User Guides (aka READMEs)25 Oct 202200:12:19

What does dating someone and onboarding a new team member have in common?

Both are about discovering the other's preferences and values and communicating your own.

In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, I will share why you should be creating a User Guide (aka READMEs) for the people you work with.

Within the employee-manager relationship, there are only a few things more vital than building trust and understanding of how the other operates. But you don't need to take the slow train and learn as you go... you can accelerate this process by making explicit what is usually implicit.

User Guides, or READMEs are guides of how you prefer to work, communicate, make your decisions... and the things you do (and don't) value. I will share where you can find examples of such guides that can inspire your own, and how you can approach your team members so they can create one for themselves as well.

Creating a Feedback Culture - With Harrison Kim18 Oct 202200:31:35

Feedback is our #1 tool for improvement. But most of us need to learn how to give feedback effectively as it's not something we really learn until we find ourselves in our first leadership role.

In addition to learning and practicing the tactical skills, we also need to pay attention to the feedback culture within our organization or team so that feedback is intentionally built into the habits and routines of the employees.

In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, I am joined by Harrison Kim, who is the CEO of Pavestep - an employee feedback and performance management solution. He founded Pavestep to help organizations develop their people faster and retain them longer. He is a former McKinsey consultant as well as a former private equity investor specializing in the human capital management sector.

Quit The Quiet Quitting - And What You as a Manager Can Do For Your Team27 Sep 202200:22:49

“Quiet Quitting” has been a buzzword for the last couple of months…and if you’re a little bit like me, you might even have started to cringe every time you hear the phrase now.

I’ve refrained from speaking about the topic so far because it seems to be broadly misconstrued and it aims to address a complex problem with an overly simple term or solution for that matter.

However, after sharing my thoughts with a reporter, I also decided to address the topic on the podcast.

So, in this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, I will share with you a little bit of its history in the workplace, why I personally dislike the term “Quiet Quitting”, the costs and risks associated with it, and my 3 suggestions for what you can do as a manager to address quiet quitting with your team members.

I hope this gives you a different and maybe new perspective on this latest hype of “Quiet Quitting.”

Navigating Conflict at Work - With Sarah Albo20 Sep 202200:35:29

Did you know that a good 70% of employees avoid conflict?

Where do you land on this? Are you avoiding conflict at work?

I definitely used to be guilty as charged ;-) and even though I feel equipped to navigate conflict these days, it still doesn’t come easy.

If this sounds at least a bit familiar to you, then you've got to meet my colleague Sarah Albo.

Sarah is a Conflict Coach (yes, that’s a thing!), Certified Mediator and HR Consultant. In other words, she gets called in to mediate conflict, restore company culture, or help if someone has a difficult time with mental health.

In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, you’ll hear my open and honest conversation with Sarah about why conflict resolution is a tricky thing for us to learn, what differentiates constructive from destructive conflict and how you can de-escalate or even prevent conflict from arising in the first place.

Giving Feedback: 3 Common Mistakes13 Sep 202200:15:18

In my first few months as a new manager, I couldn’t bear the thought of having to give feedback to my direct reports…

…who happened to also be my former peers.

But I knew it was inevitable. So I braced myself and started having feedback conversations in 1-on-1s and throughout the week.

Although I was giving feedback (as I had to), I hated it. It felt uncomfortable, awkward, and weird.

Over time, this got better but what I wished I had known back then was that feedback is a lot less about GIVING it and a lot more about creating time and space to have a conversation about what is or isn’t working and what to do about it.

What I wished I had known is that learning how to ‘give feedback’ effectively is a critical skill to develop as a manager.

And I wished I had known about what common mistakes to avoid.

If you can relate to this, then this episode of the Manager Track podcast is for you.

We’re going to talk about giving feedback and 3 not-so-obvious mistakes that are commonly made so you can avoid them and get better at the skill of giving feedback.

My goal is for you to walk away from this episode with several ideas on tweaks you could make in the way you give feedback!

Ready? Hit play!

5 Often Overlooked Steps When Onboarding a New Employee23 Aug 202200:14:58

Most companies have a predefined onboarding process for new team members which is great!

But after having many conversations with leaders and employees I've found that there are often at least a few missing gaps.

