Kristin Reihman, MD: The Brain Health Round Up | The Healing Grove Podcast
26 Aug 2024
00:40:56
Over the past week I have shared some of what happened to my brain in 2022, during or shortly after an elective surgery on my neck. As I was crafting those emails, I was thinking about how we've never had a guest on the Podcast who'd recovered their brain after such an injury. Given my close work with brain-injured kids and Lymies with brain fog, it dawned on me that hey, we need one!
And then it dawned on me that maybe I am that guest. So that's who you're getting this week.
I hope you find this vulnerable sharing helpful, and not off-putting. I do this in the hopes that someone, somewhere, will find it valuable to hear my story. If you have someone you know who is challenged by a brain not functioning optimally, I would be honored if you would share this episode with them.

Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD: Welcome to the Sophia Health Institute | The Healing Grove Podcast
03 Jun 2024
00:54:51
Dr. Klinghardt has been a leader in the field of tick-borne infections, autoimmunity, and complex medically mysterious illnesses for over 30 years.
Dr. Klinghardt is a physician of incredible brilliance, scientific rigor, compassion, and intuition: a rare combination in today's doctors. His annual seminars, which I attended regularly before the pandemic, brought together the most cutting-edge researchers and practitioners from the fields of Lyme, autism, mold injury, PANS and PANDAS, chemical sensitivity, autoimmunity, parasitology, and beyond. Looking back over my scribbled notes from 2012 onward, I can see evidence of my mind being blown right and left--and the laying down of stepping stones of an emerging knowledge base about how to approach, treat, and heal syndromes thought by allopathic medicine to be incurable. I knew from the very first conference that this was the teacher who would bring clarity to my journey, and show me a path forward.

Nicole DeBoom: How I Overcame My Allergy to Exercise | The Healing Grove Podcast
27 May 2024
00:52:26
This week I brought in my longtime friend fellow Yale Swammer, Nicole DeBoom. You may remember Nicole because she interviewed me for the trailer of the Healing Grove Podcast way back when. Well, she is back to interview me again because, at the time of this conversation, I was about to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to swim through the Greek Cyclades islands with some swim buddies from college. This opportunity came to me seemingly out of the blue last fall, and though I can't say that I initially jumped at the idea of getting back into swimming training after 31 years out of the water, the long and the short of it is that I ultimately decided that I wanted to be the person who says YES! to adventures that thrill yet terrify, and so here I am.
If you'd asked me ten years ago whether I thought I'd ever be strong enough to swim 5000 meters a day in the open water for 7 days straight, I would have said "Not a chance." Back then I was still crawling out of the hole that was Lyme disease for me: 30 lbs down, barely able to pick up my one-year-old, and frankly a shadow of my former self. So it just goes to show what can happen when you get to the other side of your Lyme Healing Journey. And in honor of Lyme Awareness Month, I have decided to take a deep dive into the learnings of this swim adventure with me.
If you would like to follow along on my adventures in Greece and beyond, you can follow me on Instagram. You can do that here:

Cathleen King, DPT: Cultivating Okay-ness | The Healing Grove Podcast
20 May 2024
00:47:48
Over the past several years, a number of programs for retraining the limbic portion of the brain have popped up. I've leaned into a few of them, including the Gupta Program, DNRS with Annie Hopper, and my friend, Liz Stanley's MMFT. All of these are great programs, and have helped countless people regain their health using tools that fall under the category of "limbic retraining."
Recently, I came across a new kid on the block: Primal Trust, created by Cathleen King, DPT--aka, "Dr. Cat."
Even though I felt like I already had a pretty full tool box to direct my patients to, I decided to lean into her world a little. What I discovered is that for many of the patients I see--some of whom have become increasingly sensitive to a growing list of foods, chemicals, and environmental exposures, including mold--Primal Trust offers another beautiful solution.

