Alan was a delight to talk with, and an incredibily positive person despite early childhood loss.
His desire to succeed was spring boarded by his mum when he was only 8 years old. She told him she would love him no matter what he chose to be, but being a CEO first would give him more choices in life, then perhaps starting as a farmer. He never forgot that and has always been a top achiever in everything he has done.
Alan was a brilliant engineer but after a life pivoting moment is now the CEO, Founder & Co-Host of Next Level University, a Global Top 100 Self-Improvement podcast with more than 800 episodes reaching over half a million people in more than 100 countries.
He is also a Professional Speaker & Business Coach specializing in helping businesses maximize their growth, impact & profitability online and works with his business partner Kevin, already a child hood friend.
Alan believes in a heart-driven but no BS approach to inspiring, motivating & educating others on what it REALLY takes to get to the next level.
At age 2, Alan sadly lost his father in a car accident... and at age 26, getting into a nearly fatal car accident myself, had him question everything.
It made him question who he was & the choices he was making.
Filled with regret, he searched for answers and found two amazing resources that changed his world forever.
The first was a book by Bronnie Ware called “The Top 5 Regrets of the Dying”, and the second was a Ted Talk by Tony Robbins.
Both helped him find his way & decide to go ALL IN on self-improvement to design a life of meaning & purpose.
Now it's his mission to help others maximize their potential & design lives & businesses they love on their own terms.
Oh yeah, and he and Kevin have also started a charity to help fatherless children on Fathers day to bring fun back to what is usually a sad day for them.
