I’m sure you have heard the phrase, “The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results,” Right?
Have you ever wondered why you totally get that phrase, and it makes sense to you, but you still keep doing the same things over and over that you don’t like?
And, have you ever really thought about the consequences of doing the same actions over and over? The consequences are that when you keep doing the same actions over and over and you keep getting the same reactions over and over.
Wow, it’s so simple and we get it, but why don’t we change? Keep reading….
Take a look at the three primary areas of your life: Health, wealth and relationships. They are three areas where we do “actions.”
However, what reactions are you getting to your actions?
Do you like those reactions or, stated a different way, do you like the outcomes you are getting in your life? Are you thrilled with your health, money and relationships?
If not, own it because you are the one creating the results you do not want and then on the flip side you’re wanting to be happy at the very same time. You create a life you don’t enjoy or an unfulfilled life, and then you’re unhappy about it. Does that make any sense?
In fairness to you, it’s not your fault that you keep living in the cycle of what Einstein called INSANITY: Doing the same things and expecting different results.
You do it because it’s who you are and who you are is your subconscious identity.
In this episode, let’s take a fresh look at the concept of self identity and let’s talk about a fresh approach.

Yes, I do mean “soul” power, and, no, I don’t mean “sole” power.
When you think of your soul, what do you think of? Maybe infinity, divine mind, cosmic consciousness, eternal life? I’m not sure, but one thing this is for sure, none of us can answer with 100% certainly of what what specially our soul is.
And, one thing we can agree on is that no matter what it is, it’s assumed and believed that it’s the infinite part of us and it’s powerful.
The huge question I have and take a stab at in this episode is: How powerful is your soul?
You have probably thought a bit about your soul but have you thought about its incomprehensible power?
Further, have you thought about what that power can do for your life? What it can create for you? How living a soulful life greatly enhances your life?
And reminder, when I say soulful I don’t mean religious. I mean, that cosmic beingness of you.
The point of this episode is to point out all the petty and non sensical things you consume yourself with, and none of them are soulful, per se, they come from your human identity. They come from your past and from your indoctrination.
From their past and indoctrination most people live and wrap themselves up in things they fear from their external world like finances, jobs, economies, the news, mass thought and all things we identify with a “humans.”
Your human form is the absolutely smallest part of who you are as a soulful being, yet it keeps the masses trapped.
In this episode I lightly delve into the trapping of the ego and circumstances and what’s available to us when we live from soul energy.

I know the headline is bold, but it is true. You can Be Do And Have everything you want WHEN you become resourceful enough to create it.
Look around you. Look at the millions of people who have created exactly what you want in life. Why have they done this and you have not? Easy, the have become resourceful enough to create it.
Most people work backwards. They want resources, and that is often money or something they think they want.
The problem with that is that resources come and go but it’s the initial resourcefulness that created the resources in the first place.
What does it look like to be resourceful?
The definition of resourceful is: Having the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.
The definition of un resourceful is: Not having the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties. In plain English. It means you give up, quit and make excuses about why you can’t Do, Be or Have what you want in life.
As you just read through that, which applies to you? (Even if you don’t want to admit it.)
I want you to have more and that is why I created this audio (podcast) titled: You can BE, DO and Have everything you want when you are resourceful.
Enjoy it while you’re listening, but more than that…apply the concept and watch your life start changing in the ways you never imagined.
The reason you don’t have what you want in life is because you are not being resourceful enough to create it. What dramatic change? BE resourceful!

At first read, you might reactively answer and say, “No, there is no way I live a life of convenience. After all, I’m working hard, life is challenging and I’m doing my best, there is no way I’m living my life from convenience.”
If that or anything like it is your response, I understand.
However, have you fully considered what’s causing the current inconveniences in your life?
Inconveniences are different things for different people.
It could be the economy, your health, a job that you don’t like, a relationship that no longer works…it can be almost anything, as we’re all different. And, when I say “inconveniences” I’m not talking about a squeaky door hinge and little annoying things like that.
I’m talking about bigger inconveniences like maybe you drive a two-hour commute each day and you don’t even like your job but it pays well and you don’t have time to look for another one. Or, you want to be, do or have a lot more in life but so much is going on it’s just inconvenient to change things up in your life.
Have you thought about the choices you did or did not make in the past that have contributed to your present life?
You did not get here today by accident. You got here by choice. You got where you are by living from behaviors that are convenient.
The truth is, most people got here or don’t have what they want in life exactly because of convenience. They don’t make the choices to create and have the life they want because those choices are not convenient for them in their current life circumstances.
Want a new job but not convenient to look? Want better health but not convenient to go to the gym? Or, not convenient to pay for a gym membership?
Want better health and know you should eat better quality food but the cost is not convenient?
Have you thought about the inconvenience of bad health that may come from eating poor quality food?
The whole point is that most of us live from convenience, even though we think it is not that. And, by doing this we create even greater inconvenience in our future.
Transformational Takeaway: The more you try to live from convenience now, the more inconvenience you’ll have later in life.

We’re human beings, not human doings yet most people have never really learned or accepted that and they function only as human doings. When we are only human doings we are then restricted by the laws of physics and the material world and we are then at the mercy of our financial system. Our BEing attracts our circumstances.
When we function primarily as an “aware” human being, we are then working in and with the worlds on vibration, frequency, and attention and this is our true cosmic (and economic) power.

I remember decades ago when I was talking to don Xavier, and he said to me, “You must learn to move your attention because where you attention is…is where you are.”
Thinking back to 2009 and the global economic collapse. I remember how much economic fear that caused in me, and one day it dawned on it, “Hey, where’s my attention?”
That is what is extraordinarily vital for you to fully understand. I know you understand it analytically but do you understand it emotionally?
If you’re getting into any kind of fear about anything then you understand it but you don’t know it.
I can’t state strongly enough, any and every single time you are feeling the least bit of fear, worry or anxiety about the world, that is where your attention is.
And, where your attention is…that’s where you are keeping your vibration and frequency, and that’s exactly what you are attracting right back into your life.
Many of us are using our emotions against ourselves.
I want to remind you, the name of this podcast is: Transforming Your Life From The Inside Out and when you’re in fear and the situations in the world, though it is inside of you, per se, it’s coming from some reaction to something outside of you. And, that in itself is living your life backwards.
This entire conversation reminds me of something a friend said to me, he’s a former Navy Seal and he said, “Calm seas don’t make great sailors.”
And, as we look at the world and it’s definitely not a calm sea but are you going to live your life from the inside out and allows yourself to drown or are you going to become a stronger sailor?
Want a little gauge to help keep you on track?
Fear. Pay attention. How many times per day are you getting into fear? How much and how often?
This is clearly tell you if you’re living from the outside in.
Why?
Because your soul does not know human fear, and if you’re in any kind of fear, that is coming from your human experience, outside of you, not your soul, which is inside you.