In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, I am going to fill some of these gaps by covering, in my opinion, the five most commonly overlooked steps of the onboarding process:

  1. Entry Interviews
  2. User Guides
  3. Guided Introductions
  4. Equip Them
  5. Behavioral Norms

When a Direct Resigns, What's Your Responsibility?16 Aug 202200:18:41

It can be tricky when one of your direct report resigns, especially when they’ve been doing a great job.

If you are a new manager, you may not have experienced a resignation yet, but it is inevitable that at some point an employee will resign.

When you hear them say it out loud or you read their termination letter, you may experience self-doubt and question what you could have done better, or why you didn’t see it coming.

But this is not the time to shame and blame yourself, but instead to be really self-compassionate and to use this situation as a learning opportunity.

In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, we are going to talk about what is and isn’t your responsibility when a direct report resigns, why self-

compassion is important during this time, and how you can learn and grow as a leader from this situation.

6 Things I Wished All Managers Knew09 Aug 202200:18:13

Too many new managers are being set up to join the 40-60% of new managers who fail or underperform in their first 2 years.

It often has nothing to do with their capabilities, but rather the lack of proper training, support, and guidance that is necessary to make them successful in this new management role.

In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, I will be sharing a list of 6 things I wished ALL new managers knew based on what I see and hear inside The Leadership Accelerator.

Re-Release: 12 Unspoken Rules of Management26 Jul 202200:21:34

Being in a leadership role comes with a lot of unspoken rules. Things that are not written in your job description, yet are critical for you to know in order to succeed.

More precisely, these unspoken rules are all about these small, often overlooked things that can make a big difference in how people see you, how they feel in your presence, and the trust they have in you.

I got thinking about these unspoken rules when I was walking my new puppy and realized how little I knew about the "proper" behaviors of dog owners and how I doubted myself in many moments while also realizing a few times after the fact that I just committed an unintended dog-owner crime... 😳

The exact same thing happens when you're new to management. And so, I sat down and recorded this podcast episode about the 12 unspoken rules of management (particularly relevant for new managers).

To give you a sneak peek, here are just 3 of them:

  • More is just more, it's not better!
  • Feeling uncomfortable doesn't mean you're doing it wrong.
  • If you're not repeating yourself, you're not communicating enough.

And there are 9 more important, unspoken rules that I address in this podcast. Now, this isn't a complete list but it's a great start.

Over-Identifying With Your Job12 Jul 202200:14:27

Remember that time when you had a "WIN" at work?  Maybe you nailed an impressive presentation, got some awesome praise, or closed a major deal - and you felt great about yourself, right?

But then on another day, you got some criticism, or maybe your presentation fell flat and didn't go as planned, or perhaps you lost an important deal or a big client and you blamed yourself because you knew there was something you should've done differently.

If those two scenarios resonate with you then you are definitely not alone, my friend.

The ultimate result is that we're over-identifying with our jobs. In fact, we've got our self-worth and our job success wound up so tightly together that is as if we've got a fast pass in hand for the emotional rollercoaster, skipping the lines (or worse yet never even getting off the ride) and both self-worth and job success are sitting side-by-side in the same wagon.

In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, I explain why it’s bad for you, the challenges this brings up (and I see them all the time in conversations with clients), and how it will hold you back in your career. I’ll also explain how to stop this rollercoaster and get out of it so you can feel good about yourself regardless of what’s happening at work and therefore become a way stronger, more adaptable, and feedback-seeking leader.

Time Management is Pain Management28 Jun 202200:12:56

Have you ever told yourself that “you just don’t have enough time?”

In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, we’re going to talk about why time management is actually a lot more about pain management than task management.

I made this episode to help you:

  • Build awareness on how you spend your time and what you focus on
  • Own your decisions and make changes that align with your priorities
  • Follow through and execute on your decisions, even though doing so might feel uncomfortable.

A good number of my clients work on these topics and it's amazing to see what they can do when they get intentional with their time management! I hope you can apply these to your (work)life and truly take ownership of your decisions around how you spend your time!

The Risks of Delaying Your Leadership Training14 Jun 202200:17:46

Ep. 111 - According to research published in HBR involving 17,000 managers, the average manager received their first leadership training 10 years after they began supervising. That's crazy if you think about it. There is no other job for which we'd think it's ok to practice it for 10 years before getting trained in it.

