Nick Sheppard
Season 1 · Episode 1
lundi 13 avril 2026 • Duration 01:37:50
Nick Sheppard joins us to trace the lines of his extraordinary life.
From coming of age in the midst of the burgeoning punk zeitgeist in England in the 1970's as he forged his musical path with The Cortinas, to his time in The Clash towards the somewhat contenious end of their run as "the only band that matters"
Nick discusses all this along with his many current musical outlets, his obversations about the evolution of the music industry and his life's journey that has taken him from Bristol to Perth - via stages all over the world.

Paul Drake
Season 1
lundi 27 avril 2026 • Duration 01:29:52
Paul Drake has lived an extraordinary life...
Paul was on the road as a Tour Manager & Photographer for an incredible array of bands from the 90's alternative music explosion.
He was in the van and front & centre to witness the rise of bands like Jimmy Eat World, At The Drive In, The Get Up Kids, The VSS and many, many more over the next few decades.
And all the while Paul documented these years in his own imitable style with his wonderful photography.
Among many other topics we discussed the journey from DIY small venue shows to larger venues and festivals as the bands he worked with had their meteoric rise, what it is like to be responsible for the logistics of a tour and his incredible work in the field of band photography.
