Michael Ball was born in Selma, Alabama. He was raised mostly in Colombia, South Carolina. He loved tennis, baseball and playing saxophone growing up. He attended and graduated from Auburn University. He went to work for Chick-Fil-A at fifteen years old. He was on a delivery when he met the owner of McAlister’s Deli, George McAlister who recruited him to work for McAlister’s Deli. He had a great career at McAlister’s Deli where he worked his way up to Regional Manager. He then worked at Cracker Barrel as a General Manager for three years. He was presented with an opportunity to become an Operating Partner of Liberty Tap Room where he continued to learn a great deal and gain valuable experience. As his position required a large time commitment and he had a growing family that needed more and more of his time, he was recruited away to work for Chick-Fil-A as a Senior Business Director for five years. He connected with George McAlister again who was starting a restaurant chain called Vicious Biscuit. Michael accepted a position as Chief Operating Officer. He has worked there now for over four years. They have experienced dramatic growth and just opened their first franchise location in Akron, Ohio. Jenny Harkleroad was born in Laguna Beach California. She was raised in Carlsbad, Encinitas and Escondido California. She attended and graduated from Orange Glen High School where she loved playing and being the drum major of the high school band. She visits the Polynesian Cultural Center and discovers that BYU has a campus on the island of Oahu where she ended up attending and graduating. Melissa Toole was born and raised on Manhattan Island in New York City, New York. Her parents were professional actors. Her parents both starred on popular soap operas. Her dad was the most influential person to her growing up. He encouraged her to write from an early age. She loved the diversity of growing up on the island of Manhattan. She learned early on that she wanted to be in acting and pursued that passion in the early years of her life. History was her favorite subject in high school. She attended Tulane University to experience life outside the city. Later she got married and became a mom. She put acting on the back burner while they were young. As her kids became older she went to work as a preschool teacher, teaching four year olds, which is what she does full time today. She decided to write a children’s book about the importance of time in our lives. She originally wrote the story in 1999 when she was much younger. The turn of the century was getting to her as to how fast time was going by. She was working at a kids camp and she decided to submit the story to a publisher and one publishing house accepted it. She was shocked. Kids she teaches have been approaching her at the end of each year and they are nervous about kindergarten and they would love to be able to stay in preschool because of the fear. Shahpour Nejad was born and raised in Sari,Iran, a small town in Northern Iran near the Caspian Sea. He came to the United States at sixteen and moved to Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated high school and attended Cleveland State University where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He went to work at a pizza shop where he became a partner as a college student. Tressa Brady was born and raised in Southern Oregon out in the country. She enjoyed having fun outdoors and sports. In fact she and her sister were champion athletes growing up. She grows up and opens a health club, a lifelong dream. She obtained her personal training license. Her junior year in college she moved home and started a gym with her parents as partners. She opened a coffee shop and learned a great deal about entrepreneurship. She met her husband at 25 years old and he was in the special forces in the military. Shawne Merriman was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland in a very rough neighborhood. It was near the muder capital of the world for five years! His coaches were the most influential people during his childhood. They showed him how life is lived in normal homes. He attended The University of Maryland so that his family, friends, coaches and teachers could see him play in person instead of on television. He was drafted in the first round of the NFL Draft. Eddie Speed was born in Hazelhurst, Mississippi where he grew up just outside of Jackson to be a cowboy. He attended vo tech in high school. He moved to Fort Worth to live with his sister and went to work for The Fort Worth Stockyards. He ended up going to school at TCU and became a professional Ranch Manager. He worked as a Ranch Manager and met his wife who introduced him to her father. Her father was a pioneer in the note industry and he hired Eddie and taught him the business. Eddie opened up an office for his father in law in Dallas and went to work. Over the last few decades he has become a legend in the note business. Lane Kawaoka was born in California and raised in Hawaii where he lives and works today. More about Lane:”After 12 years as a Licensed Professional (PE) Civil/Industrial Engineer, I fired the boss and began to focus 100% of my time on my investing and helping others in my Passive Investor Accelerator & Mastermind.