In this week’s episode, we’re going to talk about the specific costs and risks of delaying leadership training.

I will share why it matters so much to set yourself up for success in your role with leadership training as soon as possible.

Misconceptions About Leadership Coaching07 Jun 202200:22:08

Ep. 110 - In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, we’re going to talk about common misconceptions about leadership coaching and the difference between coaching and training in leadership development.

The three common misconceptions we will discuss are:

  1. Coaching is for people who need something fixed
  2. Coaches should have experience in your field or your profession
  3. Coaching is for executives

My goal is to help you identify when you should hire a coach, and what you want to be looking out for when you think about coaching versus engaging in skill training to grow as a leader!

What Is Your Leadership Philosophy?10 May 202200:13:16

In this week’s episode of The Manager Track podcast, we’re going to talk about what your leadership philosophy is, why you should have one, and how to create it.

Train Your Thinking to Become a Better Leader03 May 202200:18:22

I love helping my clients with tactical, practical changes. But what we can't ignore is that the way we think has a huge impact on how well we lead.

For example...

  • Are you not speaking up enough in leadership meetings?
  • Do you sugarcoat feedback?
  • Do you prefer to do the work yourself instead of delegating it to your team?
  • Or are you annoyed with people not meeting your expectations?

If any of these ring true, then it's time to review what thoughts you have that are hindering you from showing up as your best.

Join me in this episode to find out more about the power of your thoughts, making the space to reflect, and what we can learn from the philosopher John Locke.

Protect Your Confidence as a Leader26 Apr 202200:21:22

Protecting your confidence is a topic dear to my heart, and over the years I’ve noticed what are the most common confidence-hindering challenges leaders at all levels face. In this episode, I share with you the red flags to watch out for, and the biggest remedy that you can apply so you can fully grow in confidence.

These are the five most common challenges that can feel like ‘setbacks’:

  1. You will make more mistakes as you go through a period of intense growth.
  2. As you work alongside new peers in your new role, it’s easy to compare yourself to them.
  3. We often tie setbacks with our identity – but don’t take them personally, these are time-bound setbacks.
  4. You will need to do new things, and just because you haven’t done something before, doesn't mean you can do it in the future.
  5. It’s tempting to set external goals (e.g. hitting a specific sales target), but these are beyond your control. So stop looking for external validation and look inwards – what does success look like to you?

Some of us are born confident, some of us develop it over time, but either way, there will always be moments when we question ourselves. Experiencing any or all of the above are signs of growth and development, so let’s embrace them. Tune in to this episode to find out how to recognize the above red flags – and manage them.

How to Handle Criticism at Work19 Apr 202200:20:06

Have you ever been in a situation when you received criticism at work and it was hard to take? Maybe you got defensive or maybe you felt resentful or frustrated. Or maybe it kicked off a spiral of self-doubt and guilt (or even shame!).

I've definitely been there and I definitely have my fair share of regrets about how I reacted in certain feedback situations.

It took me a while to learn how to get good at receiving feedback and to not only respond well at the moment but also to truly soak up the learning opportunity that the feedback provided me with.

If this is something that either you or one of your direct reports struggles with, then this week's episode of The Manager Track podcast is for you.

You will learn how to receive, respond to, and grow from the feedback you receive from others at work... And how to do so in a way that builds (not breaks!) relationships and trust with others.

When you do this well, your growth curve will accelerate and you'll naturally role model vulnerability, openness, and a having a growth & learning mindset for others as well.

If you’re answering ‘yes’ to any of these answers – you’re probably a people-pleaser.

It affects so many of us and people-pleasing is a frequent topic in coaching conversations with my clients. But I have found some proven strategies to overcome this tendency, which I will share with you in today’s episode.

Sure, there are also strengths to being a people-pleaser, such as being an advocate and a strong team player. But the weaknesses include taking on too much work, avoiding conflict or negative feedback, and ultimately, becoming resentful.

If you can relate to people-pleasing, then it’s time to tackle its root cause.

I unpack this further in this week's episode of The Manager Track podcast because people-pleasing gets in the way of you reaching your full potential as a leader. But by addressing your people-pleasing tendencies, you will be able to move forward in your work and personal life.

