Following on from a competitive career in shooting, Gemma made the move into shooting administration as the Shooting Sport Operations Manager at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

More lately Gemma’s interests have focused on rifle shooting and hunting, and as well as encouraging others to become involved in shooting and hunting.