Irma Jennings: All About Bone Health | The Healing Grove Podcast
08 Apr 2024
01:02:17
This week I am thrilled to introduce you to my new friend, Irma Jennings.
Irma is a Holistic Bone Coach, but I like to think of her as a "bone whisperer," because she really understands the deepest desires of our skeletal scaffold. Moreover, she is really, really expert at explaining things in ways that are simple, clear, and medically accurate.
With over 13 years of specialized experience in bone health, she provides comprehensive, evidence-based education to her coaching clients so that they are well-informed about osteoporosis management and prevention. She also has a vast network of practitioners with whom she works--people she trusts to "do bones right," as it were--and literally travels to visits with her clients to their bone doctors, where she offers support and advocacy during medical consultations.

Meghan Tveit, MS3: The Healer's Journey, Episode Six | The Healing Grove Podcast
01 Apr 2024
00:36:00
This week I am excited to share the sixth interview I had with Meghan Tveit, MS3. In contrast to previous episodes, some of which involved Meg looking like she would rather have been horizontal, this time we caught up with her during a 4 week elective rotation, as she studies for her Step 2 Medical Exam. In our conversation, Meghan reflected back on her 8-week rotation in internal medicine, and also gave us a synopsis of what she is hoping that her fourth year as a medical student will look like.
It has been awhile since we have heard from Meghan, so in case you need a reminder of who she is, and what she is up to, read on!
Meghan Tveit is a third year medical student at George Washington School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She graduated from Harvard in 2020, and spent almost two months living with our family during the lock-down (probably because my family includes her boyfriend, Mahlon). During that time, I really got to know Meg, and found her intelligence, compassion, empathy, curiosity, and authenticity an inspiration, and hope for the future of medicine. I've been incredibly grateful for Meg's willingness to share her journey through medical education in these little installments, as they provide glimpses into the usually hidden journey of becoming a doctor.

Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD: Autonomic Response Testing | The Healing Grove Podcast
25 Mar 2024
01:07:32
In honor of celebrating the release of our 75th episode of the Healing Grove Podcast, I have a very special guest to introduce to you: Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD.
Dr. Klinghardt has been a leader in the field of tick-borne infections, autoimmunity, and complex medically mysterious illnesses for over 30 years.
If you've been in my circle for any length of time, or read my e-book, then you know that Dr. Klinghardt was one of my earliest teachers in the Lyme and complex mystery illness space. The first Lyme doctor I connected with on my own healing journey, I've been soaking up his pearls of wisdom regularly since 2011.
Ruth Kriz: Understanding the Body's pH for Overall Health | The Healing Grove Podcast
18 Mar 2024
01:02:21
I want to introduce you to someone who has literally changed my life in the last few years. Moreover, she has helped me to do the same for many of my patients. Her name is Ruth Kriz.
Ruth is a nurse practitioner who has identified a group of common genetic variations that help explain why some patients develop chronic infections due to biofilms and others don't. These and several other genetic variations are consistently found in chronic UTI and interstitial cystitis patients but have a broader application to other chronic infections.
Although she has closed her medical practice, she currently consults with practitioners who are interested in learning what testing and supplements are needed to help these patients successfully eliminate these infections and prevent future infections from becoming chronic.

Dr. Heinz is a medical doctor (MD) board-certified with the American Academy of Family Medicine, the American Board of Integrative-Holistic Medicine and the American Board of Physician Specialties in Integrative Medicine. She went on to receive a medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed her family medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network. During this time, she began studying other forms of healing, such as acupuncture, medical group education, homeopathy, herbal medicine and functional medicine. Arleen Ehritz: Colon Hydrotherapy | The Healing Grove Podcast
04 Mar 2024
01:17:42
This week I am delighted to introduce you to my friend, Arleen Ehritz.
Arleen is a colon hydrotherapy practitioner. If your brain is having a hard time imagining what those three words mean, then you've probably never experienced the many benefits of irrigating your butt with warm, purified, gravity-fed water, so you don't know what you're missing. If that's you, then read on! This talk is definitely for you....
And don't worry, you're not alone! Arleen was in the same boat when her young son was diagnosed with Autism. She had never heard of colon hydrotherapy, and might never have found her way to this incredibly useful tool for health and healing except for the fact that when she tried it for her son, things started to change.
And not just change. Over a surprisingly short period of time, he recovered.
From Autism.
Now, I know how controversial it is to say the words "recover" and "autism" in the same breath. Believe me: I know. But when you see recoveries happen yourself, as I have, you know it's possible.
It was shocking for Arleen, though. She was blown away! In fact, she was so inspired that she felt compelled to share this tool with the world. So she got trained and certified, opened her own practice, and has run a successful colon hydrotherapy practice ever since. She even became an instructor through the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy.

