James Dean grew up on a council estate and left school with no GCSEs, he sit's down with us and we talk all things mental health, ADHD, business and he helps understand how he's since built an entertainment empire and now works with some of the biggest names in music. He also has a property development business, a restaurant and much more. He throws such festivals as Back 2 Festival and Sausage and Cider Festival.

Craig Smith is the Leicestershire County Councillor for the Coalville North Division. Craig served as a Royal Air Force Veteran with 12 years of service as an Aircraft Engineer, he then went on to start a thriving Martial Arts business in Leicestershire and was elected as a Leicestershire County Councillor in 2021.

Episode 3 with Jay Dagley, a long time friend and supporter of the project with an inspiration story and great example of hard work and determination.