I began investing in 2009 in rainy Seattle, being a ramen-eating cheapo I was able to buy a property early right after college. After discovering the difference between ‘Cashflow Investing’ and ‘Appreciation Investing (i.e. gambling / speculating)’… I moved my portfolio into 11 single family rentals in Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, and Pennsylvania.

There I was able to live a lifestyle where I was able to bike to work. It did not take me long however to finally quit the day job, and ditch the e-bike for a Mercedes.

Kitty Bogle-Sherman and her sister Coco were born and raised in Longview, Texas. After time away, they have both moved back with their families. They wanted to get into business together and they were sorting through over 50,000 photos and came up with a brilliant idea! Why not develop an app that allows you to play with your past, have an amazing time and enjoy your nostalgia? Well they did and it is an incredible hit! About their app Endora:  “Endora is a game powered by your memories.

It’s spearheaded by it’s creators Kitty Bogle-Sherman and her sister Courtney Harmon. They started a female-owned tech start-up – based in Longview, TX.

The sisters brought us in on the ground floor to create the branding for their app and essentially create the leading characters’ entire visual world. Through several brainstorming sessions Endora was created! The dazzling & whimsical star of the app, Endora helps rescue your memories from the black hole of the cloud through nostalgic reflection and wellness gaming!

From there we have created Endora’s world, branding, investment pitch presentations, social media content, head shots, website design, & custom animation.

We’re constantly communicating with their app development team to make sure Endora’s games are top-notch from inception. The integration of design and functionality has been a really stimulating challenge for us and we’re loving every minute of it!”

About the founders: “We’re sisters, co-founders, and mothers who have saved over 50,000 photos and videos between the two of us, which we consider to be among our most cherished possessions.

One day, we realized that we could never possibly print and organize that many photos and videos, especially since that number grows daily for most of us.

And that really begged the question: what is the point of taking, saving, and continuing to pay for storage fees (and increases!) for these memories when there is almost nothing to “do” with them? So for the past two years, we’ve been experimenting with new types of experiences for our memories.

Along the way, we’ve discovered that regularly looking at your memories, especially the ones you’d forgotten about, can spark great joy and powerful perspective shifts!

Zack Ellison was born and raised in the Brookline, Massachusetts area. He received a tremendous education even though they struggled financially. All credit due to his mom who made it happen. He enjoyed playing and excelling at sports growing up, especially basketball. Regarding Zack: “As Managing General Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Applied Real Intelligence (“A.R.I.”), Zack Ellison is responsible for leading the firm’s management and investment activities, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring and execution, and portfolio management.

Previously, Mr. Ellison was Director, U.S. Fixed Income at Sun Life Financial, one of the world’s largest asset managers with more than $800 billion in assets under management.  At Sun Life, he was responsible, with the team, for managing in excess of $25 billion of fixed income assets across more than 70 portfolios with varying mandates while contributing to the firm’s credit investment strategy, portfolio management, trading, and risk management practices.  Primary sector coverage included financial institutions (banks, insurance, asset managers, specialty lenders, Business Development Companies), consumer products, food & beverage, utilities, REITs, transportation (autos, airlines, rails), aerospace & defense, and industrials.  Secondary coverage included telecommunications, technology, media, energy, basic materials, healthcare, and pharma

Prior to joining Sun Life, Mr. Ellison worked on the Global Credit Trading desk in the top-ranked Fixed Income division of Deutsche Bank, the largest bank in the world at the time with $2.8 trillion in assets. At Deutsche Bank, he traded crossover-rated corporate bonds, credit default swaps, hybrid securities, and preferred stock across financials, energy, utilities, autos, and diversified industrials.

Preceding Deutsche Bank, and during the Global Financial Crisis, he was a banker focused on leveraged loans within the media and telecom sectors at Scotia Bank where he oversaw $2 billion of the team’s $6 billion loan portfolio.  During this tumultuous period, Scotia Bank, Canada’s third largest bank with greater than $500 billion in total assets, was one of the world’s top performing global financial institutions in terms of fewest loan losses.

