You’ll also hear me share the life lessons that God taught me during training for my 7th half marathon this summer, as well as things He revealed to me on Race Day, when I was actually running the 21.1 km run.

I actually have a tattoo on my left ankle to remind me of this song I wrote about healing from my eating disorder. The song is called "Free" and I wrote it out of a desire to be whole.