And when it comes to figuring out what to say 'Yes' or 'No' to, I find these questions from Paula Cookson’s ‘The Liberated Self’ to be super powerful:

  1. Are there other people who can do this task?
  2. Do I have time to do this task?
  3. Do I actually have an interest in doing this task?
  4. Do I have the energy to do this task?
  5. Do I feel pressured, or have a fear of angering or disappointing someone else?
  6. Will I resent myself or others if I say ‘yes’ to taking on this task?

What It Was Like to Be a New Manager - with Lisa, Susan, and Dave29 Mar 202200:40:28

Episode 100 is here!! 🎉

Reaching episode 100 is worth celebrating... but for sure not alone! For this reason, I invited 3 former students of the Leadership Accelerator program to join me and to talk about their personal trials and tribulations as they transitioned into their first leadership roles.

And wow! This episode is raw, honest, and vulnerable!

You'll hear from...

  • Lisa and what she found most difficult to learn as a new manager,
  • Dave and what he wished he knew on his first day on the job, and
  • Susan what parts of leadership were most unexpected to her.

I'm excited to share this conversation with you! If you're a new manager or even if you've been leading teams for a while, I promise you this episode will move you and will get you thinking!

Stop Asking for Direction22 Mar 202200:14:26

One of the most exciting parts about your new role is that you get to have a greater say on the direction and focus of your team’s work.

You’re likely invited to leadership-level meetings, you get to have further insight into the company’s strategic considerations, and you get to make bigger and more impactful decisions than you did in your prior IC position.

This all sounds great, I’m sure. But as much as it is a privilege, it is also a responsibility.

This means that your boss is likely looking for you to step in and to step up when it comes to setting the direction, identifying opportunities and risks, and coming up with solutions and ideas.

Unfortunately, this is easier said than done and many new managers stumble and fumble for a while and look to their bosses for validation or problem-solving way too often and for way too long before they develop the courage and confidence to fully own their leadership role.

In this week's episode of The Manager Track podcast, I'll describe in more detail what this means for you, plus what to do and what not to do so that you can quickly take full ownership and actually LEAD your team.

Leading a Hybrid Team15 Mar 202200:19:32

Many of my clients' employers are currently getting ready to or are already in the process of moving back to the office. But for most, it won't be as it was in 2019...

Teams won't all be in the same office, if in an office at all, or they won't be there all at the same time.

While leading a hybrid team successfully boils down to core fundamentals of leadership, there are a few critical things you'll need to be aware of. Otherwise, the chances that signs of frustrations, conflict, disengagement, and lack of accountability pop up on your team are pretty high.

So if you find yourself in the situation of leading a hybrid team, then listen to this week's podcast episode on leading a hybrid training here.

You will walk away knowing...

  • which two values will be most important to uphold and foster on the team,
  • how to think about the 3 phases of analyzing, planning, and ultimately leading in this new environment, and
  • a few tactical best practices that will help you lead a hybrid team more effectively.

Ultimately, this is all about preparing for change and being open-minded and adaptable to new challenges and circumstances. As Amelia Earhart once said, "Preparation is rightly two-thirds of any venture."

How to Get Approval for a Professional Development Budget08 Mar 202200:19:38

One of my top 3 values is growth. And based on the fact that you're reading this right now, I'm guessing growth and learning are pretty important to you as well.

So sooner or later, you might find yourself in a situation when you're craving to make an investment in yourself and experience accelerated growth.

I think this is particularly common in situations when we move into new or bigger responsibilities.

But what if your company doesn't offer the training program you're looking for?

You got three options in that situation:

  1. Let it be and not invest in any training
  2. Take charge and invest out of pocket (btw, about 50% of my clients do this because they know it's ultimately about their career success and even a small bump in their year-end bonus will net out the upfront investment)
  3. Ask your boss for a professional development budget

And if option 3 is something you want to explore, then listen to this week's podcast episode. I'll walk you through the different aspects to consider and how to frame your request to make a strong case and get the support and training you need to rise to the increasing demands you're facing.

And if you're still unsure if it's ok to ask, then this reference point might help: According to the Association of Talent Development (ATD) the average organization spent USD 1,267 per employee for direct learning in 2020 and the spending is on the rise.

What Makes Us Feel Fulfilled at Work - With Bruna De Palo01 Mar 202200:36:36

How fulfilled are you in your job? And how fulfilled do you think your team members are?

