We're taking a little holiday for most of September, so Project Towers will be quiet for a bit. While we're off soaking up the sun, we thought it’d be fun to dig into our archives and replay some of our fan-favorite episodes. Welcome to the Horror Project Podcast. Join hosts Laura and Phil as they review Cabin Fever (2002).

This week on the podcast we check out Cabin Fever, and we were surprised by the behaviour and attitudes of the characters in the movie. The story follows five college graduates who rent a cabin in the woods and start getting infected by a gruesome flesh-eating virus, drawing the attention of the murderous locals. We discussed the strange tone, the hit-or-miss comedic scenes, Dennis the hand-biting-boy, the special FX, and how it was an intriguing watch two decades prior to the Covid pandemic.