Dr. Ben Rall: We Are Designed To Heal | The Healing Grove Podcast
26 Feb 2024
01:13:10
This week I would like you to meet my new friend and colleague, Dr. BenRall.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Rall subscribes to the philosophy that our bodies are self-healing...as long as we avoid the obstacles that can get in their way.
As an author, lecturer, and host of the 5-star rated podcast, Designed to Heal, he is passionate about empowering listeners with a message of hope and self-efficacy.
And as a doctor and owner of his own clinic in Orlando, Florida, Dr. Rall bears witness on a daily basis to what can happen when patients embrace the notion that their bodies are designed to heal, and take the necessary steps to true wellness.
Dr. Rall is not the first chiropractor that I've interviewed, but that should come as no surprise. Chiropractic medicine espouses many things that I believe deeply in myself, such as the importance of good nutrition, quality sleep, meaningful relationships, and excellent posture and daily movement. But it occurred to me as I was preparing for this conversation that I've never had a chiropractor on the podcast to discuss chiropractic medicine, specifically.
I hope that you enjoy our conversation as much as I enjoyed having it!

Alexis Chesney, MS, ND, LAc: Lyme Disease Prevention | The Healing Grove Podcast
12 Feb 2024
00:47:44
This week I want to introduce you to Dr. Alexis Chesney, who I met at the most recent ILADS conference, last October. She was standing next to a stack of her small, pocket-sized books at the Lyme author's table, and I was instantly drawn to both her colorful, well-designed book and her quiet, gentle nature. Within two minutes of speaking with her, I knew I needed to get her on the podcast to share her passion with us, which is the prevention of Lyme disease.
Whenever I am sitting with someone who has been suffering for years with un-diagnosed or under-treated Lyme, I often find myself wishing we could have worked together earlier, before this infection had the chance to negatively impact the immune, endocrine, musculoskeletal, and nervous system. And while it is true that the earlier you catch and begin to address a new infection, the easier it can be to cure it, even this fantasy loses sight of the most important intervention we can make, which is learning to prevent Lyme disease, in the first place.
With spring right around the corner, there is no better time to start planning our prevention strategies. I hope this episode gets you thinking in that direction, so you never need my services!

Karen Mayo: Nutrition for Brain Health | The Healing Grove Podcast
05 Feb 2024
01:07:16
This week I would like to introduce you to Karen Mayo, an Integrative Nutritionist who is currently working out of the Amen Clinics in New York. She’s the award-winning international best-selling author of Mindful Eating: Thirty Days to A Whole New You. She has also made appearances on the Dr. Oz Show, The Jack Canfield Show, and on the TEDx stage.
Karen has made it her life's work to teach people that how they eat matters. After seeing an almost miraculous change in her nephew when feeding him a nutritious diet, she knew her calling in life and has been pursuing it ever since.
When I met Karen in the waiting room of the Amen Clinics, I knew that we were kindred spirits, because we both believe nutrition to be a key factor in overall health. Food can be a hard topic for some of us to tackle, but Karen does it in a way that makes the complexities of nutrition accessible to us all, by zeroing in on the essentials and offering practical suggestions you can immediately implement into your daily routine. As Karen likes to say, “It’s not about dieting, it’s about living!”