If these questions sound worth thinking about some more then I got something for you that you'll like :-)

In this week's episode of The Manager Track podcast, you'll hear a conversation with Bruna De Palo, a neuroscience-based career coach. Bruna helps us understand why "fulfillment is not about what you do but about how you feel about what you do."

In other words, fulfillment comes from bringing who you are into what you do, or expressing your being through your doing.

I know this is easier said than done which is exactly why I wanted to bring Bruna on the podcast to talk to her about the way she helps leaders find create greater fulfillment themselves AND how they can help their direct reports feel more fulfillment.

She shares practical advice that I know can help you become a stronger leader to others.

Do You Validate or Elevate Your Directs?22 Feb 202200:15:30

What do you say to direct reports who vent to you about things that aren't going well or decisions they disagree with? Do you feed into it and maybe even share that you agree with how they feel about things?

And very similarly, to whom do YOU talk to when you're frustrated and want to vent? Is your boss on the list of people you might be calling up?

If yes, this episode is for you. We're going to talk about why as a leader it matters a great deal how you respond when people air their frustrations to you and what you need be considering before you vent to others.

Don't miss this. It may help you build and develop a great deal of trust and credibility when you get this right!

The Power of Questions15 Feb 202200:22:27

Are you an 'answer person' or are you a 'question person'?

As a student and early on in your career as an Individual Contributor, you likely had to give answers and advice left and right.

Being the "go-to" person or the subject matter expert felt rewarding and was probably what made you stand out as a high-performer.

As a manager and leader, however, being an 'answer person' makes it harder for you to motivate, engage, and develop your direct reports. It also makes you less productive and effective overall.

Now, I get it. Becoming more of a 'question person' is easier said than done. It requires a shift in your mindset and in how you see your role as a leader.

It also goes beyond your interactions with direct reports.

When you're with more senior leaders or people you admire, do you ask questions with the intent to learn from them or do you listen more passively?

Becoming a 'question person' is a shift that will help you in all kinds of situations and relationships and it's likely what will make you stand out as a leader in the future.

In this episode, you'll learn

  • The 3 most common fears that drive people to stay in the answer and advice mode and how to overcome them
  • What it means to lead with questions, not answers, and why making this shift matters more than you might think
  • How to actually become a 'question person'
  • Plus, my favorite questions to ask people I admire and want to learn from

Because the level of questions that you ask determines the level of your learning and growth!

-- QUESTIONS MENTIONED --

  • What question should we/I have asked but didn't ask?
  • Who do you look up to or who do you admire and what qualities do you like about this person?
  • What are you looking forward to in the next week/month/year?
  • What's been unexpected about [...]?
  • What book(s) changed your thinking about a particular topic in a significant way?
  • What do you believe is underrated/underestimated/overrated/overestimated about [...]

The Shadow Sides of Being a "Type A" Leader08 Feb 202200:21:04

If you're a leader and you relate to being "Type A", then there's no doubt that this is influencing the way your lead.

And it's likely that these traits got you where you are today and that you're personally proud of.

But here is what you need to know: Just like any other strength, these "Type A" strengths can be overdone and make you less effective as a leader.

In this week's episode of The Manager Track podcast, we uncover "Type A" personality traits and what the potential shadow side could look like if you're unaware.

Plus, I'll share 5 tips to reign in your "Type A" behaviors if they are getting in the way of your leadership success.

And by the way, I'm sure you know at least one "Type A" person and might even have someone on your team who needs your coaching with this. So even if you see yourself more as a "Type B" personality, this episode will still offer tons of helpful tips to you.

How Men Can Become Effective Allies in the Workplace01 Feb 202200:29:01

Let's talk about masculinity in the workplace.

According to Ray Arata (the guest on the podcast this week), there is healthy and unhealthy or toxic masculinity. Much of the latter has been tolerated up until recently.

But despite a more optimistic outlook on gender inclusion, there are still too many unwritten rules that drive the behaviors of many men in the workplace.

