With the third episode of the Namibia Oil and Gas Podcast, we share the progress 88 Energy has made in their exploration work on PEL 93 in the Owambo Basin, Eco Atlantic indicates that they are in discussion with potential partners in their exploration programmes, while Namibia’s President-elect Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says that foreign investment in the country’s oil and gas sectors will be welcomed, albeit in Namibian terms. Namibia Oil and Gas launched its online directory with a mixer attended by industry stakeholders and members of the platform.

Africa Oil welcomes the Noble Venturer Drillship to Walvis Bay. Halliburton announces the opening of four new facilities across Namibia, including Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Swakopmund and Lüderitz. Baker Hughes also expanded through a liquid mud plant, cement bulk facility, and integrated multi-modal hub in Walvis Bay.