If you’re like most people, you have asked yourself this very question. And, even if you have asked,why are you still not getting what you want in life?
Let me get to the point!
The only reason your life is not changing like you want is because you won’t change to become the kind of person to have that life.
The truth is that you can change. You change your mind many times everyday about many things. However, you’re not changing your mind in the most fundamental ways.
Also, if you’re like many people, you desire change, and because of this, you read books, watch videos and even listen to podcasts. You gather a lot of information from many sources, yet you probably experience little to marginal change in your life.
The fact is this: No matter how much information you consume, like podcasts or videos or whatever, two things generally keep you stuck – you refuse to change or you don’t know how to change and you stay the same.
This episode is more about the fact that you can change and you still don’t do it.
How come you can choose to change but you still don’t?
I talk about the exact reasons in this episode.
Transformational Takeaway: The only reason you don’t have what you want is because you won’t change. You’re making the choice through unconscious fears not to change. You must change enough to transcend your fears. Change is required.

It’s July 2022 and there’s a lot of talk about a looming US recession. There’s a lot of economic chaos and fear, and millions, if not billions of people going into financial fear.
The big question in this episode is: Are you letting what’s happing in the external world of the economy affect you, or are you playing a strong internal game?
Obviously, the title of the podcast is “Living Your Life From The Inside Out” and most people are living from the outside in.
In this episode I talk about a friend of mine, TC Cummings, a former Navy Seal. He told me a story about how running on soft sand during training was a lot harder than running on hard sand. He explained that when the drill instructors were running the trainees on soft sand they were actually making them stronger runners.
That’s the way I look at the current economy as it applies to most people. Economically, it’s akin to soft sand. It’s harder for a lot of people, but the $64,000 question is, no pun, are you choosing the soft economy to make you stronger or make you weaker?
Living in the US economy I see what everyone else is seeing and experiencing. But what matters is how I am interpreting it and my choices about it.
There are so many opportunities in the economy to choose to make ourselves stronger. Are you using this as an opportunity or as a curse?
Transformational Takeaway: How is the economy treating you, and are you REACTING or RESPONDING? Are you feeling powerless or powerful? Are you seeing opportunities expanding or shrinking? It’s your choice.

“The quality of your life is dependent upon the quality of questions you ask yourself.” Richard Bandler
What does that mean? The phrase was coined by Richard Bandler, the co-developer of NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming).
It means, as seems obvious, the more and better questions you ask yourself, the better quality of life you will create. And, who doesn’t want a better life?
So, what kinds of questions do you ask yourself?
What I have found is that fewer people ask questions about how to change their circumstances over why they are in their circumstances.
Whatever your circumstances, you created them. It does not matter why you keep creating them or lamenting about them. What matters is what questions you are asking to improve your behavior, circumstances and life.
In this episode I ask you a series of simple questions that you can ask yourself, and I share with you the strategy that I use when I just don’t know what to ask or what I think I’m looking for.
Make a mental note, your future questions are not to be so much about where you are or how you got there but how you can do things differently and how you must think differently.
What I have noticed over the years is that often people go into what I call “resignation.” When they don’t know the answer to something they simply quit or resign themselves to their circumstances.
As I mentioned, I also share the strategy that I use to get answers from my higher mind and you have to listen to that to hear my personal process.

Money, money, money, it’s on a lot of people’s mind these days.
Why?
The economy and FEAR!
I was inspired to do this episode based on some thinking I was doing this morning about how I’d emotionally handle all that is going on in the economy these days if I had not changed my thinking about money years ago.
You know, inflation, gas prices, supply chain, labor shortages and all the crap going on in the world. As a business owner, it all affect me but candidly, I take it all in stride because I know the economy will only affect me in relation to my thinking about it.
These days most people are caving into fear and worry and that is the exact place we do not need to go. I’ll explain in the episode.
I want to preface what is to come with this. Decades ago I was desperate for money and I was working hard day and night to make money, and I still found that I could not catch up or keep up.
All the while I was working hard, ironically, as I was fighting the economy in my own life I was reading tons of self-help and “money books.” You know, The Science Of Getting Rich, Think and Grow Rich, The Richest Man in Babylon and many books of the kind.
One day I was thinking, “How come I have read hundreds of books on money manifestation and why am I still so damn broke and struggling?”
Easy! I understood the information I was reading but was not living it. Why? Because I was afraid to trust the universe. I was even afraid to trust what quantum physics had discovered.
And what is that quantum physics discovery? Simple, all things in the universe vibrate, and thought is vibration. Vibration create your frequency, and to take it further, money is a thought frequenc,y and your money thoughts determine your money circumstances.
Honestly, even though I had read many things that applied to vibration, frequency, and money, I was afraid to trust it as I would have rather trusted my dollars for hours work mentality, which kept me working hard and broke.
In this episode I talk about how I made the leap and why it’s vital that you do too. Vibration and frequency are facts of quantum physics, and these properties affect your money.
Going further, your thoughts affect your vibration and frequency, hence, your thoughts about money affect your money situation and circumstances.
Plain and simple, if you want to change your money, you must change your thinking, and in this episode I talk about things that I did and ways we must change our thinking.

