adjustment period can be slow and requires patience. I have slowly been learning to listen to my heart more, to tend to it's needs, to take care, and attention to my healing process....being alone, meditating, walking barefoot in the grass, listening to 528 hz music with noise canceling headphones.... these are things I love to do.
I speak about how it is new and confusing at times, operating with a healed nervous system. My mind still scans for threats, but I often check in and ask my heart and it says "no, that's just an old pattern." It is safe to be you now.
I have needed a lot of time to process, to grieve, to say goodbye to these old versions of myself that have died. To let go of the me that was so attached to my pain and trauma, the me that could only know myself through pain.

I speak about how I had profound Ayahuasca and Psilocybin Mushroom experiences that taught me that all my fears, sadness, anger, is all inside of me.
I talk about how there are many generational traumas that are passed down to us through our DNA.
I describe what I perceive to be, grids of fear that act somewhat like a contagious wildfire spreading around the collective of humanity.
I have had the experience of confronting all of these fears in myself and what I have found is that the issues in my life all resulted from things that first existed inside myself that I then projected out into my hologram or sense perception.
I know now that fear is a completely synthetic construct that has been governing all of our experiences. Fear ceilings are not perceivable but have been dictating our experiences (mind programs)
Fear is an imaginary construct that has been embedded in the source field of humanity for millenia and we are breaking it's chains together as one human race.

Words are powerful tools and can be used to create the reality we perceive before us.
It starts with an intention and a feeling in the heart, and from there you direct the energy.
First we just need to clear out the many subconscious programs that lurk below the surface in your mind, heart, soul.
I detail steps, techniques and speak out loud in this episode, actual commands/training exercises that I do. Rejection is a profoundly liberating experience for me because each time it happens, it shows me a chain that was still shackling me to the idea that external validation of whatever kind will make my life complete and whole.
Being rejected many times in my life, whether romantically, friends, career, or creative endeavors, has taught me the very valuable lesson that the truest, strongest foundation and most unshakeable love, is to be found in myself.And when I can cultivate the most powerful love in myself and the God inside me and in everything around me (everything that ever was and ever will be .. within me)
Every person that ever rejected me was merely playing a role for me and directing me into a deeper and more intimate love and trust with myself.
Whenever I am rejected, in whatever way, creatively, romantically or otherwise, it show me ...hey that wasn't so bad!!!! I'm still alive and now I want to tryt that again!!! That feels good!!! What OTHER parts of myself have I been holding back all this time just because I thought that I would be safe in the warm blanket of "likability/agreeability/approval"
I also speak about how many souls, call in the experiences of rejection at the higher level (their higher self-the aspect of that person existing outside of space and time that is all knowing) because they know it will strengthen them, break down all illusion, deception, co-dependent slave contracts.

I talk about the experience of being a highly sensitive empath who has been unconsciously (unknowingly) absorbing the emotions of everyone I come in contact. Through the guidance of this society, I have mistook this sensitive temperament (a gift) for being dysfunctional, maladaptive, depressed, anxious and all manner of "illness", "disorder", being shuffled in and out of Psychologists most of my adolescent life.
Many empaths struggle with this predicament of literally being a shapeshifter. We often don't realize how good we are at mimicking (like a chameleon) and mirroring back the emotions of every single person we come in contact with, because you are always feeling their emotions as if they are in your own body and you just want them to feel better so that you can feel better!!! It can feel like being a slave or living in a prison. Especially because of the puritanical foundations of American society that have been brainwashing us into believing that everyone must REPRESS all emotions that aren't militant, docile positivity.
So, being the SEER, the intuitive, the one who is the emotional sponge, it can get exhausting and make one believe they are crazy, but what I found is that my intuition was right all along, many people are sad, upset, angry, beneath the surface they just mask it really well and we live in a society where one is rewarded highly for pretending and repressing their true emotions in service of always being happy.
My healing process has led me to believe that when you repress so called "ugly" emotions, it gets stored in your body, soul, mind and festers, goes rotten and creates all kinds of blockages, sickness....mental, physical, emotional. unfortunately we are taught to believe this is normal, therefore we are a chronically sick (mentally and physically) population.
I detail some steps that the empath can take to become free of enmeshment trauma and essentially Stockholm Syndrome where you believe your only worth to the world, is being the shoulder to cry, or your ability to soothe others (being liked by everyone), and you accept your role as emotional punching bag in your family or friends.
The process of taking your power back as the one who was previously coddling and agreeing with everyone around you can appear shocking to these people because you are literally a gold medalist Olympic champion at MATCHING vibrations (and you don't even know it) and ALWAYS shrinking your energy to MEET theirs and SOOTHE them.
I speak about breaking these subconscious, energetic contracts that we have agreed to as empaths to let everyone take from our energy and having unhindered energetic access to you at all times.
As an empath, Highly sensitive souls, your service to this planet is to heal yourself, love yourself first and foremost, so you can then be an example and a leader to others, but you can't give anything to anyone if you are not filling your cup first.
You are a warrior who is here to anchor down a brand new energetic frequency (YES, seemingly ALIEN to most people) but PROTECT it at all costs. You are PRECIOUS!!!!!!