Cassandra Stahl: How your Financial Health Affects Your Overall Health | The Healing Grove Podcast
29 Jan 2024
00:39:23
This week I would like to introduce you to Cassandra Stahl....
Cassandra is a wealth management specialist. Maybe it's my bias about "money people," but I still find it fascinating that someone with the kind of deep knowledge of how money works in the world can also be so incredibly well-rounded. In addition to serving as a Partner and Private Wealth Advisor at Northwestern Mutual's Legacy Wealth Planning Group, Cassandra is married, raising two small children, and an avid hiker, runner, and beekeeper. She has been following people like Joe Dispenza and leaning into opportunities for personal and spiritual growth for as long as she's been on the planet. And she is passionate about her job, which she describes as "guiding individuals and small business owners to dream courageously, and to live with purpose."
You can probably see why I knew I had to work with her about 2 minutes into our first meeting. As the friend who introduced us said, "Cassandra speaks the language of money as energy....and then she brings the spreadsheets."
You may be wondering what a conversation about money has to do with your health. As it turns out, it has quite a lot to do with it. And in this talk, Cassandra Stahl explains why.
If you would like to connect with Cassandra Stahl, you can email her here: cassandra.stahl@nm.com

Meghan Tveit, MS 3, is back, this time to tell us all about her rotations in OB/GYN and anesthesia, but if you are not familiar with this very special frequent guest, you can read about her here...
Meghan Tveit is a third year medical student at George Washington School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. A member of the 2020 graduating class of Harvard and my eldest son's girlfriend, Meghan appeared on my doorstep when the world shut down and then spent 6 weeks "bubbling" with us during quarantine, during which time I developed a deep love for her bright, fun, compassionate, thoughtful, and curious approach to Pretty Much Everything. I know by now you are likely growing to love not only Meghan, but what she has to share about her journey on the path to becoming a doctor as well. This episode is particularly special, but you will have to listen to find out why.
In this conversation, you will witness Meghan LIGHT UP as she tells us about the life-changing decision that she has made in her journey towards becoming a doctor. If you've ever wondered how medical students sort themselves into the various and diverse specialties--or what it looks like when a lightning bolt hits them, and they suddenly know exactly where they are meant to serve, as doctors--then you will want to listen to this episode!

Erika Nolan: Healing Through Food | The Healing Grove Podcast
25 Dec 2023
00:43:16
This week I am so excited for you to meet my new friend Erika Nolan. I have been following Erika for awhile now on Instagram, and her work is right in alignment with what I do, so this conversation was very special to me. Many of you know that I spent much of my summer in the garden, growing and harvesting lots of produce and herbs, and Erika has inspired me the whole way. I can't wait for you to hear this conversation and get to know Erika. Here is a little bit about her and how she came to do the work that she is so passionate about...
Erika is a licensed landscape horticulturist and the founder of INSTAR, her holistic health and homestead consulting and education business. After spending 6 months volunteering in the Ecuadorian Amazon and then pursuing music in New York City, she got the devastating news that her mother, and best friend, had a brain tumor, soon followed by breast cancer. Erika then decided to return home to New Orleans where she ultimately made growing organic foods and connecting with nature her passion. Now her mission is to not only grow food organically and reconnect with nature, but to coach other people how to do it too.

Meghan Tveit, MS3: The Healer's Journey, Episode Four | The Healing Grove Podcast
11 Dec 2023
00:48:04
Meghan Tveit has returned to check in with us after spending 6 weeks in a psychiatry rotation. This conversation gets a bit tense as Meghan tells about some very extreme cases that she experienced during this rotation. No worries. No names or personal information have been shared, but I want you to know that Meghan does talk about one case in particular that is more disturbing than others. I am so glad that Meghan could share this with us, but I want you to be prepared, and you will not want children to be present when listening to this episode.
Meghan is a third year medical student at George Washington School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. A member of the 2020 graduating class of Harvard and my eldest son's girlfriend, Meghan appeared on my doorstep when the world shut down and then spent 6 weeks "bubbling" with my family during quarantine, during which time I developed a deep love for her bright, fun, compassionate, thoughtful, and curious approach to Pretty Much Everything. I know by now you are likely growing to love not only Meghan, but what she has to share about her journey on the path to becoming a doctor as well.
If you haven't seen the first three episodes of our Healer's Journey saga, you can review them later: they provide an intimate glimpse into the world of a Real, Live Medical Student, on her path to becoming a physician.