You’ve heard the old phrase before, “If nothing changes then nothing changes.” But, things don’t change, we change (or not), and if we don’t change then nothing in our world changes.
My observation from doing my work over decades is that people will give lip service to change and they will dream and plan and fantasize about it but few actually pay the price and do the work to create it!
To change your circumstances…your money, relationships, health, and anything in your life you must change. When you change then these “things” also change because they respond to who you are and what you do. Life responds and mirrors you and your changes.
And, as we all know, we must change but we don’t. Have you ever asked yourself why? There are several reasons but two, in particular, are both brain-based. One is Predictability and the other is Identity Confirmation.
There is a part of your brain that operates from a predictability/certainty principle and a part of your brain that wants “Identity Confirmation.”
These two brain-based functions keep you trapped in the behavior of not changing, which is totally against what you often think you want. You know that if nothing changes then nothing changes but you still don’t take change action. It’s not your fault, it’s your brain.
The only way to create change is to actually use your mind to drive your brain. The only way to create change is to take action on your desired change.
In this episode, I talk more about it all and some simple practical steps to start creating change in your life.

So, your first two thoughts are probably one, what is the human racket and secondly, how does that racket keep me trapped? (And, keep you struggling for money and prosperity?)
A racket is defined as “a fraudulent scheme, enterprise, or activity.”
And, we all are taught the “Human Racket” as soon as we pop out of the womb. We’re taught the rules of life and what life is and is not and what is possible and what is not based upon being from and living within the racket.
You read that right. We learn the rules of the racket by living in the racket which means we are trapped in the racket. And, the truth is, we don’t even know we are in the racket because everyone else around us is in it too…our parents, and schools, and teachers, and family, and socialization keep us trapped in the racket.
The racket is poison or death to our higher natures, selves and beings. The racket robs us of our power as cosmic beings, and let me tell you this, cosmic beings don’t play human rackets.
Have you ever considered this thought, “What did you give up to come to this planet?“ Most people think they are giving up their life when they leave the planet and the truth is that they are regaining their full power as a cosmic being.
It does not matter if you are “spiritual” or not. You are both physical consciousness and non-physical mind. And, all if this is covered by the laws and properties of physics.
The bigger point of this episode is that your higher self has abilities that dwarf the abilities of your physical being, and one of those is manifestation. You have the power and ability to manifest just about anything you want and in any amount, and…to make that happen, if you have to quit playing the human racket.
The human racket works from finite resources, limitations, boundaries and concrete linear thinking based upon your physical senses.
The higher function of “you” works from no such limitations, and you cannot work from your highest self while living from the lower function of your being.
Transformational Takeaway: Any time I think or hear limiting thoughts, my first thought is, “That’s in the racket, and the racket is an illusion, it’s not mine and does not pertain to me. I am a free mind and not bound by the illusion of limitation.”

In truth, you have no limits. You may have certain physical limitations but I’ve seen people with what are perceived to be huge limitations do unbelievable things.
In this episode, I talk about how the concept of “go beyond your limits” was introduced to me. We are often told we have limits but how often do you think, “OK, I might have current limitations, and let me go beyond those?
In shamanism, there is a quote that I love and it’s “When the warrior stops talking even the craziest of tasks becomes possible.”
You may initially think that this episode is about self-talk but it’s really not, it’s about quieting and taming your mind that drives your self-talk.
The reality is that the only reason you cannot go beyond your perceived limits is because you think you cannot and in that moment is when your brain-based programming, subconscious programming, and mental chatter are stopping you.
We must stop the mental chatter, the “monkey brain.” But how?
You’ll never stop your brain and fully quiet your mind, however, you can tame them both and that gives you a better opportunity to silence them as much as possible.
In this episode, I explore seven ways that I have used and learned over the years and I have practiced many of them for decades. I give you a lot of choice and variety as different things will work for different people. We all process information differently and have different abilities, likes and preferences.
You’ll obviously know of at least three to five of them and then a few you may not have heard about or thought of. So, listen and then experiment with what works for you.
As I said above, the key to going beyond your limits is taming your mind and brain and honestly there is no better time than now and you’ll find the applications endless: Better health, wellness, focus, peace of mind, joy and maybe even doing things you have never done before.
Transformational Takeaway: To quiet the mind you first have to tame the mind! When you tame your mind you can start going beyond your limits.

We all understand the concept of organization and things that we think we need to do in the world: Organize the office, clean the garage, organize the pantry, organize the files and the list goes on and on, right?
However, how many of us think about the concept of organizing ourselves, and what do I mean by “organizing yourself?”
I mean this in a spiritual way, and have you ever thought about that? What does it mean to “organize yourself spiritually?”
Working with a shaman for decades I used to think he did things to assist me and one day I realized that he led me to organize myself internally because when I do that things start to work fluidly in life.
What this means is to align yourself with your higher mind, function, and purpose and if you cannot organize your thinking and behavior around that you cannot align yourself with higher mind, spirit, Divine force, the quantum field, etc.
The definition of organization is: Arrange into a structured whole; order.
Now ask yourself, is your life spiritually organized? And, specifically in regard to your life/spiritual prioritizations? An important point to recognize is that organization takes prioritization and do you have your spiritual thoughts and behaviors organized in a hierarchy of values? What’s at the top of your value ladder? Spiritual evolution or 3D human things? Are you a “Spiritual Weekend Warrior” and prioritizing when it is convenient for you?
Transformational Takeaway: When you organize your thoughts, behaviors, and actions with the higher callings of your soul/spirit, that will be priceless for you.

I go a few different directions in this episode. I talk about “Doing the work” in life and tie that into “What Makes Me Matter.”
When we come to what makes us matter, we metaphorically set ourselves on fire, and life becomes amazing.
Most of us fall short when it comes to doing the work and things that need to be done in life because nothing has set us on fire to do what is necessary to create the outcomes we desire.
When I had my stroke after heart failure, it was a lot of “work” healing and getting back to great health, and I do mean a lot of work! But, I did all the work necessary because I know that I matter in life. What I do professionally matters, I matter, my life matters – I am a person who matters. Read on, I’ll explain.
One of the obstacles to doing the work in life is that we hit resistance and we stop and this is exactly when we should push through and persevere.
Resistance keeps us from everything we want in life!
Resistance comes in the form of fears, overly analytical rationalizations and the environment we live in.
And, until we cut through all this head garbage we’re not going to bust through resistance, and when we don’t do that, we almost never do the great things in our life that bring us the greatest joy.
This episode is all about what matter you matter in life and a simple way to discover that. It’s the approach that I take and live from.
Transformational Takeaway: It’s vital that we come into the knowing of “why we are here,” and when we do that, what makes us matter becomes clear. And then…life becomes extraordinary!