What drives the Matrix? What feeds it the collective field of energy of the Matrix? Gossip, judgment, fear, complaining, fame worship, television.
I talk about how the constructs of fame, money, beauty are programmed into us and drive us like a collective organism,, with the help of television, media and consumerism/materialism.
The Matrix is the person behind you in the supermarket pouting that you are taking too long, it is that person you accidentally cut off on the highway, that speeds up and takes 20 seconds to catch just to give you the finger or curse you off.
They are not mad you, they just put their faith jn a system that told them to hate themselves and worship Gods and idols outside of them so they are more easily controlled.
The Matrix wants to take all of your energy and have you feed the collective grid and give you nothing back.
The Matrix, like the Universe, is inside you, we have the power to dismantle it by not giving our energy to it. You must go inside yourself and dismantle these programs, that we all inherited.
In the Movie the Matrix, Neo reaches Christ Consciousness at the end of the movie, he shatters the veils of deception, fear, amnesia, and remembers he is God and that we are all creating this reality together.
I talk about warrior/mercenary soul/revolutionary, the comedian WILLIAM MELVIN HICKS who lived from 1961- 1994 and died at the age of 32 from pancreatic cancer, right on the verge of hitting it big in the Mainstream American Entertainment Scene.
Bill Hicks helped me remember who I am, and to re-ignite the eternal source fire inside me. He would stop at nothing to uphold the greatness, integrity, and honor of the human race, and every living soul on this planet. He is one of the funniest people I ever laid my eyes on.
Bill was a torch bearer of love power, he came here to set down a Galactic explosion of heart fire; a fearless warrior for Truth, Love, Freedom of Expression, and Individualism, a booming voice against all injustice and lies in this world.

Knowing that Bill existed and, still does in some form (has been immensely helpful in carrying me through the hardest times in my life.) I never belly laugh so hard as when I am watching him. He was a visionary, a leader and an ambassador from another world, his mission was to remind us who we are and how we can reclaim our true divine birthright of freedom and PARADISE on this planet.

When I saw him for the first time in 2011 in a documentary called Bill Hicks: Americanmade by his best friend, it set my soul on fire and I felt there was a soul who understood me and the meaning of why we are actually here, for the first time in my life.
The balance of Bill's child-like silliness and softness with his fearless warrior nature that never hesitated to go straight for the jugular of any injustices he perceived, is a rare, magical, exquisite, beauty and mastery.
I describe the relationship I have to the divine feminine part of me that is contained within me and everything.
I describe the feeling of rediscovering the feminine, parts of me and the sensitive child within me that was afraid to receive love and be welcomed home by the mother.
I learn about the difficulties of opening up and being able to be intimate with myself in the first place and then being more open to receive love in the outside world.
The divine mother/cosmic mother to me is the Creator and the Destroyer, death and rebirth the water that consumes everything, the fire that destroys and rebirths in truer form
I have had to learn to surrender and be humbled by the stern direction of the mother, which is a tremendous relief
As a man I believe that accessing these parts of myself have allowed me to be stronger because I am letting it flow through me and I am infused with more power in my masculine energies and more balanced with yin and yang, masculine and feminine.

In the fall of 2018, my first nephew was born and my uncle died in the same 2 month span. This was the perfect metaphor/divine timing for what began a season and year of intense deaths, rebirths and metamorphosis in my life.
I talk about how my nephew being born changed my perspective on mortality and was a major milestone in maturity in my life. Also, how grieving the death of my uncle taught me so many lessons about the heart and the nature of death and life, how it is to celebrated and that we are all just preparing to die and go home.
I returned to Peru in February 2019 for the 2nd time to take the medicine Ayahuasca with a Shaman for 4 ceremonies over a span of 7 days.
I go into some of the epiphanies I had during these ceremonies.
I talk about the difficult integration with Ayahuasca and building myself back up from the ashes after the 4 ceremonies with Ayahuasca, that yet again obliterated everything I thought I knew about "reality", God, Self and opened my heart, mind and soul, to unimaginable and miraculous dimensions of experience.
This trip to Peru for Ayahuasca in February 2019 felt very like "going home" and meeting my star family, getting the advanced course on this thing we call consciousness.
I speak about how I finally start to get a handle on this spiritual awakening thing and having an open third eye, receiving psychic downloads constantly, being super sensitive to energies and really integrating into my life and not being afraid of it anymore.
The experience of loving myself is very new, weird even, when I have never loved myself and was abusive to myself your whole life.
I describe the steps taken and feelings I had: the agony and ecstasy, the anguish and the triumph of the long journey home to reuniting with my higher self.
2019 for me, was the year of the masculine, harmonizing dualing polarities, having an inner child parented by the mother and father equally.
In this year I learned that I if I can heal anything INSIDE myself: Fear, shame, trauma, anger, I can conquer anything in the outside world and the power of love and the heart can incinerate anything in it's path.

I define Spiritual Awakening as waking up to the part of you that is eternal and infinite and knows death isn't real, that knows that we are playing roles for each other. That knows that love is the only eternal truth.
I describe the years of 2017 and 2018 and the first part of my spiritual awakening.
I went on an Ayahuasca Retreat in the Amazon Jungle in April 2017 and this opened many new doors and highways of higher dimensional connection.
After that I started down a path and discovered things inside myself and the universe I would never been able to previously imagine.
I had my eyes, heart, mind, soul opened up to new realities and dimensions of experience. I did a lot of dying in this time, and these "deaths" have taught me that what our soul desires for us is eternal evolution, which is scary and painful for the ego.
In the next part, I will focus on the year 2019 when I went for my second Ayahuasca Retreat in the Amazon Jungle in Peru for four more Ayahuasca ceremonies.

I have struggled with the feeling of not being able to communicate what I need to say and the feeling that I was invisible a lot in my life. It can be very hard when one needs to rely solely on themselves in childhood for emotional support but this can make one much stronger and more capable in the world. This ability to validate yourself and stand alone as a leader, will prove useful later in life, I know it. Never give up.