Mr. Ellison began his career in the financial services industry in New York at Thomson Reuters within the firm’s Corporate Advisory Services division, where he served the majority of Fortune 500 energy and utility companies as an investor relations advisor.

Currently, Mr. Ellison is a Board Member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles, a Board Member of the Southern California Chapter of the CAIA Association, and the West Coast Regional Director of the Hedge Fund Association.  Additionally, he is the Chair of the CIO Advisory Council and Chair of the University Relations Committee with CFA Society Los Angeles.  He is also a member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle (YLC) and sits on various leadership sub-committees of Tech Coast Angels (TCA), the largest angel investing group in the United States.

Mr. Ellison holds an MBA with concentrations in Analytic Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business along with an MS in Risk Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College while majoring in Economics. Additionally, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations and previously held FINRA Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses.

Jim Remley was born in Long Beach California. His parents were what Jim describes as hippies and they moved to Roseburg Oregon where he was raised. He dropped out of college and went to work in a lumber mill. He was talked into getting his real estate license by his buddy. He received his real estate license at the age of nineteen. His real estate career was off and running! Consistently recognized as a top producer Jim had an amazing career in production. At age 24 he had the opportunity to start a real estate company that he grew rapidly and was amazingly successful! Joe Apfelbaum was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and his mom was the most influential person to him growing up. He enjoyed math and science in school and after high school he attended school and became a Rabbi. He then decided to start a number of small businesses. After he and his wife had kids he overheard his breathing on a video of the kids playing next to him on the couch and he realized that he needed to lose weight. After losing 100 pounds he decided to write a book about his experience. Five books later here we are! H. L. Howard was born and raised in China where he loved to read. He had access to a room that was full of books growing up. It captured his imagination and he is very grateful for the opportunity. Jeff Hoffman was born and raised in Arizona to a single mom with three jobs and four kids. According to Jeff, he and his siblings never felt like they were struggling financially, he credits his mom tremendously for that. He wanted to study artificial intelligence and always dreamed of attending Yale University. When he arrived after being accepted, he was told that he couldn’t attend classes because he hadn’t paid all of the required tuition. Instead of returning home to where things were safer and easier, he decided to move into the basement of Yale. Jeff started a software company, the profits of which he used to pay his tuition. He graduated Yale University and ended up with a “real” job that lasted a couple of years until he had a conversation with his then boss one day. That completely opened his eyes as to what the company considered employee success. His boss shared with him what he needed to do to earn them a  promotion with the firm. It didn’t make sense to Jeff at all so he resigned and pursued his career as an entrepreneur. Jeff’s first company was manufacturing ticketing kiosks for the airlines to be utilized at airports. He shares with us that he learned a ton about how to encourage airlines to take a look at his product. He also emphasizes for us how important it is to discover what the company’s needs are and how to make it work for them. Jeff also went on to co-found priceline.com and ubid.com. After achieving amazing success in business, Jeff is traveling the world speaking, teaching, advising, coaching and inspiring everyone he comes in contact with. Anne Montgomery was born in Grand Rapids Michigan,raised in New Jersey and considers herself a “Jersey Girl”. She was into sports growing up and wanted to be a sportscaster in an industry where there were very few if any female sportscasters. She went on to anchor ESPN’s Sportscenter and a distinguished career of 40 years in sports officiating. When she had a tough time getting another job in sportscasting, she decided to go back to school and earn her teaching credential. She teaches high school in a very tough area and works with a lot of at risk youth. She becomes a foster care mom and then an author. She has written her sixth book on the Battle of the Bulge in World War II titled Your Forgotten Sons. Regarding her latest book: ” Bud Richardville is inducted into the Army as the United States prepares to enter World War II in 1943. A chance comment has Bud assigned to the Graves Registration Service, where his unit is tasked with locating, identifying, and burying the dead. Bud ships out, leaving behind his new wife, Lorraine: a mysterious woman who has stolen his heart but whose shadowy past leaves many unanswered questions.