Have you ever wondered how truly powerful your mind is?
We all hear different stories about the “Power of the Mind” but have you experienced that in your own life?
Personally, I used my “mind” to heal from a stroke and heart failure, all of which happened in a single year, 2020. And, as I was healing I was searching Youtube for inspirational videos and stories.
I had never even taken so much as a prescription until my ordeals and I was wondering and searching for, “How do I heal myself beyond what modern medicine says I can do?
I came across a video by a man named Bob Cafaro and it was titled, “The Psychology Of Beating An Incurable Disease.” The title sucked me in immediately and the video did not disappoint. As a far of matter, it was the single most impactful video that I watched.
Bob healed himself from an incurable disease, Multiple Sclerosis. You read that right. He headed himself 100% using the power of his mind.
I’m ecstatic because I’m visiting with Bob in this episode and he shares the specific activities that healed him. Before I talked to him, I was blown away because as we were talking, he shared how he “did the impossible,” literally.
So, how does the interview apply to you and help you live a better life? Easy, if you’re in any way physically ill listening to this podcast episode can do one of the most important things you ever do and if you’ve never been in such circumstances, Bob demonstrates the power of doing the impossible.

When people read the episode title many think, “Well, that is an odd thought, what does it mean?”
Specifically, you are an energetic being. You are a spiritual and cosmic being, and according to physics, and scientifically, you are akin to a cocoon of energy.
All this said, being a cocoon of energy, do you “leak” your energy? What that means is that you only have so much energy, like a battery and if you leak your energy you weaken yourself.
How do you weaken yourself and leak energy? Easy, by letting your emotions and specifically fear control you. When you “get into” your fears and negative emotions that is akin to putting a nail into a tire and creating a small leak.
It’s vital that we examine our lives and observe our behaviors. How often and to what degree do you let your negative emotions and fear control you? That whatever that degree is the exact degree to which you weaken yourself.
In this episode I share the seven primary ways which you leak your energy. I briefly talk about what other spiritual paths call these ways and I share all this from the perspective of shamanism which pervades and is older than all other ways.
As you hear me share these seven ways what is vital is that you do not judge yourself and feel bad about yourself. What is important is to become aware of how you squander your energy and then start releasing your old ways and improving your behavior.
The unfortunate thing about depleting your energy is that it takes your power away to heal yourself and to manifest, and that is the point of this entire episode, to make you more powerful.
We all want to manifest and stay healthy, and the more we abuse and leak our very own energy, the less ability we have for self healing and manifestation, and then we’re in trouble.

If you have tried to run from your life, then this episode is for you. And truth be told, most people in life are “runners” in that they try to run from jobs, circumstances, relationships and people.
In 1990 I was waiting tables, and I hated my job. I mention cappuccino in the headline and this episode because in this job, I had to make a lot of cappuccino. And one day, when making cappuccino, I said, “I hate this. I’m going to change my life. I’m going to move across the country.”
Being a mere 25 years old, what I didn’t realize is that no matter where I moved, I would take myself with me.
My point is I was running, and as you’re reading this, you may think, “No Jim, that does not apply to me because…..”
Truth be told it most likely does apply to you because…
If you’re wanting to leave a job because you hate it, you’re running from it. You are the one who created it and if you leave it you’ll just take yourself with you.
If you’re wanting to leave a relationship because it does not work for you anymore is it because you two are no longer compatible which could be real or is it because you’re tired of all the relationship challenges, which you had a hand in creating?
If you’re wanting to create more money in your life are you running from the changes you have to make in yourself to make it happen? If so, this is why you keep repeating your old patterns over and over again. You want change but you’re not willing to change enough to create the outcomes you want.
Whether we want to believe it or not, this applies to most of us. We have created what we have in life because of who we are in the moment but we try to change things without changing ourselves and if we do that, metaphorically speaking, we’re going to be making cappuccino over and over again until you create changes in your life.
What’s vital and I talk about in in this episode is that we make the necessary changes and we actually follow through with me.
In this episode I talk about three ways your brain holds you back from change and what to do instead so you stop finding yourself like me, “making cappuccino,” and living your same life over and over.

I’m asked that question all the time, “Hey Jim, what’s going on in the world?”
At face value, how would I know any more than any other person on the planet who is not a behind-the-scenes power player?
However, I have heard a great deal from my brother-in-law, don Xavier.
He’s talked about this for years. Changes on the planet – human corruption, power plays, human ego, you know, the destructive side of human beings. And, magnetic pole shifts on the planet and the devastation humans are creating.
There are two things I want to address in this episode, the 6th mass potentially extinction coming to humanity. Yes, you read that right, and no, it’s not some Tom Clancy movie script. Even reputable scientists and organizations have placed humans well into the process of another global extinction.
The second thing is the control and manipulation on the planet, I touch less on this though it’s a HOT and controversial topic, but anyone with their eyes and mind open can see that many things happening on the planet “Don’t make sense.”
So, what is happening?
Listen and I’ll share some thoughts. Candidly, don Xavier has talked about this for decades with me and in very specific detail and I have never shared the details, and I’m not starting here, but I can share some general food for thought.
Why I don’t share what has been shared with me is because the masses don’t want to hear it. They want to hear what confirms their individual models of reality. Remember, “Most people don’t ask for the truth, they ask for what confirms their reality.
Some might like this episode, some may hate it. My ONLY agenda is to give you power and help you live a more spiritually aligned life, energetically.

