People have a great deal of difficulty trusting God. And based upon the notion of the old God, the judgmental God, the condemning God, their distrust is justified. But it is more complex than this.

For people do not know what to trust within themselves and one another, so their distrust permeates everything. And without the guidance of the deeper Knowledge that God has placed within them to guide them, they place their trust in the most unreliable things, the most temporary and uncertain things. They give their heart away to people, places and things, not knowing the great consequence of doing this and how difficult it will be for them later to reclaim their freedom and integrity once they have circumscribed themselves in such ways.

For even if humanity musters a great effort to counteract the impact of a deteriorating environment, of changing climate, of diminishing food, water and energy resources, and even if humanity were to gain a greater unity and cooperation in facing the reality that your world is being penetrated by forces from beyond, from the universe in which you live, you will still have to adapt to changing circumstances. This adaptation then must be accepted, for if you think that technology or some kind of magic or government policy will be able to prevent this requirement for adaptation, you will be making a very serious mistake and will be denying yourselves the time necessary to prepare for a great change in your circumstances.

You were sent into the world for a greater purpose, a greater purpose that you have not yet discovered. This greater purpose is held within a deeper Knowledge within you, within a deeper Intelligence within you called Knowledge. It will emerge when you are ready to participate within it, and when you have come to realize and experience the deeper need of your soul—to know your purpose, your meaning and your true direction in life.

This greater purpose is with you. You cannot change it, but how and when it will emerge is dependent upon the circumstances of your life, upon the decisions that you make and upon your changing environment.

You are carrying this purpose within you, even at this moment. It is a gift from God to the world. It will be given where it is most needed. And it will be your great joy to contribute this gift because it will affirm your design, and it will affirm the purpose and the value of your life.

Your greater purpose is specific to involve certain people and certain situations. It will call certain people to you who are destined to be a part of this greater purpose and who are destined to support it in one way or another. Some of these people will come into your life only temporarily, and others will come to take a greater journey with you.

THE REFORMATION - The Reformation: Clearly, there is great reformation that must happen in the world if it is to prepare for the great change that is coming—the great environmental change, the great economic and social change, and all of the hazards and opportunities that this will involve.

Clearly, there must be a great reformation if humanity is to avoid the risk of ongoing war and conflict over who will have access to the remaining resources in a depleted world.

Clearly, there is so much that must change and be renewed and redone and restored. Humanity’s endless pursuit for growth and consumption must come to an end if it is to establish any real stability in a declining world. And there must be great cooperation between the nations and the peoples in order for real change to be established here—the great reformation in the world that must take place.

But there is a deeper Intelligence within you that existed before your intellect. It is connected to the deeper Intelligence of the universe, called God.

The physical environment is the world that your senses report—a world that you can see, hear, touch and feel; a world that you must navigate using your intellect and your physical skills. Go into any home or place of business and you will experience the unique mental environment of that place. This is part of your daily experience. People describe this in many ways, of course. But fundamentally they are feeling something very different being in different environments.