Ray's 8 unhealthy and unwritten rules that men (and sometimes women) carry include:

  1. Real men don’t show their emotions but anger is okay
  2. Real men are always confident
  3. Real men don’t ask for help
  4. Real men make all the decisions
  5. Real men are providers, not caregivers
  6. Real men are heterosexual and sexually dominant
  7. Real men continuously talk and play sports
  8. Real men are never handicapped, disabled, or unemployed

I've worked in a male-dominated industry before becoming a leadership coach and I have definitely seen all eight of those play out at some point. Some of them in more subtle ways and others in very direct and obvious ways.

And it never felt good. To this day, I remember how certain behaviors or comments from co-workers made me feel and the negative impact those experiences had on the relationships.

In today's age, time is simply up and things that were tolerated 10 years ago are no longer acceptable.

Whether you are a man, a woman, or non-binary, understanding these dynamics and the toxic or unhealthy masculine behaviors is important for all of us!

Because even if we're not actively excluding or marginalizing others, being silent in the presence of misbehavior communicates complicity. And I bet that's the last thing you and I want to be.

I'm excited to share the conversation on 'How Men Can Become Effective Allies in The Workplace' with author, speaker, and DEI consultant Ray Arata in this week's podcast episode.

Challenging Patriarchal Norms in Leadership25 Jun 202400:22:28

In this eye-opening episode, Ramona goes in-depth on the ongoing impact of patriarchal attitudes toward leadership in the workplace. She explains how qualities viewed as more "masculine," like assertiveness and decisiveness, are still prized over "feminine" strengths like empathy and collaboration.

Using real-world examples and studies, Ramona points out the male-centric bias that underlies popular leadership books, corporate training programs, and organizational cultures. The ideas being taught skew heavily toward traditionally male styles of leadership.

She gets real about the specific challenges women face, like feeling they have to work extra hard to get promoted, not wanting to come across as "difficult" for speaking up, and taking critical feedback harder than men do - which can chip away at self-confidence over time.

While big-picture reforms are needed, Ramona calls on individuals to start recognizing their own biases and intentionally value a mix of masculine and feminine leadership qualities, depending on what an organization or team needs.

This frank discussion exposes the outdated mindsets still casting feminine traits as second-rate, and rallies leaders to root out these subconscious prejudices to build fairer, more inclusive workplaces.

How Coaching Helped This Director of Engineering - With Joshua Samberg25 Jan 202201:26:59

This episode is a conversation between Joshua Samberg, a Director of Engineering at productboard and a leadership coaching client, and Ramona. This episode originally aired on the Productboard Engineering Leadership Podcast.

Here is Joshua's personal introduction:

"I'm genuinely excited and proud to share the latest episode of my podcast. I interview my leadership and strategy coach, Ramona Shaw. We talk about how she's been the most impactful person in my survival of rapid growth into leadership at a scale-up, and we reveal actual examples of how we worked through challenges I faced and mistakes I made."

I wish I'd had access to (or even witnessed) coaching and caring, transparent, vulnerable leaders earlier in my career, so it feels good to give out a sample of what that can look like in podcast form."

I couldn't say it any better. I'm thrilled to be able to highlight the power of leadership coaching and the benefits you as a leader can reap for your career as well as the positive changes leadership coaching can create inside organizations.

Leading Older People18 Jan 202200:22:24

4 in 10 US employees work for a younger boss and it's been said that in many industries and professions 30 is the new 50.

If you find yourself in a situation where you lead significantly older (or more experienced) people then thoughts and worries such as "What if they don't respect me?", "I think I look too young", or "They don't take me seriously" may have crossed your mind.

I've been there myself and I found it challenging.  And I know I'm not alone. In fact, leading older people has come up numerous times in coaching conversations and is currently top of mind for two of my clients which is why I decided to talk about it here on the podcast.

Because one thing is for sure, nothing about your age is a predeterminant of your success as a leader!

The Entry Interview11 Jan 202200:12:02

In this episode, I'll share what an Entry Interview is and how it can help you ignite strong relationships with your new hires.

The Entry Interview is a concept I first heard about from Adam Grant. I consider it an important step in the employee onboarding experience to have quality time with their new manager and to discuss their personal goals, preferences, and needs beyond what was shared during the interview process.

At the same time, the Entry Interview will allow the new hire to ask their manager (i.e. YOU) questions that they may not have dared to ask before securing the job.

Listen in as I'm sharing with you more about the idea of the Entry Interview but also specific questions to consider for the conversations.