That’s a bold question I think. I mean, who is to say what the value of life is and what a life well lived is?
Let’s make it simpler. Are you over the moon happy with what you’re doing in life in terms of your productivity? OK, put simpler, your job?
Do you absolutely love what you do for a living?
If you do, then all of this week’s podcast may not be for you but I assure you, some will strike a chord because even if you like or love your job, it does not mean you are aligned with your higher purpose.
And, if you’re like the majority of people. You do what you do for a paycheck, to make a living, and even for what you think your definition of security is.
So the next question is: How fulfilled are you in your life? But, let’s look deeper. Not just in what you have created like maybe a large company or a successful business but if you looked back over your life can you say, “I came to planet Earth with amazing resources I have gathered over lifetimes and I applied every bit of that to my experience on the planet?”
That’s another bold and huge statement. Have you applied all your lifetimes of experience having been on the planet to your time now on the planet?
If not, why not?
Another massive question and I’m full of questions today. Do you know your dharma? I mean…why, why are you on the planet? What are you here to do while in this life?
And, if you can’t answer the last question have you considered that you’re living your life completely lost and off-target. If that’s the case is it any surprise that you’re not creating what you want in life?
This episode is for you if you’re not getting what you want in life.

This is an unusual podcast episode and one I feel will be both educational and inspirational to many.
A few months back my Fall Transformational Coaching Program participated in a campaign to raise funds for a global charity called charity: water. charity: water brings water infrastructure to remote villages in the world where there is no water.
I was blown away by the extraordinary generosity of my group. In just one week we raised $124,000 for charity: water and we changed the lives of many people, especially women, for a generation.
In this episode I interviewed Scott Harrison, he’s the founder of charity: water.
Scott has an interesting story. As you’ll hear, he went from a nightclub promoter to someone who created a charity that’s doing extraordinary things in the world!
Initially, I wanted to interview him to hear his personal story so others could be inspired and learn from it and it turned into a segment about charity: water, which candidly, we should all hear.
It’s mind-blowing the number of women in the world who spend an entire day just gathering and carrying water for their family. You’ll hear some extraordinary stories in this interview.
In the end, Scott did share how he learned to live his life and that is exactly what I wanted to come across to you. Living your life for things greater than yourself. Living your life in service.
Living your life for others is the surest way to create an extraordinary life for yourself.

This week is a bit unusual because it’s not my normal podcast format. It’s an Instagram LIVE turned into a podcast episode.
I got a lot of feedback from the podcast interview with Bruce Lipton, as I expected. 99% of if was positive and supportive and then, of course, you’re never going to please everyone, the other 1%.
I want to highlight here what I covered in that IG LIVE / Podcast.
I dove into the history of Science and gave examples of how the science of today is incomplete and only a “data point.” As well, it’s not the end-all-be-all word on all matters in life and especially not in medicine and the potential of the human body.
I touched on the “Human condition” and the deceptions of humanity, especially around government agendas, money, and control…and even more specifically about health care. It may upset a lot of people but I stated what I have observed as the obvious. The majority of the health care system in the US is a profit-driven machine and to a large degree, the system works in the best interest of the profiteers, not people in need of medical care and healing.
Next, I went into why you should seek medical care when matters of trauma arise and how it’s smart to get a medical opinion but to use it only as a “data point.” In my personal experience, working with the mind-body connection, the subconscious mind, the power of the proven placebo effect, and ancient healing methods often produce far greater results in actual healing as opposed to dependency on medical intervention.
I was a bit fired up because it’s disturbing to observe so much corruption on the planet that actually hurts millions if not billions of people, specifically around pharmaceutical companies and health care. And for what? Profit and control!
I know this was a Q&A but I did answer the questions on my fired-up tirade. Some will hate it, some will like it. Does not matter, do your OWN research and you’ll find a great deal of truth in what I said on this IG live.
As well, some of the questions were asked from incomplete models of logic and were asked from very limited understandings of medicine, healing, and the human/spiritual connection itself. Do some research in this area, you might just be surprised how much power you have in your own mind to heal yourself of any and all ailments.
And finally, I talk a bit about my healing and how others can heal using the power of their mind. It’s shockingly simple, I DID IT, I had BOTH a stroke and heart failure in 2020 and I’m healthy today, it is so simple to heal that most of us miss it.
If I can do it, you can do it. And, it does require that you start trusting the inherent wisdom in your mind and body and not rely on the “medical system” so much.

So, from the headline, let’s finish it: You probably won’t change your life until you hit threshold.
What’d does this mean?
It means if you’re like most people you won’t do anything different in your life until you’re in enough pain to do something different.
You may complain, hope, wish, want, and pray but at the end of the day you already know that won’t work and at that point, people will do one of two things: They’ll quit and sink deeper or they’ll be sick and tired of being sick and tried and finally do something different.
Let’s look at this in a different way.
Nothing much will change in your life until you get sick and tired of being sick and tired or until you just get tired of hitting threshold and you commit to working from outside your comfort zone. It’s generally staying in your comfort zone that compounds into more and even greater pain.
So, can you relate or are you one of the small percentage that says, “Hey Jim, I listen to your podcast and others and I’m into personal development and I have been for years, what you are saying does not apply to me.”
My question to you…Are you so sure you’re actually different than the other people in the other category that I talk about?
Truth be told, you’re not much different even if you think you are? You’re just different but only by degree but not by doing every single thing, it takes to create the exact life that you want.
Even people into personal development, I see many struggle for decades and they are always developing themselves and they do feel better but often times I still see them dead broke, sick, etc.
WHY?
Because they won’t change and they won’t change because they are not in enough pain yet.
So, no matter where you are on the spectrum of change, you can always do better and do more but things have to change in you for things to change in your life. And, you have to abandon your old model of working from the motivation of pain.
Transformational Takeaway: Nothing much will change in your life until you get sick and tired of being sick and tired or until you just get tired of hitting threshold and you commit to working from outside your comfort zone. It’s generally staying in your comfort zone that compounds into more and even greater pain.