Licensed in New York as a Clinical Social Worker, she has been called to be a bridge between worlds of Western clinical therapy and plant medicine. Her passion is helping humans connect to their authentic selves through traditional indigenous medicine ceremonies, including Ayahuasca. In 2017, I had the good fortune not only to get to know Cristina Maria, but to experience her facilitation of an Ayahuasca ceremony at my wellness center, Trout Creek Healing Collective. That makes this conversation so special to me, and I am so happy to share this very special person with you.

Ria Swift: Emotional Stress Release - Learning To Let Go and Open Up | The Healing Grove Podcast
30 Oct 2023
00:58:59
This week I would like you to meet one of my dear friends, Ria Swift.
Ria is an energy medicine practitioner and intuitive seer who uses expressive arts, frequency medicine, family & system constellations, biomagnetism, and more. Using an ever-evolving toolbox of modalities, she has been helping folks heal from past trauma and wounds for decades. And having benefited personally from her work over the years, I can attest to the power of her approach, and am delighted to introduce her to you!
Amazingly, Ria started out as a dancer, not a healer. Her introduction to this field came from having had cancer three times in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Through her own illnesses, Ria became obsessed with wanting to understand what had caused cancer to grow in her body, hoping to find a solution that would reduce the changes of a repeat performance.
So what does Ria's work look like? Well, in a nutshell, Ria heals with her mind. As a 'seer,' she 'reads' what you are holding and then moves it into a stable, healthy position so that self-healing can take over. As Ria says, "It's quantum physics, at its best!"
If you would like to get in touch with Ria Swift, you can do so by calling or texting her at: 484-767-4890
You can also reach her through email at: riaswift@gmail.com
Ria can also be found on Facebook. You can find her here: https://www.facebook.com/RiaSwiftHealing/

As a specialist in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies for the treatment of post-traumatic stress, eating disorders & those struggling with anxiety, mood and chronic suicidal behaviors, he seemed a perfect person to have as a guest this week, given the sky-rocketing rates of mental health diagnoses.

This week I would like you to meet Dr. Jill Crista.
Dr. Crista is a pioneering naturopathic doctor, best-selling author, devoted educator, and creative innovator. Her superpower is to make complex medical concepts simple and digestible for the average person, and having been on the other side of her talks and teaching for the past few years, I can personally attest to this superpower.
Dr. Jill’s passion is to elevate the well-being of the planet by elevating the well-being of her inhabitants. Her books, memberships, and online courses support folks looking for concrete steps to conquer their own health challenges, and in that regard, I really feel we are kindred spirits.
Dr. Jill focuses on conditions that cause injury to the brain and nervous system, including mold, vector borne infections such as Lyme, and the debilitating autoimmunity that can develop from these exposures, called PANDAS and PANS.
She has now turned her efforts to supporting children and teens struggling with PANDAS and PANS. As a mother of children affected by PANS, she has combined the knowledge gained through her clinical and personal experience into an indispensable book titled A Light In The Dark for PANDAS and PANS.

Anne Van de Water: True Self Mastery | The Healing Grove Podcast
09 Oct 2023
01:10:27
I am over the moon this week to introduce you to a new friend: Anne Van de Water.
About a decade ago, I found my way onto Anne Van de Water's mailing list. My sister, Bethany, had been on a retreat of some kind with Anne, and she suggested I follow her newsletter for regular blasts of high-vibe positivity and goofy, heart-centered, down-to-earth advice for spiritual seekers. That all sounded pretty good to me, and let me tell you: Anne Van de Water did not disappoint! I have followed her journey ever since, and when I started a podcast, I secretly hoped that Anne would accept my request out of the blue to sit with me for an interview. And it finally happened!
Anne is a life coach, a yoga teacher, a spiritual mentor, and the founder of True Self Mastery and Wellness, where she helps her clients to align with their true selves, and achieve their potential. Her mission aligns closely with mine, and can be summed up in her words: "We need you and we need your gifts."

