On the latest episode of "The Orange Zone Podcast" Tommy Sladek, Samantha Croston and Producer Brendon discuss the Jesse Edwards committing to the West Virginia Mountaineers for his final college season (00:28-05:53) and the second addition made to the Orange backcourt via the transfer portal in former Auburn Tiger Chance Westry (05:54-10:45).

In the lacrosse world the Syracuse men are getting hot at the right time and earned their first ACC win of the season over North Carolina this past weekend. A pioneer of the Orange women's lacrosse program, Trina Hable joins the show to discuss how far the program has come from it's inception in 1998 to now with the Orange looking like the best team in the nation by far.

The team then discusses where things stand with just three games left in the regular season and goes in depth on a couple of under-the-radar players who have been performing consistently well as the run continues.

The team also checks in on the men's lacrosse program as they hit the road for the final month of the season with an eye on earning a much needed win against a ranked foe.

On this latest episode of "The Orange Zone Podcast" Tommy Sladek, Samantha Croston and Brendon Hodges welcome in a new member of the team (00:00-01:40) before talking about the team that needs no introduction, the #1 team in the nation, Syracuse women's lacrosse (01:40-13:05). Among the talking points, the sheer amount of ways the Orange have to beat teams and the road ahead for the Orange after winning their 12th straight game against Cornell on Tuesday night (13:05-14:29).

Women's lacrosse is also the topic of focus for Producer Brendon's trivia, featuring the debut of newest member of the newly dubbed "Trivia Villain Team" (14:30-25:55).

We'd be remiss if we didn't mention Syracuse men's lacrosse's own three-game winning streak. Now they hit the final stretch of their season which will be almost entirely on the road and our team is asking what they'll have to do to make it into the postseason (25:55-31:43).
