And I realised I hardly have any video games to talk about, so what I decided was because I play so many video games each month that I would do a new series called "Games I played" and what that means is at the end of each month there will be a bonus episode where I talk about in short form the games I played that month. In today's christmas day special episode I have decided to look at a family favourite of mine "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" from 2000, with Jim Carrey in the role of the Grinch who plays the part marvelously! This is a movie that we watch multiple times over the winter holidays and is one we quote all the time. And now with this movie watched and reviewed for the show, that's all the Dr Seuss live action movies covered! which just leaves the animated movies left. But we will get to that point next year, for now it's christmas say and it's time to learn how the grinch stole Christmas and why this movie is so loved and cherished.

It is the end of November and the winter has definitely settled in and things are starting to get cold. So to wrap up the month before we head into Christmas. I wanted to do one final Game Review of the year. But I didn't just want to do any game, I wanted it to be special, something grand and epic and that would fit in perfectly with the idea behind my £5 Bargain or bin Series. So I decided to talk about Valiant Hearts: The Great War (2014) A hard hitting emotional theme wrap around puzzles and true story & true events of the first world war. I grew up a fan of this show and it's characters, and this game has been on my list since it was announced but I never got around to it! well finally I saw it on sale and knew it was time to give it a play and this review is my full thoughts on the topic! We are really close to the end of Mass Effect, but just before we finish the original series with ME3. First we must wade through crap to get our prize! and that crap being this book. Now I know that I am known as the positive guy of podcasting, but this book really broke me so if you have ever wanted to see me negative on a topic then today your day!

Welcome back to the podcast! today I am going to be carrying on my journey through the world of Studio Ghibli by watching and reviewing the movie that started it all for me, and was the reason why I became fascinated with the studio in the first place! the movie being the 1992 MasterPiece "In my opinion" Porco Rosso!

But I'm different somehow, its almost as if i've changed. Like I've regenerated since the last time I did this all the way back in Series 1 of the Podcast when I was still young, dumb and had no idea what I was doing. But look at me now! in Series 3 and i'm like a new bean right off the beanstalk! This special episode has been a very long time coming, from reading all of the books and slowly making my way through the series as if i was a child again in 2006 watching his favourite show and reading along with the novels!!

Howdy beans! We are back, it's the end of July so you know what that means, it's time for some Mass Effect and this time we are taking a deep dive journey into the world of Mass Effect 2 (2010).

One of my absolute favourite games of the whole trilogy, all of them are special in their own right, the first game was the genesis of things to come, and the third game took everything learned and improved in most places, probably not the end, but that's not the point either way its a special game that did something new in the series. But Mass Effect 2 was its own thing, free from the reapers to an extent, it opened up the universe more, and allowed you to explore linier storys that felt just as grand and epic as the main game!

Howdy Beans! we are back finally looking at the legendary blue sky studios. It has been a long while since we have looked at a movie from them, the last being Epic from (2013) well one year later Blue Sky decided to revisit one of there movies, & no it wasn't ice age and no it wasn't robots sadly. But the Rio franchise.

Howdy Beans! I have a new idea for a series. I am a lover of a good bargain and I never tend to buy anything for full price. And nowhere is that more true then when buying video game, I always buy them when they are on sale or at a carboot or charity shop.

So I had this idea for a new series where I take a game for £5 and I try and see if i got myself a bargain or not, and my plan is to rate the game on that merit. Should it be worth £5? or would I have paid more? or would I have wanted to really pay less? and come to an overall conclusion as to if the game really worth it or not.

So to begin this challenge I thought I'd start at the top with Kingdom Hearts 3! I have no prior experience with this game/world. I know nothing at about it apart from it involves disney and final fantasy charecters and thats about it. So my question stands, is Kingdom Hearts 3 worth the £5 entry or is it not? well I guess you are going to have to listen to the episode to find out.

Howdy beans! 3 months ago I reviewed Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001) then I covered it's underrated sequel, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider – The Cradle of Life (2003) both helmed by the gorgeous and talented Angelina Jolie! and then silence, until in (2018) they made another one, and that is the movie I am reviewing today.
