Welcome back to another episode of The Own It Show! Buckle up, because this episode is a doozy - we're tackling the big leagues of patience, ownership, and that elusive beast called "finishing strong."

Now, I know what you're thinking: "Justin, I can barely wait five minutes for my coffee, let alone cultivate some zen-like calm for months on end." But trust me, this ain't your grandma's patience. This is the "Own It" brand of patience, the kind that fuels marathons (yes, you heard that right, I'm training for a freaking marathon!), crushes goals, and leaves you feeling like a total rockstar every step of the way.

So, how do we unlock this superpower? It all starts with clear values: knowing WHY you're doing what you're doing and letting that be your North Star. Then, we crank up the standards: ditch the mediocrity and embrace the pursuit of excellence (think Rocky training montage, but with kale smoothies and red light therapy). Then, we step into the arena of ownership: taking responsibility, holding ourselves accountable, and building a team that'll cheer us on when things get tough (and they will).

But the real magic happens when we finish strong: crushing that last mile, nailing that final presentation, and walking away knowing we gave it our all. They don't let excuses derail them, they don't let setbacks break them, they just keep showing up, day after day, until they cross that finish line, real or metaphorical.

Dr. Ben Rall was born and raised in the great state of South Dakota where he owned and operated one of the largest chiropractic and wellness clinics in the United States.