When Bud and his men hit the beach at Normandy, they are immediately thrust into the horrors of what working in a graves unit entails. Tom Suvansri was born in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania and raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.  He loved playing sports growing up. Football was his favorite sport. He attended Penn State and figured out that his future was in finance in corporate america. He worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals for over 20 years. He learned through real world experience how to help his family protect their wealth and legacy. Tom developed a passion for helping others do what he did for his family. He founded the Perennial Pride Team and adds a ton of value as a specialist in advanced insurance strategies and investment analysis. Tom is a tremendous asset for clients looking to take control of their finances due to his analytical strength, his focus on serving clients, and his feeling of responsibility towards others. In addition, Tom has had success within real estate investing through the ownership and management of various rental properties as well as participating in private lending arrangements.

Patricia Greenberg was born in Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York. She remembers being, in her words, a “chubby unathletic kid” growing up. Growing up with siblings that were active and athletic, she was interested in “Suzie Homemaker” type activities. Patricia liked to cook and play with her dolls with very little interest in being active or athletic. Attending college as a dental student, she was required to take a home economics class and fell in love with diet and nutrition. She discovers running as a way to improve her life and really gets involved in the marathon running community where she makes a number of lifelong friends. Patricia has now completed 20 marathons and 115 half marathons. According to Patricia: “I have a passion for making healthy living accessible to everyone and sharing the secrets to a healthy life.

Father Dolan, born in an orphanage, combines a background of being a chemist – a man of science – with being a man of faith — and that of a patriot – having served as the first Catholic US Army Chaplain General of the Army National Guard. He was coaxed out of retirement to run three parishes at present. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry – and a Doctor of Sacred Theology. He is well decorated for his distinguished military service and has met with the Pope several times as an ordained priest of the Roman Catholic Church. Roland Frasier was born and raised in the small town of Covington, Virginia where the population was 5,000 at the time. It was a paper mill town and very rural. His grandad was a baptist minister. His dad worked for the federal government early in his life. He loved growing up with his cousins camping and spending a lot of time outdoors. The most influential people to him growing up were his mother, his grandfather and his father. His mother was 100% supportive and overprotective. His grandfather had a shop, and was a tinkerer that fixed things. It sparked his curiosity and taught him how things worked. His father would take him to lunches and Roland worked as a runner for his father’s tax law firm. He became fascinated with all of the various ways his father’s clients made money. His interest in business and how it worked was peaked during that time. One of his most formative memories growing up was working as an assistant tennis pro. His responsibilities were to sweep the tennis courts and pick up tennis balls from practice. He rented a blower to do the sweeping job faster and his employer had a problem with it. He worked too fast and they wanted him there for the required time even though he had figured out a way to get the task done in much less time. Later he was working as a runner for his father’s law firm and he discovered that how they operate is really inefficient. He relates to his employer that if they just give him all of the places he is supposed to deliver ahead of time he can map out his route and get his job done much faster and more efficiently. When he was clerking in law school he would be tasked with doing legal research. He would pay for a service that enabled him to get it done much faster than normal turn around times. The law firm was frustrated with him over that too. That is when he realized that he could figure out ways to work much more efficiently than most people. It was very clear to him that he couldn’t work for somebody. He attended University of Richmond because it was a great liberal arts school and graduated with an accounting degree. He then attended law school at California Western in San Diego. He started his law firm in San Diego and owned it for a number of years.

Doug Leedy was born in Ada, Ohio and was raised in Wooster, Ohio. He enjoyed being outside as a kid with his friends growing up. He enjoyed that Wooster was a small town and it had almost everything he wanted as a kid. Here is Doug in his own words: “I have been involved in real estate all of my adult life. I was a full-time Realtor for about 15 years, a full-time appraiser for about 25 years, an Investor, and now I call myself a Guide.