Wow, what a podcast interview this week. Bruce Lipton was my guest. What a great guy!
Bruce was on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine and later performed groundbreaking stem cell research at Stanford Medical School. His pioneering research on cloned human stem cells presaged today’s revolutionary new field of epigenetics.
He is the bestselling author of The Biology of Belief and The Honeymoon Effect, and he is the co-author, with Steve Bhaerman, of Spontaneous Evolution. Bruce received the prestigious Goi Peace Award (Japan) in honor of his scientific contribution to world harmony.
Bruce has a worldwide following so you may or may not have heard some of what we talk about. However, in the last part of the interview I opened the door to “What do you think about that pesky little virus going around the planet?”
In the first part of the interview, we talked about…
How genes do not control your life, as we have been conditioned to believe. Your nervous system reads your environment, interprets your environment, and then sends the control signal to your cells. And, from there your cells correspond to the signals and create health or sickness.
Said in plain English, sickness and cancer do not start first in the body, they start in the mind and in our thinking.
We talked about how controlling your genes is not in your genes, it’s in your environment and he went on to share that we actually control our genes by our interpretations/thoughts.
And yes, we talked about stress and how it shuts down your immune system and how all mainstream media keeps the masses in a constant start of stress which makes them more vulnerable to picking up a virus or sickness.
And, that lead to the talk about the pesky little virus on the planet. Many will like his answer, many will not. Personally, I like his message and agree with it.

If you’re like most people and if you were asked “How soon do you quit?” you’d probably be inclined to not admit it if you were so inclined.
This episode is obviously about not quitting before you create what you want in life.
If we look at simple motivation we’ll discover and we have heard things like, “You have to keep your nose to the grindstone” but if that really worked then wouldn’t we all just keep our noses to the grindstone? Obviously, we don’t keep moving forward when things get tough, most of us just quit.
When we’re talking about perseverance it comes down to a few things. In this episode, I talk about responsibility, self-integrity, resources, and resourcefulness. And, I talk a bit about the brain-based influences of following through and not quitting.
The predominant themes in this call are resourcefulness and creativity. Meaning, we often quit because we lack resourcefulness and/or creativity.
In simple terms, when we hit a wall, instead of “figuring it out” we lack the creativity to figure it out and most of us quit. And, then we wonder why we never have what we truly want in life.
When we recognize that resourcefulness is one of the most powerful traits we can have and exhibit we can then make just about anything happen that we want to in life.
I also hop over to intention, will, and making things happen in life instead of quitting.
Transformational Takeaway: The bottom line is that if you don’t have something in life that you want then you are not being 100% responsible for making it happen and you’re not being resourceful enough to be responsible.

There is probably not a person who listens to this podcast that does not get into fear.
Fear is debilitating. It’s more debilitating than any disease, and many times fear itself keeps people “in” disease.
I am currently finishing this Spring’s offering of my 14-week transformational program and I observe many people getting into fear and that is exactly what inspired this episode.
Many people want to enroll in my full immersion program and they are afraid of the investment. Even though I have a full 100% guarantee and 1000s of student video testimonials, many don’t believe it and still get into fear.
I used to have these six questions in my Be-Do-Have series that I also just finished, but I took them out of it this round. I should have left them in.
Normally, I’d tell you the six questions, but I won’t because you have to listen to the podcast to hear them all. Listen to them carefully. These questions are ones I have used personally for many years.
These days I get into very few fears, which I discuss in the episode, but all of these questions have helped me tremendously at one time or another in my life. And, they can do the same for you when you write them down and ask yourself one or all of these questions the next time fear strikes you.
Chew on them, ponder them, see how they apply to your own life and how you can use them to get out of your comfort zones.

This was an interesting interview with one of my former students, Prashant, because it covered a lot of topics.
We talked about how Prashant went from “over commanding others and possessiveness” to an amazing relationship with his wife.
What’s fascinating, to say the least, is that when he heard me say a single thing about death, it released him from a lifetime of fear about death and he also let released his “over commanding others” as a result.
Prashant's earlier nature was to control and command others, even his wife. Of course, when he stopped that, his relationship with his wife transformed.
We go on and talk about the extreme power of ANYI and how that can bring huge abundance into your life just as it did for him. It freed him from chasing business to literally transforming his business to the degree that he could turn down millions of dollars of potential business.
Further, we talked about the power of habits and how that has helped him transform his health and body.
Self-awareness came up and the importance of “taking action” with self-awareness.
And, finally, we discussed the subtle difference that many to most people into personal development miss and that is the deeper value of studying personal development and taking action on it.
As I said, this interview was all over but I’m certain many people will relate to a lot of it and find value.

My statement, “You are the ultimate power in the universe,” seems like the exaggeration of a lifetime, right? I mean, can you even fathom that you actually are the ultimate power in the universe?
If you cannot, no worries; most of us cannot. In this episode, I want to take you on a journey to understand that you are indeed the ultimate power. To think differently is to demonstrate a lack of understanding about the true nature and essence of your being.
In this episode, I first explore the difference between thinking about your existence deductively and then inductively. We start by looking at your life from a higher perspective. Then, we move on to viewing your life in the here and now from this elevated viewpoint.
Next, I provide you with four sentences to live by, and these sentences are the cosmic truth about you. They reflect the true nature and power within you, and when you absorb their truth, everything starts to change for you. You begin reclaiming the power you gave up to society and social indoctrination when you incarnated onto this planet.

The headline of this podcast sounds like motivational hyperbole, but is it?
In this episode, I interview one of my students, Leticia, and she’ll share with you how before we met me she was driven by “negativity, feelings of being lost, broken, unworthy and in complete victim mentality”.
Not only all this, but she also had “no idea” she was living this way because it had become a way of life for her. She became blind to her complete unhappiness because she lived it subconsciously and had lived it for so many years.
This goes to show all of us. No matter where we are in life, our external life is a reflection of our internal subconscious paradigms.
As I have said many times and you’ll hear her say, “She was operating from her head and not her heart.” And, this is vital that we all come to know this. I was the same when younger in life and what I have found is that when we work from our analytical mind we only find ourselves in the same traps over and over again.
On top of all this, she was in an “abusive relationship” and she felt like she could not get out because the world was in the midst of covid, her husband was disabled and she had no mobility because of lockdowns.
Some can relate to her story, come cannot as many of us are not “that far down in life,” but everyone listening can realize one thing – no matter where you are in life you can change and have a better life when you work from one context.
And, that context is this…. “That’s enough, you are worthy.”
The reason most of us don’t have what we want in life is because we do not feel worthy.

