After undergoing testing, the mother-of-two said she learned the cyst was benign but said she noticed it "kept growing" on her skin. Williams said she was advised by her doctors to have it removed to prevent it from leaking or becoming infected. Well, shoot: Curse words have been through a lot of doggone stages to get to where they are today. The Roots and Wings Project (RAW), Jesse Bliss, Founding Artistic Director, will present the World Premiere production of THE JOY RIDE, an immersive site-specific touring production to be performed both in Southern California, September 20 – October 12, 2024 and in Northern California in the Bay Area, October 18 – 20, 2024. In THE JOY RIDE four dear friends gather to ride out together, but quickly realize they have much to reckon with.  How, in a time of deep grief, do they dare to claim joy?  This touring production is delivered out of a vintage convertible. The show contains strong language and content and is recommended for those 18 years of age and older.  Performances will be outdoors, so theatergoers are advised to dress accordingly.THE JOY RIDE is written and directed by Jesse Bliss.Darian Dauchan Reginald P. Investigators said they were able to use license plate readers and other means that put the 34-year-old in the vicinity of where the fire started in Highland on Sept. 5 and added that they have surveillance footage among other evidence collected during the investigation.

In keeping with this continuum, a coterie of committed artists, advocates for social justice and community members gathered at Santa Ana College last week for an interactive concert, “Artists Against Hate.” Narrated by filmmaker Joyce Lee and playwright/director Maurice Kitchen, the 90-minute program, which featured dance, visual art, spoken word and music, was a celebration of the power of art as well as a call to action. Created by Brian Townsend, Publisher of Precinct Reporter, Tri-County Bulletin and Long Beach Leader, with creative leadership by Kathryn Ervin, Professor Emeritus, Cal State San Bernardino, and Maura Townsend, choreographer/dancer/educator, the concert was the second in a series of three concerts launched last November in response to California’s “Stop the Hate” and “CA vs. Hate” legislation enacted to combat rising hate incidents and crimes and to empower diverse communities. Kids and teens like Gus might struggle with controlling their feelings in social situations.