I have always wanted to find something I could do to help a large number of people. Being a Realtor didn’t do that, nor did being an appraiser…but this does! I represent a company called Renatus that is a national company that forms local communities of investors and students as support systems for their members. It is the best concept in real estate that I’ve ever seen and it is changing lots of lives.

I call it the best kept secret in real estate because we don’t advertise in traditional ways, yet we are a 13 year-old company with well over 10,000 affiliates in all 50 states. Roy Klein was born and raised in Laguna Niguel California. He enjoyed growing up on the beaches of Southern Orange County. He loved the beach and more than anything he loved the water of the ocean. Roy attended and graduated from Saddleback College. He worked for The Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel and learned a ton about the pinnacle of customer service.  Their motto is “Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen”. He threw everything he owned on a motorcycle and went to Oregon, it was the worst drive of his entire life to pursue a life with the lady that is his wife today of 30 years. He went to Cordova Alaska and worked as a commercial fisherman for a year. His future wife consulted with him and convinced him to stay in Oregon and not go back to fishing again. She talked him into getting in the painting industry. He managed paint stores for a number of years and eventually became an outside salesman. He took the Salem territory and he got married. Eventually he moved to the Portland area and then he bought a couple of paint stores with his father in law. He later was contacted by the owner of Lime Painting and he was recruited to join them. Josh Schuster was born in Manila, Philippines and was raised just outside Youngstown, Ohio. At age 16, his family moved to Florida and he attended high school. He attended Tulane and then Hurricane Katrina hit and he attends Syracuse for a semester. He discovers real estate and becomes a developer in New York and development a lot of [property. The great recession hit and he had to pivot and regroup. He decided to take advantage of the vacant roof space in the sunshine state to deploy solar panels and generate solar energy. Kevin Amolsch was born in and raised in Denver, Colorado. He served in the Army in Colorado Springs, Colorado and then returned to the Denver area. He rode bulls and wanted to rodeo with the Army during his service. Dr. Mike Nelson has an amazing life story! Born in Chicago, Illinois, he spent his early years in a rough area of the city. At age 10, his aunt took him in to live with her on her farm in Wisconsin and he was in heaven! He loved the outdoors and mostly being out of the constant crime environment of his former neighborhood.

Alex Bradley was born in Manteca, California and he grew up in Brentwood, California. He loved the freedom he had to be outside and explore the community as he grew up with his friends. After high school, Alex moved with his now wife to San Diego attended Mesa College and earned his AA in Business Administration he then transferred to San Diego State University where he and his wife pledged for a fraternity and thoroughly enjoyed making friends and all that Greek life had to offer. Don Iannone was born in Eastern Ohio along the Ohio River in a small mining and mill town called Martins Ferry where his family lived until he was 13. They then moved to a nearby town, St. Clairsville, Ohio where he attended and graduated high school. His family has had roots in the Ohio valley since the 1890’s. He loved hiking in the woods and playing baseball growing up. His dad was one of the most influential people in his life who taught him resilience and sacrifice. He had two favorite subjects in high school, one was English and the other was Biology. After high school he moved to Tucson, Arizona where his cousin Ron lived and attended University of Arizona. It’s where he met his best friend Dirk. He fell in love with the desert there and still loves it to this day.