This is a really fascinating episode that demonstrates it does not matter where we came from because what really matters is how to choose to manage our thinking and our circumstances.
In this episode, I interview Priscilla, one of my current TCP students. As you’ll hear her say, she grew up in low-income housing and in an unpredictable world of chaos given her housing.
As a result of this, she learned at an early age to live in a constant state of anxiety and panic and she lives from catastrophic thinking.
As you’ll hear, she’s an ardent student of personal development, and she’s even been to some well-known programs, and though she learned a lot, she still had the debilitating past emotions and anxiety and trauma in her life.
Like many people, she had become so conditioned to the anxiety and catastrophic thinking that she had come to believe that “this is just the way life is.” Millions of people all around the world live constant states of anxiety, and hopefully, her story will be a beacon of hope and light to them. We don’t have to live in and with anxiety, most of us just don’t know any different.
Some huge takeaways from this episode are also that she “thought she knew it all” as she was going through my transformational coaching program, yet, even thinking this, she still had all the negative emotions and she quickly discovered that despite her foray into personal development for years, she never changed her subconscious context, hence, she kept repeating all the old debilitating thinking over and over again. This lead her to realize that working from what she thought she already knew was one of her biggest obstacles to getting the true transformation she wanted.
As well, she’ll reinforce how her life has gone from “work” to a life of revitalization and service, and she made this happen.

A few times a year I do LIVE coaching on Instagram. Candidly I think I could have done a better job on the last LIVE session but my team thought there were some nuggets in there that people could benefit from. So, I agreed to use the session as a podcast episode.
When I do NO BS coaching, it’s always a LIVE session and I cut right to the heart of the matter of what people are trying to work through.
In this episode, there were 5 “Hot Seats.”
Hot seat #1 was Patty, who was stuck on how to put herself out there with her new business venture. If you’re wanting to do something in life but you’re stuck or you’re in fear, then my conversation with Patty will resonate with you.
Hot seat #2 was Randy- Randy didn’t actually have a question, but everything happens for a reason and well, Randy shared that he has listened to every single episode of my podcast and it has transformed his life. I’m living my dharma and you’ve heard me say before, “If you don’t LOVE what you do, you’re wasting your life” and Randy was a great example of what happens when you make the choice to go all-in on what you love to do and what you’re on the planet to do.
Hot seat #3 was Christy. Christy, like so many others, has felt the effects of the past two years and she and I dialogue about how to navigate unpredictable times. This one is a biggie. Even if you feel you’ve been able to navigate the past two years and difficult times pretty well, make sure you pay special attention to this one if you’re looking for more inner peace.
Hot seat #4: If you’re the analytical type or if you’re wanting to value health over money or success, then my hot seat with Rafa will help you tremendously. Have you ever thought about the culture that you were brought up in and what it programmed you to believe? This one provided a lot of people with some powerful questions to start asking yourself.
And the last hot seat was with Tia who shared that she has been awakened after listening to my podcasts, especially episode #204 where I talked about what’s going on with the world. She asked how she can help more people. And she also asked a very powerful question at the end. A question that everyone can benefit from immensely.
I’ll be doing more episodes like this from time to time.

There’s a phrase uttered by Richard Bandler, one of the co-founders of NLP, NeuroLinguinstic Programming.
That phrase is: “The quality of your life is dependent upon the quality of questions you ask yourself.”
So, in this episode, I have seven questions for you and all of these have been asked to me by my mentor, don Xavier. Actually, I looked at old notes, I wrote these questions down in 2002.
If you’re like me you’re always looking for growth, evolvement, and transformation in life and at the least hopefully, these questions can help you with some illumination.
Also, as simple as these may seem, you will find a deeper explanation inside this week’s podcast episode.
The seven questions are:
[3:17] When are your two biggest fears valid?
[9:25] Do you manage yourself with your body?
[17:29] Do you like living in the past?
[24:22] Do you use your left brain or your right brain more to figure out life?
[31:59] How often do you use your excuses as reasons?
[37:48] Do you fall by your own weight?
[40:40] Would you rather have a pleasurable or perturbed life?
All of these may sound like a simple snap answer, but when you look deeper, there is a great deal of introspection to be had with them.

I’m asked that question all the time, “Hey Jim, what’s going on in the world?”
At face value, how would I know any more than any other person on the planet who is not a behind-the-scenes power player?
However, I have heard a great deal from my brother-in-law, don Xavier.
He’s talked about this for years. Changes on the planet – human corruption, power plays, human ego, you know, the destructive side of human beings. And, magnetic pole shifts on the planet and the devastation humans are creating.
There are two things I want to address in this episode, the 6th mass potentially extinction coming to humanity. Yes, you read that right, and no, it’s not some Tom Clancy movie script. Even reputable scientists and organizations have placed humans well into the process of another global extinction.
The second thing is the control and manipulation on the planet, I touch less on this though it’s a HOT and controversial topic, but anyone with their eyes and mind open can see that many things happening on the planet “Don’t make sense.”
So, what is happening?
Listen and I’ll share some thoughts. Candidly, don Xavier has talked about this for decades with me and in very specific detail and I have never shared the details, and I’m not starting here, but I can share some general food for thought.
Why I don’t share what has been shared with me is because the masses don’t want to hear it. They want to hear what confirms their individual models of reality. Remember, “Most people don’t ask for the truth, they ask for what confirms their reality.
Some might like this episode, some may hate it. My ONLY agenda is to give you power and help you live a more spiritually aligned life, energetically.

I’ve not done an interview with any of my past students in quite some time and I’m starting a short series again. This short series will assist many in understanding that any of us can change our lives quickly and live extraordinary lives when we make a few simple adjustments.
One of the biggest challenges most people have is money and abundance. The irony is that making money is really pretty easy and most people make it exceptionally challenging. I know it’s both hard and easy because I used to be one of those people who made it super hard and now I make it super easy and teach my transformational students to do the same.
In this episode, I’m visiting with Michele, one of my students. As you will hear, after going through my 14-week transformational coaching program she transformed her lifelong negative relationship with money. And, not only that, she went from a grade school teacher’s income to over $100,000 in just one year in her side business.
Yes, she kept her job as a teacher because she loves teaching and she also turned it into a side business that makes her over $100,000 per year and she’ll tell you in her own words – it was pretty easy.
As I have said, “Money is EASY to attract.” Yes, as you know, most of us make it hard. So, listen to Michele’s story and she’s going to share the secret that I have even shared here on my podcast. One that’s so simple that we often miss it.
This one secret has brought over $15,000,000 into my own life in just a few years. Seriously and honestly!
And, no pie-in-the-sky. No rah-rah, no BS! Attracting large sums of money is simply about working in the way that the universe works. As hokey as that sounds, that is the truth. Michele is proof. I am proof and 1000s of my students can tell you the same. Money is easy to attract.

