Goal setting is less about the hustle and more about the vision. When you have a clear vision you can confidently create the life and business and love (and anything) you're dreaming of. A personal journey I have been on this year is really dissecting my relationship with "hard" as a concept and an experience and an awareness in my responses to the SHIT parts of life and business. As an advocate for an aligned, easeful business, I want to clarify that this does NOT mean there's no HARD parts. What if I don't have all the answers? What if I can't guarantee my clients results?
This is a question that comes up very frequently with clients who are in the earlier stages of their coaching business
They’re very self aware and anxious about delivering value for their clients - which is beautiful BUT …
The problem is that there’s a big sense of self centering YOUR performance / advice / versus engaging in PARTNERSHIP with your client
If you're a coach that constantly feels the pressure to perform, or drop the mic, or blow your clients minds in every session, and you hurry to fill the pause with eternal words of wisdom and struggle with doubt about whether you actually offer value... then this is for YOU!

There's a big issue I see in the coaching space and it's a lack of somatic support for helping clients transform themselves and their goals. In this episode I sit down with Eliza Butler to understand the importance of supporting our nervous system and our body with somatic tools while we lean into the regular discomfort of being an entrepreneur.
Up-levelling, or stepping into the unknown (with intention) is something entrepreneurs do over and over and over again.