Esther Cromwell was born in Sierra Leone, Africa. She was raised in Africa and Manhattan, New York. She attended college in New York and moved to Maryland where she met her husband. They moved to Raleigh, North Carolina as her husband was transferred with work. He worked long hours and they had a neighbor that was elderly and needed a little extra care. She enjoyed coming home after work and checking in on her neighbor. She fell in love with caring for her neighbor and decided to get into the business of caring for many more! She was looking for a facility, she was on a lunch break, she shared with her co-worker what she was looking for. Her co-worker offered to purchase the first facility and rent it to her. Ryan Rosett was born in Detroit and grew up in the suburbs of Detroit. He enjoyed being outside and the community feel of his neighborhood growing up. He attended the University of Michigan and then earned his J.D. from University of Detroit. He opened a coffee house while he was in his second year of law school. Owning the shop became a job and he decided to sell the coffee house. He then starts a mail order business called the Beer of the Month Club. He learned a lot and found land development. He did really well and then the great recession came and he had to pivot, which he did. His solution was to start a company called Credibly and he and his company now provide capital to businesses with underwriting that is AI enabled and allows them to often approve and fund capital loans the same day. “Ryan Rosett is a Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Credibly. Previously, Ryan was the Founder of IDEA Real Estate Group, a real estate development and distressed debt joint venture with Fortress Investment Group. Eugene Bennett was born and raised in Wisconsin. He really enjoyed playing outdoors as a kid growing up. He had a rough childhood and eventually ended up joining the Marine Corps. He later joined the Army National Guard, then the Army Reserves and he ended up getting deployed to Iraq, twice. During one deployment, the vehicle he was driving was struck by an IED and he suffered a traumatic brain injury. He is still dealing with the symptoms of his injury to this day along with the resultant treatment. “Gene Bennett deployed to Iraq twice, once in 2005 and again from April 2007 to December 2008. He spent his first deployment in a tire tent changing lots and lots and lots of truck tires. He was attached to three different units in his second deployment. The first unit put him on prison guard duty, or what he calls “the worst babysitting job ever.” He was a diesel technician and a truck driver with the other two.He loves good music, cooking, hitting the gym regularly, and hopes to get back to school to increase the odds of getting back into the automotive technician industry. After his deployment, he was diagnosed with P.T.S.D. and says that, along with some severe depression, destroyed the things he loved to do and his desire to be proficient.

He hopes to work on recovery, a cookbook and a writer’s guide to help others tell their stories.”

Regarding his first book: “An Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran tells the gripping story of “Forward Operating Base: Crapper,” a transitional prison with a violent juvenile detainee population where no one is immune from the heat, hatred and fear. Recovering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Gene Bennett, callsign Spazmasterflex, also explores his broken family relationships. By using brutal honesty, he hopes his Baghdad Brethren Band and other veterans will read this book and realize they are not alone.”

Joe Apfelbaum was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and his mom was the most influential person to him growing up. He enjoyed math and science in school and after high school he attended school and became a Rabbi. He then decided to start a number of small businesses. After he and his wife had kids he overheard his breathing on a video of the kids playing next to him on the couch and he realized that he needed to lose weight. After losing 100 pounds he decided to write a book about his experience. Five books later here we are!

Deborah Razo was born in the Panama Canal Zone in Panama. She grew up in Northern California. Ended up getting married and starting a family after relocating to Southern California. Fourteen years ago her world was turned upside down and with some guidance from her brother she decided to transform herself and create her dream life! Her brother helped her realize that her accident and resultant rehab was a real opportunity to live her life on her terms and do what she wanted. She found flipping houses and Tony Robbins and she was off to the races! She started flipping houses and joined Tony Robbins’ company and has created her dream life! In the process she founded the Women’s Real Estate Network which she is still running today. She is now developing real estate in the Los Angeles area and she is investing all over our great nation. Vincent Zurzolo was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in Rockaway Beach, Queens, New York. He learned his values and work ethic from his parents. From an early age he was a fan of comic books and eventually found a friend/mentor that taught him how to sell comic books and he was on his way. Vincent worked his comic book selling business all through high school and college. Kevin Guttman was born in Long Beach California and was raised in Garden Grove California about five minutes from Disneyland. He enjoyed growing up in a community, at a time that allowed him and his friends to get dropped off at Disneyland and he could spend all day there. He admired his dad growing up as a leader and an expert in real estate. He spent a lot of time at the beach in Huntington Beach as a youngster. He graduates high school and goes on to attend community college at Cypress College for three years. He is led to Rema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. While still in Oklahoma, he is then led to attend Oral Roberts University located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He meets his wife Sabrena and moves to Virginia. He works in ministry management, travels a lot, realizes he needs to be home more to raise his kids. He and his wife, who has a background in real estate, start flipping houses.  Eventually Kevin finds the mortgage business. He then learns about and starts helping people with reverse mortgages. As the years have gone by he has continued to help people change their lives using a type of financing that is not that well known. J Leonard Costner was born in New Jersey and grew up in Europe and the United States. His father was a professional basketball player and he played in the United States and Europe as he grew up. His dad was the most influential person in his life growing up. J Leonard attended and played for St. Peter’s University and experienced a number of injuries that tested his resolve. He successfully tried out for the NBA developmental league known as the D league back then now known as the G league today. His injuries required major surgery, a year of rehab and a year of no training type activity at all. As this was taking place, he had a dream every night for a month and it compelled him to put what he was dreaming on paper in the form of what became his first novel. He has now written a few books, two are published and the third book in the Legacy series is due to be released April 1st of 2024. He has written a couple of screen plays and he and his partners have a couple of short films based on the series in development. The future is very bright for J Leonard Costner indeed! Carrie Osgood was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico. It’s a small town that had a real community feel that she loved growing up. Her family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico when she was 11. She loved how spiritual New Mexico is. According to Carrie people will stop what they are doing to watch a sunset and enjoy it. She and her friends made their own fun as she grew up. Both her parents were the most influential people to her equally during her childhood. She was incredibly successful as a youth in arts and crafts competitions inspired by her mom. In fact, there was an article in the local newspaper featuring how many ribbons she had won by 9 years old. From her father, she was inspired to be curious about our world and current events. According to Carrie, that merger of both influences is who she is today.