Have you ever wondered why it’s so hard to be who and what you are in front of others?

Right now I’m afraid that I’m going to be judged for my last two dangling participles but who cares. Grammar nitpickers are going to hate, right?
Candidly, it’s easy to be who you are but it’s the fear that you’re going to be judged that stops you. And, for many, that fear is debilitating.
As well, for those who do live their lives on their own terms and from their own values, they have essentially liberated themselves from the enslavement of others.
In this episode, I talk about something that happened to me nearly 30 years ago that set me free of the judgment of pleasing others, trying to be liked, and looking for approval from others.
When we get to that place in our lives…that is true freedom.
This episode is a very personal one and hopefully it can help others free themselves from the suffocation of trying to gain the love and approval of others.

A few days ago I was thinking way back to 1988, my first year out of college. One August morning I woke up pawing at the sheets and throwing up. Little did I know I was having a panic/anxiety attack.
With no access to mental health care, I struggled with that for a year until I remembered back to some mental training I had a few years prior. Using that training I completely eliminated a life condition that debilities many people for years and for many, they take medications.
In this episode, I share how I stumbled onto self-hypnosis and I share all the many ways you can use it.
I know I talked about it in earlier episodes but this one is my own story and how I used self-hypnosis to regain function in my life.
Being a former hypnotist I have heard a bazillion times, “I don’t believe in hypnosis.” Candidly, this is an ignorant statement.
Hypnosis and the power of it have been endorsed by pretty much every credible medical, scientific, and psychological association and organization in the world.
Simply put, it’s the “power of the mind.”
No matter where you are in life: facing surgery, giving birth, anxiety, depression, fears, physical pain, PTSD, or even performance anxiety – sexual or otherwise, self-hypnosis CAN most likely assist you in healing and living the life you want!

This is an episode that I’m truly passionate about. The fact that the mainstream world is indoctrinated into mediocre and powerless thinking has long bothered me.
The mainstream world keeps people unhappy, broke, overweight, lonely, and sick.
Many people find this statement shocking and if that’s the case they are most likely blind to what’s really happening in the world and to what is being done to them.
Being a former hypnotist people would often ask me, “Is it easy to get someone into hypnosis?” My answer was always, “No, that’s easy, it’s actually hard to get people out of hypnosis.”
Meaning, you, me, all of us have been indoctrinated and conditioned into our thinking, and most times that thinking is counterproductive and keeps us trapped. For millions around the world, it also keeps this sick, overweight, and just downright broke.
From the time we pop out of the womb the world “programs” us – TV, news, advertising, school, family, church, medicine…all of it teaches us what reality is and truth be realized, it’s all wrong. Or rather, a great deal of it is wrong and to a larger degree is incomplete.
Just one simple example. Health and wellness. The world, doctors, and advertising program us into thinking it’s hard to heal and even worse, that we’re going to get sick. This is not just a fact. The power of your mind is extraordinary and when you discover it and learn to use it then just about any life you want is available to you.
In this episode, I touch on and give examples of how we are kept down and unhappy when we follow the indoctrination given to us by the world around us.
Want a much better life? Learn to see outside all you have been mentally “fed” in your life.
Break free of all your indoctrination and the first place to start is the realization of it and how deeply it runs in our lives.
Transformational Takeaway: Be in this world, but not of this world.

You obviously know the name of my podcast is The Transform Your Life From The Inside Out Podcast and I want to go in the opposite direction in this episode and share a powerful way you can also transform your life from the outside in.
Because I work in the transformational field I’m always watching people, looking for new ideas, and keeping my antenna up for podcast ideas, and this week a lightning bolt idea hit me about the topic for this episode.
Einstein said, “Only a life lived in service to others is worth living.” And, as much as we think we fully understand what that means most of us do not and as a result, we suffer in ways that we don’t have to.
I ask you to truly, deeply, and fully ponder a single question. The question is, “Do you seek first to take care of others or to take care of yourself?”
I want to be clear. I do not mean this in an altruistic way or that you live your life for others at the expense of your own. I’m talking about service to others before service to self.
I can safely make a bet about all and anyone who listens to my podcast: They want to transform their lives.
Despite the desire for transformation, so many people spend years or a lifetime spinning their wheels in the same ruts and patterns because they are doing things in an ineffective way.
What I recognized from one of my students this week is that when we serve others with an open heart and devotedly then our own life starts to transform.
There is a lot I want to say about this but you have to listen to the episode so I can explain why this happens and how you can use it for your own self-transformation!
The keys to everything we want in life are right in front of us and because of how we are conditioned by our parents and society we miss the keys to the life of our dreams.
As you always hear me say, we have to first transform our lives from the inside out but when we serve others we inadvertently transform our lives from the outside in.

In the past, I have often said, “Being stuck” in life, no such thing. Cars can get stuck, things can get stuck but people cannot get stuck. Why, because they have the ability to change things and do different things.
So, in this episode I talk about – “Something” leads to something and what does that mean?
It’s so simple that most of us miss the power of this simple phrase.
Oftentimes in life, we are stuck or directionless when in fact the answers are in front of us all the time, yet we are too busy being stuck to see the obvious answer.
I myself, years back, have found myself “stuck.” In particular, I remember 2014 when I was burned out, tired, and in limbo as to what I wanted to do with the rest of my professional life.
I remember one day when I was pacing the den the answer came to me. The answer of how to get “unstuck” and to change my life came to me in a flash and had this answer not hit me I seriously doubt I’d even be doing this podcast today.
This epiphany I came to, it’s available to everyone and it’s pretty much free, we just have to act upon it and when we do, I promise, something will lead to something. And, when new things come into our awareness then so do possible new opportunities.
Be sure to listen to this episode, after all, before you listen to it you have no idea what it’s going to lead to, right?