This week I am excited to share the second interview I had with Meghan Tveit, our favorite healer-in-training. I caught up with her at the beginning of an overnight call on trauma surgery....in her 86th hour of continuous work.

Marisa Cerveris: Ballet to Broadway to Bethlehem | The Healing Grove Podcast
11 Sep 2023
00:47:02
This week I would like to introduce you to my dear friend Marisa Cerveris.
Being one of the last two dancers to be hand-picked by George Balanchine for The New York City Ballet, Marisa left home at age 14 to follow her dream of becoming a dancer. After a long career with the NYCB, she lived and danced in France and Spain and traveled the world, finally landing on Broadway before settling in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania in 2001. When she arrived in Bethlehem, she was unable to find the movement classes that she was looking for, so she decided to birth what she was needing, knowing that others might be needing it as well.
SteelCore Studio was born as a mentorship to help young dancers pursue their dreams. It has since evolved into a place where everyone can find a personalized, mindful and healthy workout, using ballet, movement and pilates. Marisa listens intently to each client, supporting them through their own journey into becoming a stronger and more well-balanced self.

Anita Johnston, PhD: What Can Our Eating Tell Us About Ourselves? | The Healing Grove Podcast
04 Sep 2023
00:46:54
This week I would like to introduce you to Anita Johnston, Ph.D., CEDS.
Anita is a psychologist, storyteller, certified eating disorders specialist, and author, and she has been working in the field of women’s issues, eating difficulties and body image distress for over 35 years. She is also the co-creator of the Light of the Moon Café, an online platform similar to The Healing Grove that offers an interactive women’s circle, a book club or “workbook” for Eating in the Light of the Moon, and access to a supportive community of other women.
In Dr. Johnston's view, there might be a hundred different paths to an eating disorder, but one thing that all the women and girls with whom she has worked have in common is a deep intuitive knowing that they sadly learn, at some point along the way, must be silenced in order for them to fit in or succeed in our society. So they shut off their feelings, redirect them elsewhere, and pick up behaviors that distract them from what's going on inside. Thus, it is a reckoning with their own emotions rather than on food, calories, exercise, or numbers on a scale that brings them back into balance, and starts the healing process.

Danielle Pilarinos: Biomagnetism Part 2 - Demonstration and Protocols | The Healing Grove Podcast
28 Aug 2023
00:53:00
Our guest this week is Danielle Pilarinos. You might remember Danielle from a previous episode where she talked about Biomagnetism. It aired on April 17, 2023. So many people found that conversation helpful, so I asked Danielle to come back and share more of her Biomagnetism wisdom with us. This time she demonstrated some of her favorite protocols for dealing with trauma to the body, headaches and brain fog, lymphatic and liver support, and more.
So who is Danielle Pilarinos? Danielle was a 26-year-old ultrasound tech when she came down with a mysterious and debilitating illness that baffled her doctors. After two hospitalizations with idiopathic rhabdomyolysis (that's doctor-speak for wide-spread breakdown of her muscles with no identifiable cause), she was told there was nothing else that could be done to end her suffering or halt the progression of her mysterious medical ailment. When she lost her ability to walk, she took matters into her own hands, and today she is healthier than ever, with no residual signs or symptoms of whatever the heck that was...all thanks to Biomagnetism.
So, what is Biomagnetism? Good question. Using magnet pairs placed on specific points in the body, it balances the electromagnetic field, improving circulation, oxygen delivery, detoxification, and ultimately lowering inflammation...not to mention ridding the body of all those pesky chronic diseases that have chronic inflammation as a root cause.