Stephen Charles Gunzenhauser was born in the heart of New York. From the hallowed halls of the High School of Music & Art to the prestigious stages of the Cologne Hochschule für Musik, his story is one of passion, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of musical excellence. Having spent a career as a guest conductor with over 100 orchestras and served as a Music Director with two orchestras, I have collected a wide variety of experiences. These experiences have included teaching conducting to Senator Joe Biden, conducting the seventh inning stretch for the Philadelphia Phillies in 1973 for the national league Pennant and being interviewed on QVC and HSN. The memoirs are filled with musical as well as social stories about the travels that I have experienced. As the first American artist behind what was “the Iron Curtain” to travel around Pablo Escobars rancho, the memoirs are filled with annecdotes and stories about artists as well as locations. Marie Waite was born and raised in the Philippines and is the oldest in her family and the only female child; she has 3 younger brothers. Her family was well known in the Philippines for their multi-generational legacy of Karate. Her Grandfather brought Karate from Okinawa to The Philippines, teaching the traditional martial art to many in his country. Marie’s father and uncle continued the family karate heritage and became famous as actors and martial arts performers in many karate action movies during the 1970’s. Her mother was known for being the first Female Black Belter in karate in the Philippines. Growing up in a family of popular and well-respected karate instructors and performers, she was surrounded by constant social gatherings where she learned how to deal with different types of people.

Marie graduated from St. Paul College of Manila Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and worked in a manufacturing company as the payroll system manager, overseeing the payrolls for over 2000 employees.

Marie moved to United States in 1989 and settled in Albuquerque New Mexico where she invested, owned and managed Real Estate properties. She also used her business and computer skills to procure an administrative position in the medical industry while continuing her education in the field of computer programming.

Marie decided to move to California in 1994 and continued to work in the Healthcare industry as a Financial Analyst and System Administrator where she once again put her knowledge and skills in both the Medical Field and Computer Programming to work. In 2005 became a licensed Real Estate agent and, along with her former husband, started a Real Estate Company. Taking on the primary responsibilities of recruiting agents and marketing the real estate firm, Marie managed over 50 Real Estate agents servicing southwest Riverside County, California, including the communities of Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar and Lake Elsinore, along with areas of Northern San Diego County.

Charles Starnes was born and raised in San Diego California by his mother who works professionally as a third grade teacher. His mother is an amazing leader in his household growing up. His mom could have insisted that he attached the elementary school where she taught and instead she sent him to a different school to be fair to him and her other students.
