The best way to optimize your hair, face, and skin is to dial in a routine. Use the "Everything Shower" as a guide throughout each week to complete your To-Do's! Dr. Kristen starts her shower off with a 2 minute cold water immersion. This has benefits for thyroid and also makes you feel great!