Rob Aptaker: Ritual and Ceremony For Life | The Healing Grove Podcast
21 Aug 2023
00:44:14
This week I am excited to introduce you to my dear friend, Rob Aptaker.
Rob is one of those humans who always inspires me to be a better human myself. His gentle manner, sincere interest, and unwavering listening always compel me to more presence and humility.
You might be surprised to learn that Rob's own healing journey began as a struggle with rage, a starving ego, and an inability to find his place and purpose in the world. Like many of us, he struggled for years to fit in.
Luckily, Rob's early fascination with and access to the natural world allowed him the space to cultivate powerful connections to himself and something larger. He began to study the many uses of wild plants and fungi, and to learn wilderness survival practices. Ultimately, it was this spiritual affinity with nature--and his deeply held feeling that the culture he was living in was missing a vital element of meaning and connection--that led him to seek out Native American medicine people and ceremonial leaders as teachers.
For the past 45 years, Rob has taken part in ceremonies and cultural activities with Native People and elders from all over Turtle Island (North America). Spiritual fasts and ceremonies, along with conventional therapy and Mens' Work, have helped him to gain a measure of balance, meaning and purpose in life.
If you would like to contact Rob Aptaker, you can email him at robaptaker@gmail.com *************************************************************************** The Healing Grove Playbook is now available for purchase! 14 Aug 2023
00:54:29
This week I would like to introduce you to Ari Whitten.
Ari Whitten is a best-selling author and the creator of the Energy Blueprint system. A chronic fatigue and energy-optimization specialist with a world-wide following, Ari hosts the Energy Blueprint Podcast, bringing together leading experts in the field of fatigue and energy enhancement for the education of all. Many of my favorite holistic health thought leaders are folks that Ari has featured there, so I thought it appropriate to ask Ari to share his learnings with us, and he did not disappoint.
With a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, two advanced certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and recent completion of coursework for a PhD in Clinical Psychology, Ari has plenty of book learning on the topic of energy enhancement. But he also comes by his knowledge the hard way: from lived experience. In his youth, Ari went down hard with Epstein Barr virus, developing the chronic fatigue that would give direction to and fuel passion for the rest of his career. He has spent the last 20 years obsessively researching the most effective and evidence-based approaches to energy enhancement, something which my patients with complex, chronic mystery illness need more than anyone--though everyone can benefit from the simple tools he shares.

Linda Hartman: Tuning Forks | The Healing Grove Podcast
07 Aug 2023
00:55:27
Linda Hartman is a Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, who offers remote Biofield Tuning healing sessions by phone anywhere in the world! Biofield Tuning uses sound waves produced from tuning fork vibrations to relieve emotional and physical stress. Through vibration and frequency, Biofield Tuning works with your body’s electrical system to resolve distortion in your electromagnetic field, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and free of stress. The tuning forks locate areas of disharmony in the biofield that surrounds the body, creating a coherent vibration that helps the body to retune itself, restoring natural harmony. Habitual patterns of stress are released, the nervous system is reset, and corresponding physical, mental, and/or emotional symptoms are alleviated.
In this episode you will learn: ~ about the ‘electric body’ and the human biofield; ~ how trauma affects the biofield; ~ how a practitioner utilizes Biofield Tuning frequencies to release stress and trauma; ~ how you can utilize tuning forks for self-care to amplify your body’s voltage; ~ a group healing to destress and let go of anxiety and overwhelm. As a Swiss Rejuvenation Specialist, Helen focuses on the "tender slender" woman, who faces very specific health challenges with her fine boned and highly sensitive body, as well as her mind and spirit. Helen’s healing and rejuvenation processes are rooted in purifying and harmonizing the outer as well as the inner Self. She created the Womangrace Rejuvenation Year as a lovely path of restoration, where she brings to bear the science of Aging and Rejuvenation with traditional Ayurvedic secrets, all with compassionate and crystal clear mentoring from a woman who truly walks her talk.
