After 3 years in a busy corporate gym, training a wide range of clientele, (from extreme weight loss to busy executives) she decided to pursue a passion she had always suppressed, a career working with athletes.

Sylvie went back to school to become an RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist), FDN (Functional Diagnoistic Nutritionist) and CSSIN (Certified Sports Nutritionist). Since that time her career has exploded and she has worked with some of the top professional athletes (NHL/AHL/NCCA, UFC, NFL and Olympians).
