| Episode 282 - Return of the Participators | 04 Oct 2024 | 01:06:04 | |
Leeds = bad. Blackburn = loads better. It's been a wonky old fortnight. We lost some games and a few people started to worry. Unfortunately, some of those worriers were also the current set of players and that included a dreadful performance against Leeds. However, at the point when everyone thought we were bound for the Championship rubbish bin, we turned up again and beat one of the only unbeaten teams in the league, and did so fairly convincingly. The Niis investigate how this could possible happen. Twitter: @niilampteyshow
| Episode 281 - Tottenham Lukewarmspur | 19 Sep 2024 | 01:08:31 | |
Fiddlesticks. We're getting used to giving Premier League teams a game. Unfortunately we're also getting used to being the plucky losers. Joey, Neil, Imogen and Dom relive another memorable performance against another team full of rich footballers. Contains acceptable levels of optimism, because apparently that's all you want nowadays. | Episode 272 - Luton & The Dabo Miss | 30 May 2023 | 01:34:45
Saturday was an experience like no other. It's difficult to describe how it felt to endure everything the Play-Off Final had to throw at us, and for it to all come down to one kick, but the Niis have convened for the final podcast/group therapy session of the season and will attempt to explain their emotions having gone through all that. Thanks to ALL the players and the staff for an amazing effort over the last ten months. Play Up Sky Blues. Correction from Neil: In this episode I laugh because people seem to be reading too much into Jonathan Panzo's latest IG post. I retract this. You should all be laughing at me as it seems that something might actually be going on there. Twitter: @niilampteyshow

| Episode 184 - Ain't Nobody | 30 Apr 2018 | 01:00:20 | |
A thumping 6-1 has put City on the brink of those lovely play-offs. Dom joins the Niis for the full whack this week to talk us through the goals, lax stewarding and inflatables from the weekend's all round enjoyable romp against Cheltenham. The Niis also mentally prepare for the BIG FIXTURE this weekend, and ponder just how "nil-nil" it might potentially be.
| Episode 183 - Being Imped | 25 Apr 2018 | 01:08:07 | |

Coventry City have made the Championship playoff final! This journey just keeps getting better and better. Twitter: @niilampteyshow
| Episode 179 - A run of the mill 4-0 victory | 28 Mar 2018 | 00:50:46 | |
#standard Neil is off the grid this week so Dom steps up to provide some positivity to balance Paul's comfortingly curmudgeonly take on a joyful 4-0 win against a desperate Gary McSheffrey toting Grimsby side. That's a very long sentence but I don't have the energy to cut it down
| Episode 178 - Hurricane Gresty | 21 Mar 2018 | 01:21:54 | |
The Niis discuss wind, Jonson's temper, Bayliss's brilliance, and everything else that contributed to a gosh darn effective performance against Crewe.
| |||
| Episode 177 - Ryan Haynes' Soccer Skillz | 14 Mar 2018 | 00:58:35 | |
Two very different games generate four useful points, but it could have been more. So there's a tinge of disappointment. However, Carl Baker is back, we're back in the play-offs, and Ryan Haynes treated us to his own mini Nike advert audition. That's all OK.
| Episode 176 - Thou shalt not besmirch Mark Robins | 26 Feb 2018 | 01:09:27 | |

| Episode 166 - Sky Blue Book Club pt. 2 (w/Steve Phelps) | 11 Dec 2017 | 01:14:25 | |
Cov fan, author, and all round top fella Steve Phelps joined us this week to complete a Sky Blue book double feature. In his second Pod appearance Steve regaled us with the magic of Peter Bodak and what it took to tell a tale that, whilst less well known than the '87 cup win, is still an incredible story of a remarkably talented young Cov team. Steve and last week's guest Jim Brown will be at Waterstones in Coventry on Wednesday December 13th to sign copies of their respective books with ex-Cov players in tow. If you're in the local area you'd be a fool to miss out. If you're not in the local area, get yourself a copy of Steve's book 29 Minutes from Wembley and Jim's book Play Up Sky Blues: Coventry City's Rise to the Top And whether you are in the local area or not, get yourself a rootin' tootin' Nii Lamptey Show tshirt. Remember, any small amount earned from these tshirts just goes towards the cost of hosting this podcast and is super appreciated. Fare thee well and see you at the Ricoh for the Cheltenham game.

| Episode 164 - I listened to the Nii Lamptey Show and all I got was this lousy T Shirt | 29 Nov 2017 | 01:09:19 | |
Cheap as chips and spun from pure gold. Wearing a Nii Lamptey Show T Shirt will make members of your preferred gender of sexual partner drop to their knees and worship at your feet, not to mention that it's a smart business investment too. For realsies though, it's a nice way to support us doing 6 years of free podcasts and the tiny amount of money that we'd get just goes towards the cost we incur for hosting the pod, so, no pressure...

| Episode 154 - Must... Resist... Urge... To be... Negative | 21 Aug 2017 | 01:06:57 | |

| Episode 268 - Fancy February | 07 Mar 2023 | 00:58:33 | |
Recorded ahead of the Huddersfield game, your favourite podcast people chat about what was a terrific set of results throughout February, particularly a sweet victory over Sunderland. That's always funny. Fair warning, entering this podcast we'd just lost all our attacking midfielders so there's a little waffle on that, and unfortunately zero mention of Ryan Howley AKA The Option. There's also a brand new game and format. What a treat. Joey, Neil and Dom are your Lampteys for this one. Enjoy. Twitter: @niilampteyshow
| Episode 149 - Our Lowest Ebb | 18 Apr 2017 | 00:58:08 | |
Relegation is confirmed as Coventry bow out of League One with a whimper. The boys talk Charlton and ticket prices and look down to another miserable season, this time in a League we've not seen in over 60 years. What a farce
